San Pedro del Pinatar places two municipal plots and Los Alcázares weighs a deal 8.5 times larger

The municipal land sale that Los Alcázares is weighing went out at 2,411,972 euros before VAT, 8.5 times the starting price of the two plots that San Pedro del Pinatar has just settled with two buyers. Across the Mar Menor comarca 4 tenders remain open, adding up to 899,708 euros. On top of that come commercial premises of 1,210 square metres with 3 days of bidding left and a Carnival, that of San Pedro del Pinatar, which is offering 11,800 euros.

Los Alcázares tenders its Christmas lights with a starting price of 99,703 euros and ten days to bid

• The lights of Los Alcázares are being hired, with installation and removal included. On 30 September the town council published a licitación, a public tender in which companies bid to carry out works or a service, for the hire and installation of the Christmas lighting and decorations. It goes out at 99,703 euros before VAT, that is, before tax. The same applies to every amount in this edition, each of which is the starting price of its tender and not what the chosen company will be paid. The deadline is Thursday 15 October. It is the only new tender of the week in the Mar Menor comarca.
• The turf in Roldán and that of the full-size pitch in Torre-Pacheco are still awaiting bids. Open since 17 September are the artificial turf for the 11-a-side football pitch in Torre Pacheco, with a budget of 300,628 euros, and that of the pitch in Roldán, at 254,196. Bids are accepted until Thursday 8 October.
• The rural roads that the storm of March 2025 damaged in San Javier seek a contractor. The repair and improvement of municipal rural roads, a contract of 245,182 euros, has been open since 18 September and also closes on 8 October.

The Maspalomas fountain, in San Pedro del Pinatar, and the fairground marquee in San Javier each have a company at last

• San Pedro del Pinatar already knows who is to fix the fountain in Maspalomas park. The repair of the ornamental fountain, with a tender budget of 56,958 euros, has been listed since 2 October at the adjudicación stage, the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work, with Estudio de Ingeniería 155 SL as the one chosen.
• The San Javier fairground will have a modular marquee. The hire of a demountable marquee, a contract of 88,806 euros, has been listed as settled since 1 October, which means that the tender is over and the contract has been closed, with GRUPO MAESTRAT CARPAS ESPECTACULOS Y EVENTOS SL.
• Roldán renews the pipes of a school and Los Navarros awaits its court. In Torre-Pacheco, the sewerage and water supply of the Hernández Ardieta school, at 33,430 euros, has been listed as settled since 29 September, with CIVILMUR. The refurbishment of the outdoor court in the Los Navarros green area, at 48,263 euros, has been listed as settled since 30 September.
• Another 8 contracts remain being assessed, apart from the Los Alcázares land. They add up to 1,954,492 euros in starting prices and in all of them the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. The largest is the paving of Calle Toledo and other streets in San Javier, at 1,207,915 euros. In the same municipality, the drainage next to the Dos Mares shopping centre and the special development plan for La Calavera are waiting. In Torre-Pacheco, the lighting of the Los Bastidas industrial estate and the Balsicas wastewater treatment plant.

San Pedro del Pinatar finds buyers for two plots and 6 companies are born

• Two companies take the municipal land of San Pedro del Pinatar. The town council settled the auction of two plots, split into two lots, which went out at 284,551 euros and was published on 27 May. The successful bidders, on record since 1 October, are BIOIMPOLUTA S.L. and HORADADA RENTALS SL.
• Los Alcázares is weighing a sale 8.5 times larger. The sale of two plots owned by the town council, published on 29 July with a starting price of 2,411,972 euros, is still being assessed. It is 8.5 times the starting price of the two in San Pedro del Pinatar.
• Padel, boating, energy and property among the 6 newly born companies. The BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law, recorded 6 incorporations in the Mar Menor comarca from 28 September to 1 October, with 18,930 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, between them all. In San Javier the newcomers are INVERSIONES VESA-26, to buy, let and develop property, SABA ENERGY SL, an electricity and gas broker, and HELENO CAPITAL GROUP SL, in marketing and advertising. In San Pedro del Pinatar, SALERO AND VASH ESCUELA NAUTICA SL, a boat-handling school, and IMPACTO MARKETING DIGITAL SL, an advertising agency. In Los Alcázares, SPERTY PADEL INTERNATIONAL SL, in sports activities.

Bidding for the 1,210 square metre premises in Torre-Pacheco ends in three days, for the storage room in eight

• The premises in Torre-Pacheco, of 1,210 square metres, have 3 days left. The commercial premises, of 1,210 built square metres, are in a subasta judicial, a public sale ordered by a court in which anyone can bid, and it closes on Thursday 8 October.
• One storage room, in Santiago de la Ribera, until the 13th. The storage room, of 7 usable square metres is in San Javier and accepts bids until Tuesday 13 October.
• The 76 square metres in Los Alcázares are decided today. A home of 76 built square metres ends its bidding this Monday 5 October. The CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, has a median of 177,225 euros in its building, which has 147 homes and was built in 2006.
• The other Los Alcázares home has already closed. The bidding for a home of 61 registered square metres ended on 28 September. The median CasasValue of its building, which has 11 homes and was built in 2004, is 130,855 euros.

The San Pedro del Pinatar Carnival offers 11,800 euros and Torre-Pacheco registers agreements worth 39,000

• The Carnival 2027 parade in San Pedro del Pinatar already has its prizes and grants announced. The call for prizes and grants for the parade, a convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, has a budget of 11,800 euros, is for private individuals and accepts applications until 3 January 2027. It has been on record since 2 October in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, the public register where grants are announced.
• Torre-Pacheco tops up mobility scholarships and supports pensioners and local festivals. The town council registered grants that top up the Erasmus programme and other international mobility programmes, with 12,000 euros for private individuals and a deadline of 20 working days, the days left once Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded, from the moment the extract appears in the regional gazette. It also recorded 6 agreements worth 39,000 euros, 18,000 for the Balsicas festival committee and the rest for the pensioners' associations of Torre Pacheco, Balsicas, Dolores de Pacheco, El Jimenado and San Cayetano.
• Anyone running tourist accommodation can look at a regional line to refurbish it. For the whole Region of Murcia, and therefore also for the Mar Menor comarca, the Consejería de Turismo, the regional tourism department, announced grants for improvements to private tourist accommodation and the Instituto de Turismo, the regional tourism institute, the first call of the Bono Turístico de la Región de Murcia 26-27.
• Trade fairs abroad, crafts, employment and sport round off the regional list. The Instituto de Fomento de la Región de Murcia, the regional development agency, helps companies take part in the trade mission to the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica and in the Marca Bolonia 2027 fair. Added to these are the Crafts Awards, the grants for non-profit craft associations, the comprehensive employment projects for vulnerable groups and the grants for high-performance athletes.

San Javier closed the marquee for its fairground, keeps its rural road repairs out to tender, Calle Toledo being assessed, a storage room under auction and three new companies. Torre-Pacheco closed the Los Navarros court and the pipes of the school in Roldán, is still receiving bids for the turf of two pitches, has commercial premises of 1,210 square metres under auction and registered grants for international mobility and agreements with pensioners and local festivals. Grants from the regional government for tourism, trade fairs and crafts are open to the four localities of the Mar Menor comarca.
