A firm starts with 50 euros in Lleida city, 300 times less than the largest, and 10 auctions await bids

In the Segrià comarca 12 companies are registered, from the 50 euros of a beauty and physiotherapy firm to the 15,000 of a restaurant business. Lleida city council grants 110,000 euros to roller hockey, and ten auctions stay live. Wednesday 7 October is when the first one ends.

Twelve companies join the register in the Segrià comarca and hospitality signs the largest, with 15,000 euros

Fifty euros are enough to found a company in Lleida. The BORME of 2 October, the Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil, the gazette where new companies must be published by law, registers in Lleida city a beauty care and physiotherapy company with 50 euros of capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company and not its turnover, 60 times less than the 3,000 euros with which 9 of the week's 12 are born. It is the lowest capital in the comarca in these five days.
Restaurants, bars and hotels take the best funded company. Bonhomia Gastronomica SL is born in Lleida city with 15,000 euros to run restaurants, bars and hotels, according to the BORME of 30 September. That is 300 times the smallest. Bars Games Lleida SL, a drinks service business, adds a further 3,630 euros in the BORME of 2 October.
Only one looks to bricks and mortar. Capital Cost and Cost SL, registered on 28 September with 3,000 euros, will let its own property and make timber and metal structures for construction. The same day a beauty salon is registered, which we do not name because it bears a person's name.
Almenar, Benavent de Segrià and Torrefarrera contribute one new company each. Silia 2026 SL, a commercial agent, takes its address in Almenar, and Serentill Labs SL, a software firm, in Benavent de Segrià, both in the BORME of 30 September. Torrefarrera adds a painting and decorating company on 1 October, the date on which Mapa 1988 SL, created to hold stakes in other companies, and the vehicle wash Nai Wash SL also arrive.
Finance and engineering complete the week. Parnas Capital SL will act as financial agent for a securities firm and Advanext Solutions SL will offer engineering, robotics and machinery, both from Lleida city and with 3,000 euros each, according to the BORME of 2 October. Between the 12 they bring together 45,680 euros.

Six Lleida city homes accept offers with deadlines on 7, 14 and 15 October

One closes on Wednesday 7, four on 14 and one on 15

The flat with no published floor area runs out on Wednesday 7. A court is keeping a home in Lleida city open to bids until 7 October on the Portal de Subastas, the BOE's official website where courts and public bodies auction property and anyone who registers can bid. The BOE is the Boletín Oficial del Estado, Spain's Official State Gazette, which publishes laws and official notices. The edicto, the official notice of the auction, does not give its square metres, so it is worth reading in full before making an offer.
Another two run out on Wednesday 14. Until 14 October offers are accepted for a home of 117 square metres in a building where the median CasasValue of a home is 141,164 euros. The CasasValue is the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home. With the same deadline comes another of 95 built square metres, with a median CasasValue of 131,817 euros in its block.
Patio house and 64 usable metre flat share a date. The same Wednesday 14 sees the end of the deadline for a house built on 72 square metres of land, with a median CasasValue of 237,650 euros, and for a home of 64 usable square metres, whose building has a median CasasValue of 121,005 euros.
The last chance comes on Thursday 15. That day the deadline ends for a home of 59 usable square metres and 68 built in Lleida city. None of the six opened this week and all are handled on the Portal de Subastas.

Commercial premises of 294 metres located in Lleida and 9,152 metres of irrigated land in Corbins await a bidder

Eight days for the premises and nine for the irrigated land

The premises are the big item. Offers are accepted until 14 October for commercial premises of 294 built square metres in Lleida city. The homes in the same building have a median CasasValue of 233,223 euros. It is space for a shop, an office or a restaurant.
Storage room and garage, for buyers seeking a small outlay. With the same deadline come a storage room of 45 square metres and a garage space of 10 usable square metres, both in Lleida city. The storage room's edicto does not make clear whether that floor area is usable or built.
Corbins offers irrigated land. A court is keeping a rural plot of 9,152 square metres of land in Corbins, market garden and irrigated land, open to bids until 15 October. It is a subasta judicial, a public sale ordered by a court, and the plot is one of its 4 lots. There are no details of the other three. It is of interest to farmers and to anyone wishing to enlarge a neighbouring holding.

Six calls for applications serve the Segrià comarca and one shares out 200,000 euros among neighbourhood bodies until 6 November

Of 60 grant notices, 6 are of use from the Segrià comarca

Neighbourhood shops have a line of their own. The Consorci de Comerç, Artesania i Moda de Catalunya opens this year's call for grants for retail and services, published on 29 September. A convocatoria, or call for applications, is the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant.
The cooperative movement has a line for one-off initiatives. The Departament d'Empresa i Treball publishes on 2 October the line for singular projects in the social economy and the cooperative movement.
One call takes 200,000 euros to the neighbourhoods. The Agencia de la Vivienda de Cataluña calls for applications for grants for projects by neighbourhood bodies and associations in the neighbourhoods with homes it manages, with a budget of 200,000 euros. Applications are accepted until Friday 6 November. Separately, the Generalitat awards a direct grant of 88,000 euros to the coordinating body of social housing foundations, which already has a recipient.
Popular culture, libraries and volunteering close the list. On 2 October the grants for federations of popular and traditional culture come out, along with those for furniture and technological equipment for public libraries. On 28 September the Premio Voluntariado, a volunteering prize, opened.

Lleida city council gives 110,000 euros to roller hockey, 12,000 to volleyball and 10,000 to a music project

Three municipal grants add up to 132,000 euros

Club sport receives 122,000 euros of municipal money. Lleida city council approves a subvención nominativa of 110,000 euros for Club Esportiu Lleida Llista Blava for the practice and promotion of roller hockey, and another of 12,000 euros for Club Voleibol Balàfia Lleida for its costs in the Superliga Masculina 2. Both are published on 30 September. A subvención nominativa is a grant earmarked for a named recipient, which nobody else can apply for.
Experimental music has its allocation too. On 2 October the council awards an earmarked grant of 10,000 euros to an association for its musical experimentation project Sintonítea. With it, the week's three municipal grants add up to 132,000 euros.
The Generalitat puts money into the city's heritage. The Oficina de Suport a la Iniciativa Cultural publishes an earmarked cultural heritage grant for Lleida city council. And the Departament d'Igualtat i Feminisme signs with the council the partnership to organise the I Congreso Mujeres que mueven ciudades. Both have a set recipient and the week's data do not give their amount.

Four auctions closed from 28 September to 5 October between Lleida city and Almacelles

Three closings in the city and one to the west

On Monday 5 the deadline ran out for two flats in Lleida. On 5 October the deadline closed for a home of 89 usable square metres and 116 built and for another of 101 built square metres, both in Lleida city. They serve as a reference for anyone studying the six that are still live.
Almacelles saw off the deadline on a block still being built. On 30 September the deadline ended for a multi-family building under construction in Almacelles, with ten homes and four parking spaces on a site of 265 square metres. It is an item for developers, not for someone looking for a flat.
A garage closed within an auction of 58 lots. On 28 September a garage space in Lleida city closed, with a space of no specific use, one of the assets in a subasta judicial of 58 lots. The edicto does not give its square metres.
