12 October 2026. One property firm in Vila-seca puts up 300,000 of the 461,300 euros with which 20 companies start life across the Tarragonès comarca, 100 times the 3,000 that 12 of them start with. Its town council offers 50,000 euros for rents, while Tarragona's port accepts demolition bids only until Friday 16.
