A 9,152-metre market garden in Corbins and three flats of 73 to 117 metres in Lleida city go to auction
An unfinished building of ten homes in Almacelles, a 9,152-metre market garden in Corbins and twelve lots in Lleida city make up the 14 auctions in the Segrià comarca. Among the 21 comarcas with an edition today, only the Murcia comarca, with 19, exceeds that figure. The BORME, Spain's official companies gazette, adds nine new company registrations in Lleida city and Rosselló.
Ten homes awaiting completion in Almacelles and a 9,152-metre market garden in Corbins look for a buyer

- In Almacelles there are bids for a block of ten unfinished homes. It is a multi-family building under construction with ten flats spread over three floors, an open-plan attic and four parking spaces, on a plot of 265 metres. Bidding remains open until this Wednesday 30 September, the first closing date in the Segrià comarca. See the auction.
- In Corbins an irrigated market garden of 9,152 metres comes up. It is market garden and open field land, published on the Auction Portal this week, and it accepts bids until 15 October. See the auction.
- PROPHUB and CAPITAL COST AND COST, from Lleida city, move into bricks and mortar. PROPHUB is founded with 3,000 euros to develop, urbanise, build and sell property (BORME of 22 September). CAPITAL COST AND COST, also with 3,000 euros, will let its own property and make timber and metal structures for construction (BORME of 28 September).
Three flats of 73 to 117 metres and a house in Lleida city take bids until 14 October

- Four Lleida city homes came up for auction this week, each with its building's CasasValue. Three are flats of 73 to 117 metres and the fourth is a two-storey house. Among the flats, the largest is in the building with the highest CasasValue, from 1900. The largest, at 117 metres, is sold through an administrative auction, held by a public body rather than a court (see the auction), and so is the 73-metre one, in a block from 1970 (see the auction).
- The 95-metre one comes through the courts, from a building of 1976. It is also one of the five court flats in the next section. See the auction.
- The house is the only home in its building. It occupies a plot of 72 metres, with 65 built on the ground floor and the rest as a patio, and its CasasValue, 237,650 euros, is that of the house itself and not of a block. All four bidding periods close on 14 October. See the auction.
Five flats in Lleida city at court auction end their bidding between 5 and 15 October

- Two keep bidding open until 5 October, a Monday. They have 116 and 101 built metres: the 116-metre one and the 101-metre one. They are the first two October dates for anyone looking for a flat in the city.
- One more home in Lleida city shuts its bidding on Wednesday 7. The court notice does not give its floor area. See the auction.
- The 68-metre one, published this week, is the last to close. It takes bids until Thursday 15 October, one day after the 95-metre one in the previous section. See the auction.
A 294-metre commercial unit in Lleida city goes to auction, as do a storage room and two garage spaces

- A 294-metre commercial unit in Lleida city goes to a tax collection auction. It is in a building from 1955 whose median CasasValue is 233,223 euros per home, and bidding remains open until 14 October. See the auction.
- A 45-metre storage room and a 10-metre parking space share a closing date. The two lots, also administrative, take bids until 14 October: the storage room and the garage space.
- A second garage space no longer takes bids. Its court auction ended on 28 September and the notice gave no metres. See the auction.

Paid training for staff and money for village shops, Vilanova de Segrià and Maials

- ARREL, the programme for village shops, has funding for 2026. The Departament d'Empresa i Treball, the Catalan business and labour department, funds it with a direct grant to the Consell de Cambres, which runs it. It is not a call that shops apply to. See the record.
- Two calls pay for training courses for staff at Catalan companies. Line A pays for the training programmes that companies submit for their staff (call). Line B pays for those submitted by organisations for member companies with fewer than 50 workers (call). Who can apply for each and until when is set out in the call.
- The Diputación de Lleida, the provincial council, gives money to Vilanova de Segrià and to the IRTA estate in Maials. Vilanova de Segrià receives a supplementary grant to draft or review its civil protection plan (record) and the agreement with IRTA keeps the olive and almond trees of the Maials estate going until 2028 (record).
