Vilamarín's bridge gets its builder, bringing to six the awarded works across the Ourense comarca

Vilamarín, absent from the two previous editions, now has an awarded contractor for the crossing over a tributary of the Barbantiño. That makes six awarded works in the Ourense comarca, tendered at 7.9 million, 83 of every 100 euros in the Coto de Canedo park. Barbadás gains a new builder.

From the July tender to the 13 October deadline

Work on the Barbantiño crossing has been awarded. The Confederación Hidrográfica del Miño-Sil, the state body that manages the Miño and Sil river basins, has made the award, the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work, for the new crossing over a tributary of the river Barbantiño, in Vilamarín, and the works are on record with HORDESCON. It went out to licitación, a public tender, in which companies bid to carry out works or a service, at 70,887.92 euros excluding VAT, that is, before VAT. It appears as resolved, meaning the tender is over and the contract has been closed, in the 5 October update of the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services.
Two Diputación tenders have Tuesday the 13th as their last day. The Diputación Provincial de Ourense, the provincial council, which mainly serves small towns, is seeking a company until Tuesday the 13th for the redesign and traffic calming of the OU-0517 between the N-525 and A Merca, in San Cibrao das Viñas, tendered at 196,269.68 euros, and for the pedestrian route of the OU-0551 between Ponte Nova and Bellao, in Ourense municipality, at 146,806.37 euros.
The A Carabina deadline passed on the 8th. The deadline set by the Concello de O Pereiro de Aguiar, the town council, to replace the artificial turf of the A Carabina football pitch, tendered at 227,272.73 euros, closed on 8 October.

Sas and As Burgas, half of the four Ourense comarca tenders still without a winner

Sas takes 70 of every 100 euros still pending. Four contracts in the Ourense comarca are still being assessed, that is, the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. Their deadlines have closed and together they come to 4,235,879.37 euros excluding VAT. The largest, from Ourense City Council, is the redesign and vertical mobility works around the Rampa de Sas street, tendered at 2,971,487.60 euros.
As Burgas is also pending. Ourense City Council published on 17 June the contract to draft the special protection plan for As Burgas and the historic centre of the city, tendered at 560,000 euros. The bidding period closed on 17 July.
Eirasvedras and Barbadás are waiting too. The demolition of the Galician environmental resources centre in Eirasvedras, in Canedo, went out on 27 May tendered at 525,489.28 euros. The resurfacing of several roads in Barbadás tendered at 178,902.49 euros, closed its deadline on 31 August.

Barbadás welcomes a building company with 5,000 euros, leading six incorporations in the Ourense comarca

The builder puts in one euro in every four

Barbadás hosts the construction firm of the week. COSVIC CONSTRUCCION Y PROYECTOS was incorporated with its registered office in Barbadás, according to the BORME of 6 October, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register. Its business is new building, refurbishment, renovations and industrial units, and it contributes 25 per cent of the share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, of the six companies of the week, which add up to 20,026 euros.
Archaeology in San Cibrao das Viñas. CAMINHOS XESTION DO PATRIMONIO CULTURAL is set up in San Cibrao das Viñas to carry out archaeological studies and excavations, according to the same BORME.
Restaurants and retail, in the city of Ourense. NUBE SUSHI and BUENAFE PIZZERIA, two restaurants, and a fruit and vegetable wholesaler appeared in the BORME of 6 October. LALINSTORE, a retailer, appeared in the BORME of 8 October.

Bidding on a 109-metre flat plus garage space in the city of Ourense runs until 22 October

Bidding closes nine days after the tenders

Bids are still being taken on a flat. The Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, the Boletín Oficial del Estado, where courts and public bodies auction property, keeps open until 22 October the court auction of a home in the city of Ourense. It is a public sale ordered by a court. According to the edicto, the official notice of the auction, the flat has 109 built square metres, 93 usable, a living and dining room and four bedrooms. Bidding opened on 2 October.
The garage closes alongside the flat. The second auction in the comarca, a garage space also in the city of Ourense, closes on 22 October. The edicto does not give its size.

Canedo, the Legión, A Derrasa and Vilamarín, among six awarded works, 7.9 million tendered

One park takes almost all the awarded money

Coto de Canedo, with PETROLAM. Counting the Vilamarín bridge, the Plataforma de Contratación shows six works in the Ourense comarca with a contractor, tendered at 7,891,893.18 euros excluding VAT. Apart from Vilamarín, the other five were already listed this way in September. The largest is the Coto de Canedo park, in Ourense municipality, which is on record with PETROLAM INFRAESTRUCTURAS.
Oreco Balgon, at the Legión. The accessibility works at the Plaza de la Legión are on record with Oreco Balgon, tendered at 758,255.29 euros.
Three more works, in O Pereiro de Aguiar and in Coles. The pavements and parking of A Derrasa, with COVIASTEC, and the Cachamuiña plot, with EXPLOTACIONS MEDIOAMBIENTAIS, are in O Pereiro de Aguiar. The Ribela through road, in Coles, is on record with CAMIÑOS DE OURENSE.

Between 5 and 12 October, the Ourense comarca added one more awarded works contract. The Barbantiño crossing in Vilamarín has been awarded. In San Cibrao das Viñas the OU-0517 closes on the 13th and an archaeology company registers. In the city of Ourense the provincial tender for the OU-0551 path also closes on the 13th. The city gains four firms, keeps two court auctions running, for a flat plus garage space, and expects decisions on Sas and As Burgas. Barbadás welcomes a building firm, while its resurfacing contract stays unawarded. O Pereiro de Aguiar closed A Carabina on the 8th and is on record with companies in Cachamuiña and A Derrasa. In Coles, the Diputación has awarded the through road towards Ribela. Esgos, Toén, A Peroxa, Amoeiro, Taboadela and Nogueira de Ramuín had no entries in the gazettes and procurement portals checked for that week.
