Aspe gives 23 days to bid on a day centre tendered at 2,018,212 euros excluding VAT, and Novelda awards niches

The deadline for the Aspe tender to care for dependent older people ends on 28 October. Novelda selects who is to build the cemetery niches and the Vinalopó Mitjà comarca gathers 11 auctions, level with the Tarragonès and Valencia comarcas, a maximum that the others among this Monday's 21 do not reach, with three on their last day in Monóvar and Novelda.

The Aspe tender against three others this week

Aspe calls builders to a project for older people. On Friday 2 October Aspe town council put out to licitación, a public tender, in which companies bid to carry out works, the construction of a day centre for dependent older people, within the Plan Convivint. The notice is on the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services. The works are tendered at 2,018,212 euros excluding IVA, that is, before VAT, and bids are accepted until Wednesday 28 October, 23 days after this edition.
Novelda awards the new niches at the cemetery. The construction of new niches and columbaria at the municipal cemetery, tendered at 149,910 euros excluding VAT, has now passed adjudicación, the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work, and is listed under the name of the company omilia system sl in the update of 2 October. This edition only knows its tender amount.

The Vinalopó Mitjà comarca gathers 11 auctions, the day's maximum, with three closing this Monday 5 between Monóvar and Novelda

Eleven auctions, as many as in the Tarragonès and Valencia comarcas. With 11 cases, the Vinalopó Mitjà comarca draws level with the Tarragonès and Valencia comarcas as the one with the most property auctions among the day's 21. Three close this Monday 5 October. In Monóvar a subasta judicial, a public sale ordered by a court, in which anyone can bid, offers a rural estate of 1.23 hectares with a detached house of 137 built metres. In Novelda a 151-metre plot and a home close on the same day, and for the home the edicto, the official notice of the auction, gives no floor area.
Pinoso and Aspe have bidding open until midweek. The auction of a home in Pinoso takes bids until Wednesday 7 October and that of another home in Aspe until Thursday 8. Neither of the two notices publishes the metres.
Novelda keeps two more homes for the 14th. The auctions of a home and of a second home in Novelda remain open for bids until Wednesday 14 October. On Thursday 15 a 10-metre garage in Aspe and a home in Monforte del Cid close.
Two bidding rounds finished on Monday 28 September. That day saw the close of bidding for a home of 90 built metres in Aspe and for a home in Monforte del Cid.

Five tenders in Aspe, Elda and Monforte del Cid closed their deadlines with 2,175,368 euros in tender amounts

The Elda refurbishment of 1,066,855 euros awaits a contractor. The refurbishment of premises as a study room, multi-purpose room and assembly hall, part of the Plan Elda Parte de Ti, is tendered at 1,066,855 euros excluding VAT. The bidding deadline ended on 30 September and the next step is for the town council to assess the proposals.
Monforte del Cid has three files in the same wait. They are the fitting out of the café bar at the municipal sports centre, tendered at 450,481 euros excluding VAT, the redevelopment of the access to San Roque, at 237,163 euros, and the decorative lighting for the festivities, at 106,940 euros.
Aspe sells municipal land and no longer takes offers. The sale of municipal plots, which came out at 313,930 euros excluding VAT, is of interest to developers and to anyone looking for a plot to build on. The deadline to apply for them has already ended.

Aspe, Petrer, Novelda and Monforte del Cid have four works under assessment and three more contracts have their firm in place

Aspe is waiting on a firm that will refurbish social rental homes. The refurbishment of the teachers' housing block in Aspe, intended for renting for social purposes, is tendered at 746,710 euros excluding VAT and remains en evaluación, that is, the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. It is the largest of the four at that stage.
Three other neighbourhood works remain under assessment. They are the 2026 resurfacing of several streets in Petrer, the refurbishment of the Sant Felip chapel in Novelda as a cultural venue and the industrial unit that will serve as a temporary market in Monforte del Cid. Between the three they are tendered at 552,032 euros excluding VAT. With the one in Aspe, the four works under assessment add up to 1,298,742 euros.
Novelda renews its athletics track with a contractor chosen. The renewal of the track and the municipal sports centre, tendered at 552,209 euros excluding VAT, is resuelta in favour of Mediterráneo de Obras y Asfaltos, that is, the tender is over and the contract has been closed.
Petrer and Monóvar also closed a contract. Intagua Obras Públicas takes on the refurbishment of a building in Petrer with European funds, tendered at 145,775 euros excluding VAT, and Serovial the maintenance and signage of the Monóvar road network, at 22,314 euros. The three contracts with a company went out to tender at 720,298 euros excluding VAT.

Pinoso welcomes a homebuilder, Elda a footwear cutting firm, among 4 new companies

Pinoso gains a company to build housing. TD Convexa Construcciones SL, a company based in Pinoso set up to build residential buildings, was born with 3,000 euros of capital social, the money the partners put in when founding the company. It was published on 30 September by the BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law. It is one of the two new companies in the property and construction sector.
A firm that lets property is born in Monóvar with 1 euro. The BORME of 28 September records a company devoted to letting, buying and selling property with its registered address in Monóvar.
Footwear and transport give Elda two new companies. Tecnocorte Digital Vinalopó SL, in footwear cutting and manufacturing, and a family goods transport company were registered with 3,000 euros each. The four new registrations in the Vinalopó Mitjà comarca add up to 9,001 euros of capital.

Aspe Emprende 2026 takes applications until 29 October with 8,000 euros and Pinoso publishes 9 agreements and grants

Aspe rewards those preparing a business and closes applications on the 29th. The BDNS, the National Grants Database, the public register where every administration announces its grants, published on 29 September the prizes of the Aspe Emprende 2026 programme, which the town council is calling. They have a total budget of 8,000 euros and accept applications until Thursday 29 October. According to their listing, they are aimed at individuals who do not yet carry out an economic activity.
The Generalitat calls support for women who start primary-sector businesses. The grants for entrepreneurship by women living in rural municipalities were published on 2 October. It is worth checking in the listing which municipalities of the comarca are on the rural list. The same day brought the rules for the school transport and school meals grants.
Advertising, design and fashion receive three direct grants. The Generalitat gives a direct grant to each of three Valencian associations, that of advertising communication companies, that of designers and that for the promotion of culture and fashion. They are not open calls and nobody can apply for them.
Pinoso accounts for 9 of the 16 municipal publications. On 29 September Pinoso town council recorded nine 2026 agreements and grants with organisations in the municipality, among them the Red Cross and senior citizens. Elda added four convenios nominativos, grants earmarked for a named recipient, which nobody else can apply for. Petrer published its call for music schools and Monforte del Cid the one for the poster of the Moros y Cristianos festivities.

From 27 September to 4 October, Aspe put a daytime centre serving older people out to tender, announced the Aspe Emprende prizes, and still lacks a contractor to refurbish its social rental homes. Novelda selected who is to build the cemetery niches and has 4 of the 11 auctions in the Vinalopó Mitjà comarca. Monòver and El Pinós each have one live auction, and El Pinós also published nine local agreements and grants. Monforte del Cid awaits an award in three files that have just closed. Elda saw two firms incorporated and has yet to award the refurbishment of premises as a study room. Petrer keeps its resurfacing under assessment. In El Fondó de les Neus, Algueña, La Romana and Hondón de los Frailes the week left no tendered works, no bidding and no newly founded firms.
