Vila-seca opens 50,000 euros of rent aid and receives a property firm bringing 300,000 euros of capital

One property firm in Vila-seca puts up 300,000 of the 461,300 euros with which 20 companies start life across the Tarragonès comarca, 100 times the 3,000 that 12 of them start with. Its town council offers 50,000 euros for rents, while Tarragona's port accepts demolition bids only until Friday 16.

Vila-seca opens a 50,000 euro call for rents and the Institut Català de Finances publishes loans for leisure

From Monday 5 to Friday 9, a new call almost every day

Vila-seca sets aside 50,000 euros to help pay rents. On 5 October the town council registered in the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones, the National Grants Database, the call, the notice that opens the window to apply, from its housing department. It is worth 50,000 euros in total and individuals apply. There are 15 working days, the days left excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, from its publication in the provincial gazette.
Leisure gets a fresh loan line for day-to-day costs. The Institut Català de Finances, the public bank of the Generalitat, published on 6 October ICF Lleure, preferential loans for the running costs of the Catalan leisure sector.
Equality, jobs, reading and livestock complete the week. 9 October brought grants for equality plans in small companies and those of Catalonia's Public Employment Service for training contracts. Town councils can apply for municipal reading plans. The agriculture department supports beekeepers and rabbit breeders and cattle with lumpy skin disease.

Vila-seca draws 346,200 of the 461,300 euros of the 20 new companies thanks to a property developer

One company, 87.6 per cent of the sector's capital

The developer accounts for 300,000 of 461,300 euros. From 5 to 8 October the BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, published 20 new companies in the Tarragonès comarca, with 461,300 euros of capital, the money the partners put in. One in Vila-seca, in property activities and development, appears in the gazette of 7 October with 300,000 euros, 65.0 per cent of the total. That is 100 times the 3,000 euros 12 of the 20 start with.
Vila-seca pulls ahead of the capital. Vila-seca gathers 346,200 euros in 5 companies, from the gazettes of 5, 7 and 8 October, 75.0 per cent of the new capital in the comarca. The 7 in the city of Tarragona total 28,000 euros, the 6 in Salou to 44,100 and the 2 in Torredembarra to 43,000.
Eleven of the 20 work on property or building. The eleven hold 342,500 euros. Salou registers KENTWARD ADVISORY, FRAVA CONSTRUCCIONS I REFORMES and PRIVENTPLUS SISTEMAS. Vila-seca, VERTICAL TGN, with 16,500 euros, ECOREFORMAS TARRAGONA and NEW PALAS 1 2026. Torredembarra, URBATECSA CONSTRUCTORA, and the city of Tarragona ESTRUCTUM 2026, IGO LLAVES AUTOMOCION and a rental and coworking company.

The demolition at Tarragona's port, tendered at 901,089.02 euros, closes to builders on Friday 16

The demolition still seeks a builder. The Autoridad Portuaria de Tarragona, the public body that runs the Port of Tarragona, takes bids until 16 October in a public tender where companies compete for the dismantling of installations and buildings, tendered at 901,089.02 euros excluding VAT, before tax.
Three electrical works await their company. Still under assessment, with the public body studying the bids, are the mobile system for connecting cruise ships to electricity, tendered at 11,786,763.02 euros before VAT, the electrical interconnection between the Andalucía and Cataluña quays, tendered at 9,242,282.29 euros, and the two lines from the logistics zone, tendered at 2,277,862.58 euros. Together, 23.3 million. The first and third are OPS, shore power for berthed ships.
The underground lines towards the logistics zone appear as resolved. The underground lines, tendered at 1,944,000 euros before VAT, are listed as resolved with GESTION INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCION DE LA COSTA DORADA as the successful bidder, the company chosen.

Bidding in Vilallonga del Camp ends on Tuesday 13, the sole live sale among four auctions

Four auctions in three municipalities, two of them homes

Vilallonga del Camp still takes bids. The Vilallonga del Camp auction is a court auction, a public sale ordered by a court, with bids until 13 October on the Portal de Subastas of the Boletín Oficial del Estado, the official website of the BOE. Of its 23 lots, the notice describes only the first, a parking space of 15 square metres.
Torredembarra closed two auctions on 5 October. One was a home of 56 built square metres in a building whose median CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates, is 171,433 euros. The other, a half share in the ownership of a parking space, with no floor area in the notice.
The duplex in the city of Tarragona ended on 8 October. The duplex home has no floor area in the notice either.

Salou, the city of Tarragona and Torredembarra register seven hospitality and leisure companies with 85,100 euros

Two restaurants and a haulier move away from the 3,000 euros

A bakery workshop in Torredembarra leads the group. ORIGEN OBRADOR, a restaurant and bakery, appears in the gazette of 5 October with 40,000 euros, 47.0 per cent of the 85,100 of the seven in hospitality, leisure and events.
Salou adds a bar, a restaurant and nightlife. That gazette brings SALOUMIR, a bar, and CANDEXIS EVENT, in nightclubs and nightlife, with 3,100 euros. Later came BORNA FOOD EXPERIENCE, in restaurants, with 30,000 euros.
The city of Tarragona registers catering, a bar and events. They are APPETIT DOM, BAR LUMEN TARRAGONA and KIZUNA GLOBAL EVENTS. Five of the nine start with 3,100 euros or less.
Transport and retail bring the count to nine. T MOVE EXPRESS, in freight transport, was set up in Vila-seca with 23,700 euros, and TORRE COOPER in the city of Tarragona with 10,000.

Between 4 and 11 October, Vila-seca opened a call for 50,000 euros of rent aid and, through one property firm of 300,000 euros, took the greater part of the fresh company money. Salou, the city of Tarragona and Torredembarra gained new bars, restaurants, builders and events firms. Tarragona's port kept a demolition accepting bids plus three electrical works being assessed, and Vilallonga del Camp retains the single auction where bidding continues, after Torredembarra and the city of Tarragona closed theirs. The leisure loans, the training contracts and the equality grants offered by the Generalitat also reach companies in Altafulla, La Canonja, El Catllar, Constantí, Creixell, El Morell, La Nou de Gaià, Els Pallaresos, Perafort, La Pobla de Mafumet, La Pobla de Montornès, Renau, La Riera de Gaià, Roda de Berà, Salomó, La Secuita and Vespella de Gaià. All 22 town councils also have a regional line for municipal reading plans.
