The Colmenar Viejo Complejo Ambiental concession, tendered at 935 million, is the largest across 21 comarcas

The Mancomunidad de Municipios del Noroeste seeks a concessionaire for the Complejo Ambiental in Colmenar Viejo, a tender 6.1 times the second largest of the week among the 21 comarcas publishing today. The Madrid Norte comarca gains 25 companies and one holding company alone contributes 98.0% of the capital.

The Complejo Ambiental is six times the second largest tender

The Complejo Ambiental in Colmenar Viejo sets out to find a concessionaire. The Mancomunidad de Municipios del Noroeste, a grouping of town councils that manage their waste together, published on 30 September the concession to build and operate the Complejo Ambiental. It is a public tender in which companies compete, tendered at 934.8 million euros excluding VAT, before tax. Its title also covers operating the Mancomunidad's waste treatment infrastructure.
Gardens in Colmenar Viejo and an auditor in Alcobendas are up for tender too. Colmenar Viejo town council published on 2 October the renewal of the landscaping at its entrances, tendered at 1,879,754.85 euros excluding VAT and open until 30 October. That day the Empresa Municipal de la Vivienda de Alcobendas put out the audit of its accounts for 2026 to 2029, open until the 23rd.

Bids stay open until 13 November for the 41 protected rental homes in Alcobendas, tendered at 7.39 million

Protected rental housing in Alcobendas stays open to builders. The Empresa Municipal de la Vivienda keeps open until 13 November the building of 41 publicly protected rental homes.
Land for student accommodation and municipal flats closed their deadline in September. 28 September was the closing date for the concesión demanial of a plot, for a student residence on public land, and for the sale of municipal homes.
San Sebastián de los Reyes keeps watch on the quality of 68 public homes. CONTROL TÉCNICO Y PREVENCIÓN DE RIESGOS handles quality control for the development and maintenance of the municipal company's homes still has no contractor. The two services were tendered at 225,350 euros excluding VAT.
San Sebastián de los Reyes planning is back in the regional gazette. The Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad de Madrid published on 1 October a notice on the Plan General, the rule that sets what is built on each site. The day before brought two notices on licencias de actividad, the municipal permit to open a business.

Alcobendas adapts its pedestrian crossings with Api movilidad and the seven contracts showing a company and an amount were tendered at 1.70 million

Four in every ten euros go to crossings and a roundabout

Api movilidad will adapt the pedestrian crossings of Alcobendas. The upgrade of the pedestrian crossings appears as resuelta in its favour on the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders, updated on 2 October. Resuelta means the tender is over and the contract is closed.
Schools and a science foundation in Alcobendas get their contractor. APIMET CONSTRUCCIONES AUTOPORTANTES will put up three metal structures at schools and ASAC COMUNICACIONES will install the FECYT network, the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology.
Colmenar Viejo remodels a roundabout and Alcobendas shares its road surfacing among several firms. ACEINSA MOVILIDAD will build the Lavanderas del Manzanares roundabout. San Sebastián de los Reyes has a company for a planning agreement and three-dimensional lettering. In Alcobendas, the acuerdo marco for the carriageway from 2026 to 2029, a contract that sets for years the terms of the jobs given to one or more companies, has five successful bidders.

Three street contracts in Colmenar Viejo, worth 5.74 million in total, still have no successful bidder

Colmenar Viejo's road surfacing is still being studied. The town council has en evaluación, meaning the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company, the Operación Asfalto 2026, the improvement of calle San Sebastián and the road markings.
San Sebastián de los Reyes assesses who will strengthen its road surface. The road surface strengthening on several streets and roads closed to bids on 21 September.
Schools in Alcobendas wait to learn who will paint them. Seromal, the municipal maintenance company, is processing the painting and enclosures of schools and nursery schools, with bids now closed.
The Centro sociocultural Pablo Iglesias finishes its tender and no company is published. The refurbishment of the centre, in San Sebastián de los Reyes, is recorded as resuelta, but the Plataforma does not say which company will do it.

The 25 new registrations arrive in five BORME gazettes

Of every 100 euros of newly registered capital, 98 come from one holding company alone. LYD WEALTH MANAGEMENT was set up with 7,666,030 euros of capital, the money its partners put in, and its purpose is holding company activities, according to the BORME of 2 October, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register. The 24 companies with published capital in the Madrid Norte comarca total 7,822,032 euros.
San Sebastián de los Reyes also leads by number of new registrations. It accounts for 10 of the 25 incorporations, including LOGISTICA INTEGRAL IBEROÑAKI, with 60,000 euros, GLOBALCARSANSE, with 21,000, and SANGFOR TECHNOLOGIES ESPAÑA, with 15,000. Alcobendas registers 8, Tres Cantos 5 and Colmenar Viejo 2. Tres Cantos welcomes DYD PROMOCIONES Y VENTAS, in development and construction. Another property developer is born in San Sebastián de los Reyes and Alcobendas adds VOLTEA DEVELOPMENTS, in electric vehicle charging.

The Comunidad de Madrid registered on 1 October in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, the convocatoria for grants to promote wines in non-EU countries, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant.
