Of seven companies launched across the Baix Empordà comarca, Sant Feliu de Guíxols brings 70% of their money

The Baix Empordà comarca added seven companies from 8 to 15 October, launched with a combined 40,002 euros, and Sant Feliu de Guíxols put up 28,000 of them. Palafrugell, Palamós, La Bisbal d'Empordà and Pals registered grants to specific organisations. Bidding also closed on five garage spaces in Palamós and on one home located in Torroella de Montgrí.

Forallac gains a company with 2 euros and Sant Feliu de Guíxols another with 25,000, out of seven launches

Sant Feliu de Guíxols puts up seven in every ten euros

Forallac welcomes a limited company with 2 euros of capital. BRAIN ON MY SALES SL was entered in the BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, on 15 October, with its registered office in Forallac and 2 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in when founding it. It will provide information technology services.
Sant Feliu de Guíxols brings the best-funded firm. KEAPACHAO SL was born on the same day, 15 October, in Sant Feliu de Guíxols with 25,000 euros, the largest capital of the week. It will manage holdings in other companies. With another company registered on 8 October, the municipality accounts for 28,000 of the 40,002 euros of capital recorded this week.
Three new firms will work with property of their own. ENARB SVECAT SL, from Forallac, was registered on 13 October with 3,000 euros to buy, sell and let its own buildings and land. In Sant Feliu de Guíxols, AEV MANAGEMENT GROUP SL will buy and let land and business premises, and in Palamós MSS CAPITAL 2026 SL will invest in and manage its own assets, both securities and property.
Two more get going near the Montgrí and the port. QUATTRO NOVE COSTA BRAVA SL will hold shares and stakes in other companies from Palamós, and COSTA BRAVA MULTISERVEI INTEGRAL SL sets up in Torroella de Montgrí for gardening and specialised construction.

Thursday 15 closed bidding on five Palamós garage spaces offered as one and on a Torroella de Montgrí home

Two auctions, six properties in Palamós and Torroella de Montgrí

Palamós offered five parking spaces as a single auction. Auction SUB-JA-2022-191303, a public sale ordered by a court, brought together five garage spaces in Palamós, offered as a whole rather than split into lots. The edict, the official notice of the auction, gives no square metres, and as they are not homes they have no CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home.
A home in Torroella used up its twenty days of bidding. Auction SUB-JA-2024-235922 offered a home in Torroella de Montgrí. The edict refers to an attached document and does not publish square metres.

Palafrugell signs three direct grants and Palamós two, among ten public funding items this week

Palamós funds tourism and climbing for schoolchildren. Palamós Town Council registered on 14 October a direct grant agreement, an agreement through which the council funds a specific organisation, for tourism knowledge and good practice initiatives in 2026, and another for the 17th Municipal School Programme of Introduction to Climbing.
Palafrugell hands out three direct grants. They go to the Puigpardines summer camps of Minyons Escoltes i Guies de Catalunya, to the Fundació Josep Pallach and to the Associació Ornitològica Baix Empordà, from 8 to 14 October.
La Bisbal d'Empordà and Pals back music, Càritas and gymnastics. La Bisbal registered on 9 October two nominative grants, which the council budget already earmarks for a named organisation, for the inclusion project of the music school and for the Educational Intervention Service of Càritas Diocesana de Girona. Pals registered on 8 October a direct grant to the Escola Gimnàstica Rítmica Pals.
The Diputació de Girona looks to Torroella de Montgrí and the cobla. The Diputació registered on 13 October an item in the name of Torroella de Montgrí Town Council and a call for town councils in the province of Girona to organise the Cicle de Cobla for the 2026-2027 season.

Between 8 and 15 October the Baix Empordà comarca recorded seven new companies. Begur, Regencós, Torrent, Mont-ras, Vall-llobrega, Santa Cristina d'Aro, Calonge i Sant Antoni and Castell d’Aro, Platja d’Aro i s’Agaró, on the coast, recorded no fresh firms and no auctions, and the same goes, inland, for La Pera, Cruïlles, Monells i Sant Sadurní de l'Heura, Verges, Ullà, Albons, La Tallada d'Empordà, Bellcaire d'Empordà, Colomers, Jafre, Foixà, Ultramort, Rupià, Parlavà, Serra de Daró, Ullastret, Palau-sator, Fontanilles, Gualta, Garrigoles, Vilopriu and Corçà.
