Across the Mar Menor comarca 4 tenders remain open, adding up to 899,708 euros. On top of that come commercial premises of 1,210 square metres with 3 days of bidding left and a Carnival, that of San Pedro del Pinatar, which is offering 11,800 euros.

Los Alcázares auctions 2 plots of municipal land for 2,411,971 euros
The plots come from the municipal land holding and the Town Council is already reviewing the bids, which arrived until 28 August. On the Mar Menor itself, it is public land that can pass into private hands.
