Two new Totana firms supply 214,000 of the 240,000 euros registered by the 10 newcomers of the Lorca comarca

Lorca city council keeps two building jobs taking bids at Cazalla and Tercia up to Tuesday 20, and the Murcian INFO, which supports SMEs, launches two innovation vouchers. A single auction is still running in the Lorca comarca, with its closing set for Wednesday 14.

Two Totana companies account for 214,000 of the 240,000 euros

Property and transport are behind the biggest pair of registrations. ROLOSE65 SL is born with 113,000 euros of capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, to buy, sell and let property, according to the BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies are published. OFFBEARCH SL starts out with 101,000 euros for road freight transport. Together they provide 214,000 of the 240,000 euros behind the 10 registrations, 89.2 per cent.
Property occupies three registrations in ten. Alongside ROLOSE65, in Alhama de Murcia GVR CAPITAL will let and refurbish property and ONDINA LOGISTICS MIRANDA DE EBRO will buy and let it. There is a network installer in Alhama, TITAN FLEET, in hardware, and firms in artificial intelligence, advertising and scrap metal in the city of Lorca, and a workshop in Águilas.

The Murcian INFO launches 2 innovation vouchers among the 7 grant notices that accept applications

Of every 100 grant notices, 37 accept applications

Two vouchers, the same day. The Instituto de Fomento de la Región de Murcia (INFO), a regional public body that supports small and medium-sized companies, known as SMEs, registered on 9 October two calls, the notices that open the period for applying for a grant. The first encourages SMEs in the region to contract innovation and competitiveness services, and the Cheque Sostenibilidad, the contracting of those same services. Amount, requirements and deadline appear in the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones, the public register of grants.
Employment, sport and secondary education issue calls. The regional department of Business, Employment and Social Economy issued on 6 October grants for labour relations programmes (one and another). Also opened were the experience programmes for unemployed people and the grants for sports federations and the Extraordinary Secondary Education Awards.
Three organisations receive an agreement from Alhama de Murcia town council. Alhama de Murcia town council registered from 5 to 8 October agreements, money already allocated, with an ornithological association, a foundation and a music and cultural association.
Three decrees reserve funds for town councils. The regional department of Social Policy registered three direct awards, money already allocated that nobody applies for, to the town councils of the region, namely childhood and family teams, social services and care centres for women victims of gender violence.

Cazalla and Tercia keep two building jobs receiving offers until Tuesday 20, tendered at 114,396 euros excluding VAT

Two tenders yet to close and two awaiting a company

Cazalla and Tercia await a builder. Lorca city council is receiving bids until Tuesday 20 for the enclosure of the multi-purpose pavilion in Cazalla and the installation of street lighting on the Los Ambeles lane, in Tercia. They are two licitaciones, public tenders in which companies submit bids, and they come out at 114,396 euros excluding VAT, before tax.
Another pair of contests awaits its company. The development works attached to 26 homes in Zarcilla de Ramos and the pedestrian street on the Rambla de las Chatas remain under assessment: the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. They add up to 131,149 euros excluding VAT.
The Teatro Guerra sees two tenders closed. Now listed as closed, meaning the tender is over and the contract has been closed, are the works on the facades of the theatre (tendered at 228,091 euros excluding VAT), for SALMER CANTERÍA Y RESTAURACIÓN, and its fire protection (60,543) is also listed with a company. The drinking water networks (117,149) are listed for EXCAVACIONES Y MONTAJES VIGUERAS. The 4 homes (528,924) and the La Torrecilla pavilion (138,625) are listed with no company published.
Alhama de Murcia and Totana also closed tenders. In Alhama de Murcia the remodelling of La Cubana park, a 2023 tender put out at 2,728,387 euros excluding VAT, is listed with a company. In Totana, the restoration of the paving came out at 165,288 and the La Bastida archaeological site project, at 66,116, which is listed for the UNIVERSITAT AUTÒNOMA DE BARCELONA.

Three municipalities account for the five auctions

Just one is still running in the Lorca comarca. The auction, a public sale ordered by a court, is a rural property in the Lorca municipal area, with 5,154 metres of land and a detached house that has been started. The Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, attributes 150 built metres to it, unconfirmed in the edicto, the official notice of the auction. It closes on 14 October.
An 89 usable metre dwelling inside the city of Lorca closed on Monday 5. The bidding concerns a building with a median CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, of 312,925 euros, context and not the price of what is auctioned.
Mazarrón, Águilas and another rural property in the Lorca municipal area also closed. That day saw the end of a home of 79 built metres in Mazarrón, in a building with a median CasasValue of 164,401 euros, a rural property in the Lorca municipal area with 234 built metres according to the portal and a CasasValue of 429,950 for the home on the property, and a commercial unit in Águilas, with no metres on the portal, in a building of 16 homes with a median CasasValue of 196,301.

From 3 to 10 October, Totana placed on the BORME a pair of firms that exceed 100,000 euros each and provide 214,000 of the 240,000 euros registered by the 10 newcomers of the Lorca comarca, spread across Lorca, Alhama de Murcia, Totana and Águilas. The INFO opened two innovation vouchers, one aimed at SMEs, which reach its eight municipalities, including Aledo, Librilla and Puerto Lumbreras, where tenders, bids and company debuts are missing these days. Alhama de Murcia signed 3 agreements and still shows La Cubana as closed. Lorca city council awaits proposals for Cazalla and Tercia until Tuesday 20, and of the 5 auctions, spread across Mazarrón, Águilas and the Lorca municipal area, only one rural plot has yet to close, on the 14th.
