Ourense city opens the only 2 new auctions among 21 comarcas, a 109-metre home plus a garage

Of the 113 auctions across the 21 comarcas analysed this Tuesday by CASAS.ES, only 2 opened in the last seven days, and both are in the Ourense comarca, where none was on record the week before. Three works contracts, tendered at 570,349 euros before VAT, reach their deadline on 8 and 13 October in O Pereiro de Aguiar and San Cibrao das Viñas, with Ourense city as the third location, and Coles gains a new artificial intelligence consultancy.

Ourense city auctions a 109-metre residential property until the 22nd, along with a garage

• The home measures 109 built metres and 93 usable metres according to the auction notice. The auction of the home, a public sale ordered by a court, opened on 2 October on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, where it accepts bids until the 22nd. The edicto, the official notice of the auction, places the property in Ourense municipality.
• The garage shares its dates with the home. The auction of the garage space, also in Ourense municipality, opened on the same 2 October and closes on the 22nd. The edicto does not give its metres.
• Tuesday's other 20 comarcas opened no auctions. From this Tuesday there are 16 days left to bid for the home and for the garage, the only two auctions opened in the week among the 113 of the day. The Pontevedra comarca, the other Galician one of the day, has none.

Seven new firms put up 115,652 euros, split across Ourense city and Coles, and three live off property, windows and plumbing

• The BORME of 29 September registers seven companies, four fewer than the previous count. The BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law, records 7 incorporations in the Ourense comarca, compared with 11 a week earlier. Six set their registered office in Ourense municipality and one in Coles. Together they add up to 115,652 euros of capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company.
• Property, windows and plumbing are the business of three new registrations. VINCERE PLUS SL is born with 3,000 euros to buy, sell and let property. VENTANASPVCORENSE SL, with another 3,000, makes and fits windows and carries out refurbishments. INVALCO ENERGIA Y PROYECTOS SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, with 15,892 euros, works in plumbing and installations.
• A rabbit farm alone gathers 70,760 of the 115,652 euros contributed. It is the largest of the week, with 70,760 euros, according to the same gazette. Next come GUBALIA SUMA SL and ORIENTED AUTOMATIC SOLUTIONS SL, the technology and artificial intelligence consultancy that sets up in Coles, with 10,000 euros each. PAPOULA RESTAURANTE SOCIEDAD LIMITADA completes the list.

Three works on turf, traffic and a pedestrian route, tendered at 570,349 euros before VAT, close on 8 and 13 October

• The A Carabina turf waits for bidders until Thursday 8 October. O Pereiro de Aguiar is looking for a company to replace the artificial turf of the A Carabina football pitch, the largest of the three open works. A licitación is a public tender, in which companies submit bids, and this one receives them until Thursday 8 October.
• The Diputación calms traffic on the OU-0517 in San Cibrao das Viñas. The works on the road between the city of Ourense and A Merca, by the Diputación, the provincial council, receive bids until Tuesday 13 October.
• Ponte Nova and Bellao gain a path for pedestrians. The same 13 October sees the deadline end for the pedestrian route of the OU-0551, in Ourense municipality. Between the three they add up to 570,349 euros excluding VAT, that is, before tax, and the chart gives the amount of each one.

Five works for Ourense city, O Pereiro de Aguiar and Coles, tendered at 7,821,005 euros before VAT, show up with a contractor

• Coto de Canedo leads the works that already appear as commissioned. The design and works of the park, tendered at 6,578,820 euros before VAT, are on record as resolved in favour of PETROLAM INFRAESTRUCTURAS. The Plaza de la Legión, tendered at 758,255 euros before VAT, appears with Oreco Balgon.
• O Pereiro de Aguiar and Coles have three works commissioned. The pavements and parking spaces of A Derrasa, tendered at 317,489 euros before VAT, are on record with COVIASTEC. The Cachamuiña plot, at 82,881, with EXPLOTACIONS MEDIOAMBIENTAIS. The Ribela through road, in Coles and tendered at 83,559, with CAMIÑOS DE OURENSE. With the two in the provincial capital, the five add up to 7,821,005 euros before VAT of tender budget.
• The Rampa de Sas and the Barbadás roads await a decision. The bidding period for both has closed and neither has a company yet. The vertical mobility scheme of the Rampa de Sas, by Ourense city council, was tendered at 2,971,488 euros before VAT, and the surfacing of several roads in Barbadás, at 178,902. Together they add up to 3,150,390 euros before VAT.

Farming organisations and university graduates have an open call among 20 Galician grant publications

• A call for farming organisations has been running since 2 October. The Consellería del Medio Rural registered that day the convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, for the grants to professional organisations and farming associations for activities of agricultural interest in 2026. Professional organisations and farming associations can apply, and the amount and the closing date can be checked on its official entry in the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones, the National Grants Database.
• A scholarship trains a university graduate in European policies. The Fundación Galicia Europa published on 29 September the training scholarship for people with a university degree, with a placement in European policies and programmes. Requirements and deadline can be checked on the same official entry.
• Nine organisations sign a job placement agreement with the Consellería de Empleo. The other 18 publications of the week are agreements with one specific organisation and cannot be applied for. Nine are signed by the Consellería de Empleo, Comercio y Emigración for Galicia Suma Talento, the job placement programme for the migrant population, among others with Cruz Roja Española en Galicia and with Unións Agrarias.

From 28 September to 5 October, Ourense municipality had two court auctions launched, a home of 109 built metres plus a garage, and took in six newly registered companies, while the seventh of the Ourense comarca, a technology consultancy, chose Coles, where the Ribela road repair is also on record with a company. O Pereiro de Aguiar takes in proposals on the A Carabina turf until the 8th, San Cibrao das Viñas closes its stretch of the OU-0517 on the 13th and Barbadás is studying those for its roads. Esgos, Vilamarín, Toén, A Peroxa, Taboadela, Amoeiro and Nogueira de Ramuín brought nothing fresh to report, and the two open Galician calls, for farming organisations and for a university graduate, are region-wide.
