Four of the five court auctions in Lorca, Mazarrón and Águilas close bidding on Monday 5 October

Five properties remain up for court auction in Lorca, Mazarrón and Águilas, TRANSPORTE CALIDAMUR opens in Águilas with 45,000 euros, the largest capital among the ten new companies, and Zarcilla de Ramos awaits a builder to finish its development.

Lorca, Mazarrón and Águilas offer five court lots, including a 5,154 square metre estate in Cazalla

• An estate with a house and pool in La Escucha. A court is auctioning an estate in the rural district of La Escucha, in Lorca, with a detached house of 234 built square metres, storehouses and a swimming pool. Its CasasValue is 429,950 euros and bids are accepted until 5 October.
• A four-bedroom flat seeks a bidder in Lorca. Also on offer is a home of 89 usable square metres in Lorca, with four bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a terrace, in a building of 22 homes from 1989 whose median CasasValue is 312,925 euros. Bidding closes on 5 October.
• Mazarrón offers a 79 square metre flat. In Mazarrón, a flat of 79 built square metres goes under the hammer in a building of six homes from 2007 with a median CasasValue of 164,401 euros. Bidding ends on 5 October.
• Águilas puts up commercial premises. In Águilas, a set of commercial premises is up for sale in a building of 16 homes from 2003, whose median CasasValue is 196,301 euros, again with bids until 5 October.
• Cazalla opens with a deadline of 14 October. Since 24 September bidders can also go for a 5,154 square metre estate in Cazalla, in Lorca, with a 150 square metre house under construction. It is the only one of the five still open after 5 October.

TRANSPORTE CALIDAMUR opens in Águilas with 45,000 euros and three new companies back construction

• Residential building arrives in Mazarrón. ALCALA INTEGRAL HOUSE, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, a sociedad limitada or Spanish private limited company, registers in Mazarrón with 3,500 euros of capital to construct residential buildings and carry out full home refurbishments. It is the only one this week with building construction as its main activity.
• Alhama and Águilas gear up to develop. A property holding company is set up in Alhama de Murcia to develop, buy, sell and let property, and in Águilas AGRO SERVICIOS NUEVA ESPERANZA, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA will prepare land for construction.
• The largest capital of the week goes to transport. TRANSPORTE CALIDAMUR SL registers in Águilas with 45,000 euros of capital, the highest of the ten incorporations in the district, to haul goods by road, hire out vehicles without drivers and buy and sell industrial vehicles. Next comes a holding company from Totana with 24,000 euros.
• Five more round off the week. Lorca registers a citrus farming business, Totana METAL LAB 22 SL, which will make metal frames for furniture on the El Salar industrial estate, Águilas GRUPO MEDITERRANEO DARU SL, a fruit and vegetable trading intermediary, Mazarrón a sports facility management firm and Puerto Lumbreras an optician.
• The region opens grants for trade fairs and social integration enterprises. The Instituto de Fomento de la Región de Murcia, the regional development agency, published on 21 September two calls for grants to exhibit at the Sweets and Snacks 2027 fair and at GreenTech Americas, in Querétaro. On the same day the regional Consejería de Empresa, the department for enterprise, launched the 2026 subsidies for social integration enterprises.

Zarcilla de Ramos awaits a builder and Totana commits 241,347 euros to supported housing

• Zarcilla de Ramos closes bids and awaits the award. The deadline for bids closed on 24 September to finish the development attached to 26 homes in Zarcilla de Ramos, in Lorca, with a budget of 51,810 euros before VAT. The tender is still under assessment and the award will be published on its Platform page.
• Calle Sicilia is listed as resolved. The Procurement Platform lists as resolved, in an update of 24 September, the tender for the project of four homes on calle Sicilia, run by the Junta de Gobierno Local, Lorca's executive board, and funded by the European urban initiative. Its tender budget is 528,924 euros before VAT and the winning bidder is not yet shown.
• Totana moves ahead with its roads and La Bastida. The same day, the renewal of the road surface across the municipality of Totana was updated as resolved, with a budget of 165,288 euros before VAT and no winning bidder published. The drafting of the maintenance project for the La Bastida archaeological site is shown as awarded to the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, on a tender amount of 66,116 euros before VAT.
• Totana backs supported housing. Totana Town Council recorded on 23 September in the BDNS, the national grants database, an agreement worth 241,347 euros with the local association of families of people with disabilities to build and refurbish supported homes.

Lorca, Mazarrón and Águilas have five properties open for bids in the courts, between 23 and 25 September ten new companies were registered in Águilas, Mazarrón, Totana, Alhama de Murcia, Lorca and Puerto Lumbreras, and Lorca and Totana moved four tenders and one housing agreement forward. Librilla and Aledo had no auctions, companies, tenders or municipal grants of their own in the BOE, the BORME, the Platform or the BDNS in these eight days.
