Four new firms start life on 21,000 euros in the Baix Empordà comarca and Palafrugell supplies 12,000
2 October 2026. In the Baix Empordà comarca four companies came into being over the week, and a Palafrugell estate agency heads them with 12,000 euros of capital. Six of the 27 direct grants that the Girona provincial government published on 28 September carry the name of a town in the comarca, from Sant Feliu de Guíxols to Vilopriu, and in Palamós and Torroella de Montgrí six properties are put up for sale by the courts.
