The Tarragonès comarca has 11 auctions, the most among 21 comarcas, and the port tenders 26.2 million
Among the 21 comarcas published this Monday, none has more auctions than the Tarragonès comarca: there are 11, the same as Valencia and Vinalopó Mitjà, and four remain in bidding, two of which end today. The port of Tarragona has five works tendered at 26.2 million euros, VAT not included, and one, a demolition of 901,089 euros, awaits bids until Friday 16. A Tarragona city estate agency is born with 36,000 euros and a regional call for applications with 200,000 euros in total, only for associations in neighbourhoods with homes that Catalonia's housing body manages, takes requests until 6 November.
No comarca of the day tops the 11 auctions of the Tarragonès comarca, and two in Torredembarra end today

- The comarca matches the highest figure of the 21 that CASAS.ES analyses this Monday. The Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, where courts and public bodies auction property, places 11 auctions in the Tarragonès comarca. None of the other 20 comarcas with an edition this Monday has more: Valencia and Vinalopó Mitjà tie on 11 and the next one, the Vallès Oriental, stays at 8. Each one is a subasta judicial, a public sale ordered by a court, in which anyone who registers can bid. Seven have already closed and four are still open for bids.
- Torredembarra says goodbye today to a home of 56 metres and half a parking space. The home, of 56 built metres, takes bids until this Monday 5 October. In its building, from 1990, the median CasasValue of a home, the value CASAS.ES estimates, is 171,433 euros. The same day sees the end of the other auction in the municipality, which offers only half of the ownership of a parking space. The edicto, the official notice of the auction, does not give its metres.
- Tarragona city keeps one auction alive until Thursday 8. The home remains open for bids until 8 October. Its notice does not state the floor area and CASAS.ES has no CasasValue for its building.
- Vilallonga del Camp has the auction with the most time left. It is a parking space of 15 metres, the first of the 23 lots into which the auction is divided, and it takes bids until Tuesday 13 October.
The port of Tarragona has five works tendered for 26.2 million and only the demolition takes bids

- Five port tenders total 26.2 million euros. The Autoridad Portuaria de Tarragona, the public body that runs the port, has five works at different stages whose licitación, a public tender in which companies submit bids, adds up to 26.2 million. All the amounts in this section are the starting amounts of the tender and exclude IVA, the Spanish VAT, that is, before tax. Only one is still open to builders: the dismantling of facilities and buildings on the port estate, tendered for 901,089.02 euros before VAT, which takes bids until Friday 16 October.
- The electricity connection for cruise ships is no longer seeking bids. The tender to plug ships into the electricity grid while they are berthed at the Muelle de Baleares is the largest of the five, at 11.8 million, 45.1 per cent of the total. Its deadline closed on Monday 28 September.
- Two electrical works still have their bids being assessed. That stage means the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. In it are the interconnection between the Muelle de Andalucía and the Muelle de Cataluña, of 9.2 million, and the two lines that will link the port's logistics activities zone with the Muelle de Baleares, of 2.3 million. Together they come to 11.5 million awaiting a decision.
- The underground lines to the logistics zone have their builder. The work, of 1.9 million, is listed as resolved, that is, the tender is over and the contract has been closed, in favour of GESTION INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCION DE LA COSTA DORADA. The final price of the contract does not appear in the data CASAS.ES works with.
An estate agency in Tarragona city starts with 36,000 euros, 12 times the usual figure of the week

- XELOR LLEO 14 alone contributes 36,000 of the 73,100 euros. The company, registered in the BORME of 28 September, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law, acts as an intermediary in the sale and letting of rural and urban properties. It is born in the city of Tarragona with 36,000 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company. That is 49.2 per cent of the 73,100 euros that the week's 11 companies in the Tarragonès comarca add up to, three fewer than the 14 in the BORME of the previous week.
- Vila-seca adds a property, construction and development company. NEW GRAN PALAS 2026, published on 1 October, starts with 3,000 euros. It is the second of the week linked to bricks and mortar. In the same municipality come HIMA INSTALACIONES 2017, in electrical installations, and VITA SYSTEMS MOBILITY, in research and development, registered on 29 September with 3,100 euros.
- Logistics comes in with 10,000 euros. FREIVANTA GROUP, with its registered office in the city of Tarragona, works in the storage, warehousing and national and international transport of goods. It is the second company by capital of the week, in a comarca with its own port and logistics zone.
- Insurance, consultancy, cars, fashion and a restaurant complete the list. COBERON INSURANCE BROKERS, an insurance brokerage, is the only one in Torredembarra. In the city of Tarragona the registrations are SIMAR FINANCIAL SERVICES, in financial consultancy, LEV DORADA, in car sales and hire, BALIKISS, in fashion retail, and FMIOPT, in scientific and technological consultancy. Salou adds ZOOM AÇAI Y CAFE, a restaurant company. All six are born with 3,000 euros.
Seven homes closed their bidding in four days, among them one of 130 metres in La Pobla de Montornès

- La Pobla de Montornès auctioned two single-family houses. One has 130 built metres and is in a building from 2006 where the median CasasValue is 251,886 euros. Its bidding closed on 30 September. The other, in a building from 2007 with a median CasasValue of 196,800 euros, closed on the 28th.
- Tarragona city saw three auctions end. The one offering most data is a home in a building from 1960 where the median CasasValue is 318,254 euros, whose bidding ended on 30 September. The other two finished on the 28th and on 1 October, with notices that give no floor area.
- Vila-seca and Salou closed one home each. The one in Vila-seca stopped taking bids on 28 September and the one in Salou, on the 30th.
A call of 200,000 euros in total for associations in certain neighbourhoods closes on 6 November

- Only the residents' organisations call has a known deadline and amount. The Agencia de la Vivienda de Cataluña published on 29 September the convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, aimed at projects by residents' organisations and associations in the neighbourhoods with homes that it manages. It shares out 200,000 euros in total, is addressed to organisations with no economic activity and takes applications until Friday 6 November. It appears in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, the public register where every administration announces its grants.
- Retail and cooperatives already have their 2026 lines published. The Consorci de Comerç, Artesania i Moda de Catalunya published on 29 September its grants for retail and services. The department of Business and Labour did the same on 2 October with the singular projects in the social economy and cooperatives. The data CASAS.ES works with do not include their amount or their deadline.
- Another three look to libraries, cultural federations and volunteers. The Generalitat's office for supporting cultural initiative published on 2 October one line to equip public libraries with furniture and technology and another for popular culture federations. The department of Social Rights opened on 28 September the Volunteering Prize.
- Two direct grants reach the comarca and nobody can apply for them. They are direct or nominative grants, with a named beneficiary: the one from the Generalitat to Tarragona city council for popular culture and ethnological heritage and the one from Vila-seca town council to its athletics club.
The Tarragonès comarca gathers 11 auctions: Torredembarra, Tarragona city and Vilallonga del Camp keep four in bidding, and La Pobla de Montornès, Tarragona, Vila-seca and Salou closed another seven. The port of Tarragona awaits bids for a demolition until 16 October, within five works tendered for 26.2 million, VAT not included. The BORME published 11 companies from 28 September to 1 October, six in Tarragona city, three in Vila-seca, one in Torredembarra and another in Salou, the largest an estate agency of 36,000 euros. Vila-seca also gave an athletics club a direct grant. Renau, Salomó, Perafort, Creixell, Altafulla, Constantí, El Morell, El Catllar, La Secuita, Roda de Berà, Els Pallaresos, La Nou de Gaià, La Canonja, Vespella de Gaià, La Riera de Gaià and La Pobla de Mafumet bring no newly created firms, bidding or tenders.
