Onil tenders the AFA premises refit at 164,454 euros and nine auctions close in the Alcoy comarca

In the Alcoy comarca, Onil city council is seeking a builder to refit the AFA premises, tendered at 164,454 euros, and bids are accepted until 3 November. Alongside, in the city of Alcoi, the new air conditioning for Plaça de Dins, tendered at 1.85 times the Onil figure, still has no winning company. Ten properties went to auction. Nine closed bidding on 13 and 14 October, while the home in Ibi ends on Thursday 15 October. The upgrade of 166 homes in the Font Dolça has been handed to a contractor. Measured by tender amount, it makes up 58.6 per cent of nine awarded contracts.

Onil tenders the AFA premises refit at 164,454 euros, open to companies until 3 November

• Onil puts the AFA premises makeover out to tender. On 13 October Onil city council published the refit of the premises of the AFA, the association of families of pupils, in Calle Doctor Esquerdo, tendered at 164,454.24 euros before VAT, in other words before tax. The tender, a public competition in which companies bid to carry out works or a service, accepts bids until 3 November. Together with the lift at Ibi II, these are the only two works contracts with an open deadline in the Alcoy comarca, and Onil takes three out of every four euros.
• Ibi II is waiting for bids for its new lift. The Departamento de Salud de Alcoy, the health management body that contracts the works for the public hospital and health centres in the area, is keeping open the installation of a new lift at the Ibi II health centre, tendered at 56,327.10 euros before VAT, with bids until 27 October.
• The air conditioning at Plaça de Dins, in Alcoi, still has no winning company. The refurbishment of the air conditioning at this health centre in Alcoi, tendered at 304,657.12 euros before VAT, closed its bidding period on 14 October and still has no company. The award is still pending, the step in which the public body chooses who will do the work. It is the largest of the six contracts without a company in the comarca.
• Three more contracts are being assessed and awaiting a winning company. Still being assessed, meaning the public body is studying the bids and has not yet chosen a company, is the extension of the Banyeres de Mariola cemetery with 148 niches, tendered at 115,120.86 euros before VAT. Alcoi city council is assessing the scrub clearing of its municipal road network, tendered at 20,442.48 euros, and the health authority the generator for the Ibi-1 health centre, tendered at 23,471.07 euros. The four contracts with a closed deadline add up to 463,692 euros before VAT.

Five homes in the Alcoy comarca closed their auction and the one in Ibi, built in 2006, ends on Thursday 15

• Ibi brings its court auction to a close on Thursday 15. It is a home with a garage in a 2006 building. Bidding in this court auction, a public sale ordered by a court in which anyone can bid, ends on Thursday 15 October. The notice does not say at what time it closes.
• Alcoi saw three residential auctions end on 14 October. One of 76 usable metres in a 1958 building with a median CasasValue, the figure CASAS.ES calculates for each home, of 70,209 euros (see auction), another of 30 registered metres, those recorded in the Registro de la Propiedad, the official record of property ownership, in a 1920 building with 46,518 euros (see auction) and a third with no floor area in the notice, the official announcement of the auction, in a 1955 building with 41,358 euros (see auction). • Castalla and Onil ended their bidding on 13 October. The home in Castalla has 143 registered metres in a 1970 building (see auction). The one in Onil has 68 built metres (see auction). Both were put up by a court.

Nine contracts in Alcoi and Onil tendered at 6.6 million are now awarded, from the Font Dolça to the Partidor

• GALERIAS CAMELLO MUEBLES will furnish the Partidor Intergenerational Building. Alcoi city council completed the award, the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work, for the furniture, household appliances and kitchenware for the flats, premises and common areas of the building, tendered at 55,413.40 euros before VAT. GALERIAS CAMELLO MUEBLES SL will do it. The file was updated on 8 October.
• The 17 buildings of the Font Dolça have a builder. GESTASER OBRAS Y SERVICIOS SL will carry out the energy refurbishment of 17 buildings with 166 homes in Alcoi, a contract tendered at 3,888,008.69 euros before VAT. It is the largest of the nine contracts with a company in the Alcoy comarca, which add up to 6,630,644 euros tendered.
• Three companies are working at the Hospital Mare de Déu dels Lliris. At the Hospital General Universitario Mare de Déu dels Lliris, TECMO INSTALACIONES OBRAS Y SERVICIOS SA is extending the Psychiatry Unit (tendered at 1,874,388.58 euros), CONSTRUCCIONES, REHABILITACIONES, INSTALACIONES Y MANTENIMIENTOS is building the warehouse (tendered at 347,355.89 euros) and CONSTRUCCIONES GASCÓ is refurbishing the Internal Medicine and Surgery floors (tendered at 50,231.41 euros). In addition, SCHINDLER is adapting several lifts of the Departamento de Salud de Alcoi to the minimum safety measures of a 2024 royal decree (tendered at 24,793.39 euros).
• Builders are now lined up for two schools and Onil's Convento de Montserrat. LETUMUR SL will install the lift at CEIP Mare de Déu de la Salut, a state infant and primary school (tendered at 88,167.43 euros). Evealia Levante will adapt rooms at CEIP Sant Jaume (tendered at 54,360.19 euros) and LLOP PROYECTOS INTEGRALES will carry out phase 2 of the Convento de Montserrat (tendered at 247,924.65 euros). All amounts before VAT.

A 2,087 metre plot and three business properties closed their auction in Alcoi on 14 October

• An urban plot for a semi-detached house. An auction put up an urban plot of 2,087 metres of land and 1,565 metres of buildable floor area for a semi-detached house in Alcoi (see auction). Bidding, opened on 24 September, closed on 14 October.
• Two premises, one large and one tiny. Premises of 925 registered metres on two levels of an industrial building (see auction) and another of 16 built metres in a 1930 building (see auction). Both closed on 14 October.
• Part of an industrial building. Also on offer was a 74.50 per cent share of an industrial building in Alcoi, meaning that part of the property and not the whole building, with no floor area in the notice (see auction). Its bidding ended on the same day.

Castalla registers TRINQUET DE CASTALLA SL with 3,000 euros, the sole BORME incorporation in the Alcoy comarca

• TRINQUET DE CASTALLA SL opens in Castalla. The BORME of 14 October, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies, their capital changes and their closures are published, publishes its incorporation with 3,000 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, not what it bills, and a hospitality business purpose covering restaurants, bars and cafés.
• Building and property incorporations stay at zero this week. Between 7 and 14 October no property or construction company was incorporated in the Alcoy comarca, according to the BORME.

Between 7 and 14 October, Onil published the job on the AFA premises and saw one residential auction end. In the city of Alcoi, the city council chose the supplier of the Partidor furniture and seven auctions closed, among them a 2,087 metre plot. Ibi takes offers on a health centre lift until 27 October, while a court sale of an Ibi home ends on the 15th. In Banyeres de Mariola the 148 niches are under assessment, and Castalla welcomes TRINQUET DE CASTALLA SL. In Benifallim, Penàguila or Tibi there was no news in the package.
