The Ourense comarca logs eleven companies and sees three works resolved in A Derrasa, Cachamuiña and Ribela

The Ourense comarca gains eleven companies from the BORME, five of them in property or building work and seven based within Ourense City Council's municipal area, while O Pereiro de Aguiar and the Diputación, the council for the province, already list three works as resolved in A Derrasa, Cachamuiña and Ribela.

A new property firm registers its office within Ourense City Council's boundaries. With 3,000 euros of capital, it will buy, sell and let property on its own account in a city where the median CasasValue of a home is 230,303 euros. The BORME published it on 22 September. BORME.
Licitiatec and Prodinges will work for construction firms. Licitiatec Consultoría Técnica y Licitaciones prepares bids for building and public works tenders, and Prodinges manages engineering, architecture and refurbishment projects. Both are based in the city of Ourense. That day's BORME.

A Derrasa takes almost two in every three euros tendered

Coviastec will widen pavements and car parks in A Derrasa. O Pereiro de Aguiar commissioned it for the first phase on the OU-536, tendered at 317,489.19 euros before VAT, to reorganise car parking and widen pavements. The Platform lists it as resolved on 11 September. See the award.
Explotacions Medioambientais will prepare the Cachamuiña plot. The same Concello, the town council, commissioned it to prepare a plot and its immediate surroundings in the village of Cachamuiña, tendered at 82,881.48 euros before VAT. Cachamuiña record.
Camiños de Ourense will upgrade the road through Ribela. The Diputación commissioned it to upgrade the OU-0552 between Sobral and Ribela, in Coles, tendered at 83,559.30 euros before VAT. Ribela record.

Between 21 and 28 September, seven of the 11 companies incorporated in the comarca chose the city of Ourense for their registered office. The BORME of 22 September also brings a residence for older people in Barbadás, a window and door enclosure workshop in Coles, a household appliance repair shop in San Cibrao das Viñas and a computer wholesaler in O Pereiro de Aguiar. Earlier in the same month, the works in A Derrasa and Cachamuiña, in O Pereiro de Aguiar, and the road through Ribela, in Coles, were listed as resolved on the Platform. Amoeiro, Toén, Nogueira de Ramuín, Vilamarín, A Peroxa, Taboadela and Esgos do not appear this week in tenders or in the BORME.
