Valdeobispo re-offers almost 9 hectares of meadow from 1,770 euros a year and Jerte tenders 2 rural lanes
Nobody took Valdeobispo's municipal meadow at the first attempt, so it returns to tender from about 200 euros per hectare per year. The village council is also tendering seven lots of its dehesa, the communal wooded pasture, which close on Thursday 22 October. Jerte and Navaconcejo, in the Plasencia comarca, accept offers on their lanes until Monday 19.
Jerte and Navaconcejo await builders' bids on rural lanes worth 512,106 euros until 19 October

- Jerte tenders the Rebollar lane and the Cercao lane. Jerte village council is taking bids until Monday 19 October for the repair and improvement of two rural lanes, tendered at 179,645.59 euros sin IVA, that is, before VAT. The licitación, a public tender, in which companies bid to carry out works or a service, came out on 29 September. Grants from the Ministerio de Política Territorial y Memoria Democrática, a Spanish ministry, pay for the job.
- Nothing currently open tops Navaconcejo's tender in the Plasencia comarca. The repair of Navaconcejo's lanes, tendered at 332,460.18 euros before VAT, shares the Jerte closing date. The pair come to 512,105.77 euros. Both notices sit on the Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services.
- Cabezuela del Valle and Montehermoso have three works waiting. Bidding for the two futsal courts in Montehermoso closed on 4 October and for the works in San Antonio park, in Cabezuela del Valle, on 30 September. The solar panel installation on Montehermoso's municipal warehouse remains en evaluación: the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company.
Valdeobispo leases seven lots of its dehesa and a municipal meadow until 2031 and Jerte approves a new share-out of plots

- The municipal meadow goes back out to tender from 1,770 euros a year. The BOP de Cáceres, the Provincial Official Gazette, where the provincial council and town halls publish their notices, records on 2 October that the lease of the Prado de los Toros is on offer again, because nobody took it first time. The window is fifteen días hábiles, the days left once Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
- The municipal dehesa comes out in seven lots and the window shuts on 22 October. The same gazette publishes the tender to lease seven lots of the municipal dehesa. The winner leaves a guarantee of 5 per cent of the yearly rent and pays irrigation separately.
