Alcoy comarca, week by week

Twelve open auctions give the Alcoy comarca the day's record, among them a 2,087 square metre plot

1 October 2026. The Alcoy comarca has twelve property auctions open, a total unmatched by any other comarca publishing today. Seven of those lie within Alcoi's municipal area, which is to say the city of Alcoi itself, all closing on 14 October, from a 2,087 square metre plot to a two-storey commercial unit of 925 square metres. Onil has contractors for the lift and the canteen of two schools, Alcoi Hospital has one for its warehouse, and in Ibi a newly formed building contractor launches with 22,000 euros of capital.
