A licitación is a public tender in which companies compete, and this one is on the Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público, the official portal where public bodies publish tenders. The green space will collect the water coming down the rambla and takes bids until 29 October.
- Dos Mares drainage shows up as awarded already. The improvement of the surface drainage next to the Dos Mares shopping centre moved this week to adjudicada, the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work, although the Plataforma does not yet publish which one.
- Rural roads with the window shut. The repair of the roads damaged by the DANA storm of 2025 closed its bidding period on 8 October.

The other six are in Torre Pacheco: the turf of the 11-a-side football pitch and that of Roldán, the street lighting, the Balsicas treatment plant, the climate control of the Colorines nursery school and the sewerage of the Balsicas school. All remain en evaluación, meaning the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company.
