Alcobendas completes 39 protected rental flats on Calle Velarde
A builder now has the job of finishing the building, with 39 homes, 42 parking spaces, 39 storerooms and 2 commercial units, for 5,418,434 euros. The works went to tender in 2024 to complete what was left unfinished, and they mean 39 more protected rentals for Alcobendas.
