Nine property auctions place the Vinalopó Mitjà comarca ahead of the Valencia comarca

The Vinalopó Mitjà comarca outnumbers in auctions the other 20 published on Monday in CASAS.ES and has four still open, until Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15. Aspe tenders its day centre at 2,018,212.25 euros excluding VAT. Elda opens a call worth 6,000 euros for youth associations.

No comarca of the day has as many auctions

Nine property auctions, one ahead of the Valencia comarca. The Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, gathers nine court auctions of property in the Vinalopó Mitjà comarca, public sales ordered by a court. That beats by one the Valencia comarca, with eight, and tops every other of the 21 comarcas CASAS.ES publishes this Monday.
Two Novelda homes see their bidding expire on Wednesday 14. That day ends the one for a detached single-family home on a plot of land and the one for a home that is part of a two-lot auction.
The garage in Aspe and the house in Monforte del Cid, until Thursday 15. In Aspe bidding continues on a garage space of 9.90 metres, 4.50 metres long by 2.20 wide, within a seven-lot auction. In Monforte del Cid a home remains open.
Five auctions ended between 5 and 8 October. On 5 October bidding closed on a rural estate in Monóvar with a single-family home of 136.57 built metres on 12,307 metres of land, an urban plot of 151 metres and a home, these two in Novelda. The 7th brought the end for a single-family home in Pinoso and the 8th for a home in Aspe. The edicto, the official notice of the auction, gives metres in only three of the nine and none lets us give the CasasValue of the building, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home.

Elda tenders 96 burial niches at 2,011.89 euros apiece while the La Mola classroom block appears as resolved with BECSA SA

Two works take bids and two have a company

Elda commissions a module of 96 burial niches for its cemetery. The town council published on 5 October on the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders, the extension of the Cementerio Municipal Virgen de los Dolores. It is tendered at 193,141.55 euros excluding VAT, before tax, or 2,011.89 per niche, with bids accepted until 26 October.
The La Mola secondary school classroom block appears as resolved with BECSA SA. The works in Novelda were licitada, put out to a public tender in which companies compete, at 4,359,578.08 euros. They appear with the company BECSA SA and as resuelta, because the tender is over and the contract has been closed.
Aspe has the largest works that still await bids. The centre for dependent elderly people is tendered at 2,018,212.25 euros, with bids accepted until Wednesday 28 October.
Novelda is extending its graveyard too. The new niches and columbaria of the municipal cemetery, tendered at 149,910.14 euros, already have a company, Omilia System SL.

Nine municipal files pending a decision add up to 3.47 million euros, with four in Monforte del Cid

Six in every ten euros belong to Elda and Aspe

The San Crispín premises in Elda top the list. The refurbishment of premises on Calle San Crispín as a study room and assembly hall is the largest of the nine, at 1.07 million euros. Bidding closed on 30 September.
The teachers' block in Aspe will become social rental housing. The renovation of the teachers' housing building for social rental, which Aspe town council tenders at about 747,000 euros, remains en evaluación, because the public body is assessing the bids. The sale of municipal plots, at about 314,000 euros, seeks not a contractor but a buyer and its deadline passed on 2 October.
Four files in Monforte del Cid await a decision. They add up to 863,857 euros. The town council is assessing the bids for the café bar of the sports centre, the largest, at about 450,000 euros, for the redevelopment of the access to San Roque and for the industrial unit for a temporary food market. The decorative and ornamental lighting, a supply contract, stopped taking bids on 4 October.
Petrer and Novelda, also in assessment. The 2026 resurfacing of several streets in Petrer is tendered at about 331,000 euros and the renovation of the Sant Felip chapel in Novelda, at about 152,000.

A gym company in Petrer puts in 34,000 of the 37,200 euros of the three new ones and Elda offers 6,000

Five deadlines fall between 14 and 28 October

Elysium Fitness is born in Petrer with 34,000 euros. The BORME, the official gazette of the Companies Register, published on 6 October the incorporation of Elysium Fitness SL, devoted to gyms and personal training, with 34,000 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company.
IT and machining choose Aspe. The BORME of 7 October published the incorporation of Suite X AI SL, in programming and IT consultancy, with 200 euros of capital. That of the 9th carried Tratamientos Superficiales La Palmera SL, in the treatment and machining of parts, with 3,000 euros.
Elda opens a call worth 6,000 euros for youth associations. Elda town council registered on 6 October in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, its convocatoria for youth associations, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant. It has a budget of 6,000 euros, is aimed at organisations with no economic activity and accepts applications until 26 October.
Self-employed women have a call from LABORA. LABORA, the Valencian employment service, called on 5 October the 2026 grants to sustain women's self-employment. Their amount and deadline are set out in the linked record.

The Vinalopó Mitjà comarca reaches Monday with nine property auctions, one ahead of the Valencia comarca. Novelda has two homes whose auction ends on the 14th and saw the La Mola secondary school classroom block resolved. Aspe sees the garage auction close on the 15th, keeps the deadline to build its day centre open until the 28th and added to the BORME a computing firm plus a machining one. Monforte del Cid, with four files undecided, has the close of another home auction that Thursday. Elda tendered 96 niches at the Virgen de los Dolores cemetery and opened a call worth 6,000 euros for youth associations. The BORME published the incorporation in Petrer of a gym company with 34,000 euros, and the Petrer resurfacing continues in assessment. El Pinós and Monòver each saw one auction end. Algueña, Hondón de los Frailes, La Romana and El Fondó de les Neus recorded no works, bids or companies, although the LABORA call extends as well to the self-employed women there.
