Monday ends 4 of the 5 auctions in the Lorca comarca and one farming firm supplies 68% of new capital

The Lorca comarca sees four of its five auctions run out on Monday 5 October, with properties in the Lorca municipality, Mazarrón and Águilas. A farming company from Águilas contributes 68 euros of every hundred raised by the six new companies. Lorca city council wraps up its tender on the Teatro Guerra facades and keeps two others open until 20 October.

Rural estate, shop premises and two homes exhaust their bidding time on Monday 5 October

One day for four bids and ten for the fifth

A rural holding with 234 built metres awaits a buyer in the Lorca countryside. The rural estate in the Lorca municipality takes bids until Monday. It is a subasta judicial, a public sale ordered by a court, in which anyone can bid. Bidding is on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the Boletín Oficial del Estado where courts and public bodies auction property. The CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, gives a 429,950 euro median for the dwelling on that property, built in 2002.
Four bedrooms and 89 usable metres bow out that same Monday. The home in the Lorca municipality is in a 1989 building whose median CasasValue is 312,925 euros, the benchmark for how far bidding pays.
Mazarrón contributes a home of 79 metres and Águilas, a commercial unit. The home in Mazarrón measures 79 built metres including common areas, says its court notice. The unit in Águilas sits in a 2003 building with a median CasasValue of 196,301 euros per home. Both end on 5 October.
The fifth auction, an estate whose home is partly built, leaves room until 14 October. It is a rural estate in the Lorca municipality with 5,154 metres of land where a detached house was begun and, says the court notice, remains unfinished. The notice credits it with 150 built metres.

A firm will restore the Teatro Guerra facades, works tendered at 228,091 euros excluding VAT

Salmer Cantería y Restauración is on record as the contractor for the Teatro Guerra facades. Lorca city council put out to a licitación, a public tender in which companies bid to carry out works or a service, the restoration of the facades of the Teatro Guerra at 228,091 euros excluding VAT. The works are listed as resolved, meaning the tender is over and the contract has been closed. The file is on the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services.
Tercia and Cazalla open up work for installers and small builders. The street lighting on the Camino de los Ambeles goes out to tender at 41,668.75 euros excluding VAT and the enclosure of the Cazalla pavilion, at 72,727.27 euros excluding VAT. Both notices came out on 2 October and accept bids until the 20th. Combined they total 114,396 euros.
Replacing the drinking water pipes also has a contractor. Aguas de Lorca, the company that manages the municipality's drinking water supply, records as resolved the renewal of supply networks. The tender budget was 117,149.12 euros excluding VAT and an excavation and assembly company is the contractor.
The La Torrecilla pavilion closes its file. The construction of the multi-purpose pavilion, with a tender budget of 138,624.57 euros excluding VAT, appears as resolved, with no company name yet on the Plataforma.

A farming company from Águilas puts in 102,170 of the 150,170 euros of the six new companies

One Águilas firm holds two thirds of the capital

URCISOL AGRICOLA starts up in Águilas and signs for a 68 per cent share in registered capital. The company, registered on 1 October in the BORME, the Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law, will grow, pack and export fresh produce. Its 102,170 euros of capital social, the money the partners put in when founding the company, which is not turnover, are 2.1 times what the other five raise.
Vegetables and drinks dominate among the three newcomers in the Lorca municipality. A vegetable farming company makes its debut with 25,000 euros and ZYMO DRINKS, in drinks and fruit preserves, with 4,000. STERLING NEXUS adds 13,000 euros and combines agricultural services, bricklaying and beauty treatments.
Alhama de Murcia gains an installer of fire protection on building sites. GRUPO ZEPI PROTECCION INCENDIOS is born with 3,000 euros. In Mazarrón, VELVER TURNER enters hospitality with the same capital.

Parque de la Cubana outweighs the other six

The Parque de la Cubana sets the scale in Alhama de Murcia. The first phase of the project for the Parque de la Cubana and its thermal centre, which is the remodelling of the park, is listed as resolved, with companies already chosen. Alone it concentrates most of the 3,680,406 euros excluding VAT tendered across the seven files.
Two tenders in the Lorca municipality remain under assessment and lack a contractor so far. The upgrading of the Rambla de las Chatas and the finishing of the development of 26 homes in Zarcilla de Ramos, the latter with a budget of 51,809.72 euros excluding VAT, are still en evaluación, that is, the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. The deadline to submit them has passed for both.
The four homes of Lorca city council and a fire protection installation are already closed. The four-home project is listed as resolved, no company published on the Plataforma. MASTER SECURITY 3000 has the fire protection installation, tendered at 60,542.73 euros excluding VAT.
Totana has the resurfacing and La Bastida resolved. The road surface replacement appears as resolved with no company published, and the maintenance project for the La Bastida archaeological site is with the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

The BORME listed six newly formed companies across the Lorca municipality, Águilas, Mazarrón and Alhama de Murcia. The Águilas farming company alone tops two thirds in registered money. Restoring the Teatro Guerra was resolved in the week that ended on 3 October. In Tercia and Cazalla there are municipal tenders open, while Totana and Alhama de Murcia retain long-running works on their books. Puerto Lumbreras, Librilla and Aledo do not surface this time in the official sources.
