The controller of your personal data on CASAS.ES is Propalytics Intelligence Ltd., an Irish company registered with the Companies Registration Office under number 822490, with its registered office at 14 Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin 2, D02 W298, Ireland.
For any question about your data, write to privacy@casas.es. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer; that address is the point of contact for everything related to this policy.
We only process the data you give us or that your use of the service generates:

Measurement of our forms is done in-house, on our own servers, with no third party involved. We explain what we store in your browser in our cookie policy.
A property claim links your identity to a specific home. We handle it with particular care: it is used only for the purpose stated and you can withdraw it at any time.
We do not ask for special categories of data (health, beliefs, ethnic origin, etc.) and we ask you not to send them to us.
CasasValue and the CASAS.ES scores are automated estimates about properties, not about people. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you (Art. 22 GDPR).
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their marketing. To provide the service we use these providers, who process data on our behalf and under contract:
The data we host with Cloudflare stays in the European Union. Resend and Google (the latter only if you choose to sign in with Google) are in the United States. Those transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, in addition, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for the organisations certified under it. You can ask us for more information at privacy@casas.es.
You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Write to privacy@casas.es; we will reply within one month.
Right to object: where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest —for example, to measure how CASAS.ES is used—, you can object at any time by writing to privacy@casas.es, and we will stop.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Ours, as we are established in Ireland, is the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie). You can also contact the authority of your country of residence; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
CASAS.ES is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly process their data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
All communication with CASAS.ES is encrypted (HTTPS) and access to data is restricted to those who need it to provide the service.
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date. If the change is significant, we will let you know by email if we have yours.
