1. Website owner

The CASAS.ES website is owned and operated by:

2. What CASAS.ES is

CASAS.ES provides information about properties in Spain built from official public and open data —the Spanish Cadastre, the National Geographic Institute, OpenStreetMap and other sources we list under Data sources— together with automated value and rent estimates (CasasValue) and neighbourhood scores.

3. Estimates are indicative

CasasValue and the CASAS.ES scores are automated estimates. They are not official valuations or value certificates, and they do not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice. They should not be used as the sole basis for deciding to buy, sell, rent or finance a property. We explain how they are calculated in Methodology.

4. Accuracy of the information

We work to keep the information correct and up to date, but source data may contain errors or not reflect recent changes (renovations, plot divisions, new builds). We do not guarantee that the information is free from errors. If you spot one, you can report it from the property page itself.

5. Intellectual property

The website design, the software, the «CASAS.ES» and «CasasValue» brands and our own content belong to Propalytics Intelligence Ltd. or its licensors. The public data we use keeps its original licences, which we respect and cite. In particular, OpenStreetMap map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and is distributed under the Open Database License (ODbL).

You may view and share the information for personal use. Systematic or large-scale extraction of CASAS.ES content, or its reuse for commercial purposes without our permission, is not allowed.

6. Links to other websites

CASAS.ES includes links to third-party websites (for example Street View or the Spanish Cadastre's online office). We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Irish law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before its courts.
