Alcobendas tenders 41 protected homes for 7.4 million, the biggest contract in 21 comarcas this week

Alcobendas is open until Friday 13 November for bids in the tender, the competition in which companies vie for a public contract, for 41 protected rental homes. Among the 21 comarcas with a CASAS.ES edition this Thursday, no other tender published between 23 and 30 September is worth as much. A local developer provides 95% of the money behind the 27 companies born this week across the Madrid Norte comarca.

The homes have 43 days left to bid and the schools six

An Alcobendas developer is founded with 3.95 million and leads 27 new firms in the Madrid Norte comarca

Alcobendas takes half of the new firms and almost all the capital
  • No newly registered company in the 21 comarcas matches the capital of LGC HOSPITALITY SPAIN. It is founded in Alcobendas with 3,950,000 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in, for property development, land purchase and urbanisation, according to the BORME of 28 September, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register. It provides 95% of the new capital in the Madrid Norte comarca, 4.16 million, second of the 21 after Gran Bilbao, with 4.87 million.
  • Development, refurbishment and materials account for another three registrations. PABIRAL PROMOESPACIOS will develop buildings from Alcobendas and VANTAEXPORTACION will sell building materials from San Sebastián de los Reyes (BORME of 24 September). In Tres Cantos, 2026REFORMAS TRES CANTOS will build homes (BORME of 29 September).
  • A catering kitchen and a haulier lead on capital outside construction. CMF RESTAURACION NORTE is founded in Tres Cantos with 75,000 euros (BORME of 29 September) and LOGISTICA INTEGRAL IBEROÑAKI, in San Sebastián de los Reyes, with 60,000 (BORME of 30 September). One of the 27 new entries is a pension fund with no capital.

Api movilidad will upgrade the Alcobendas pedestrian crossings and three towns add 5.47 million in settled contracts

Three in every four euros, in San Sebastián de los Reyes

Colmenar Viejo records 5,072.80 euros of social aid and two businesses seek a licence in San Sebastián de los Reyes

Two in every three euros, for supplementary aid
  • Colmenar Viejo registers its August social aid. On 24 September its town council recorded in the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS), the public register of grants, supplementary aid, housing aid and food aid for residents with no economic activity, which can be requested until Thursday 31 December.
  • Madrid's regional government announces farm grants and some digitalisation awards. The regional government (Comunidad de Madrid) published the grants for dryland vineyards and those for handing over farms on 25 September, and the Global Tech awards on the 28th. The database gives no amount or deadline.
  • A San Sebastián de los Reyes industrial unit closed for bids on 28 September. The auction had been open since 8 September. The notice gives no floor area and there is no CasasValue for the building, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every property.
  • Two businesses are applying for their activity licence. On 30 September the Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad de Madrid (BOCM), the regional official journal, published a first notice and a second of an activity licence, the town council's permit to open a business, in San Sebastián de los Reyes.
