Nalda puts 225,855 euros of works up for bids, triple Logroño city council's sum, and bids close Thursday 8

Nalda keeps two works up for bids at 225,855.01 euros, triple the sum at Logroño city council, and closes both on Thursday 8. In the Logroño comarca, the money still in search of a building firm falls to 362,206.12 euros from 566,541.67 a week ago, now that the deadline for Calle Belchite has passed. The climate control job at the Gota de Leche building has its company, a house in Lardero makes its debut at court auction, Agoncillo registers a 45,000 euro agreement linked to the El Sequero industrial estate and the Logroño municipal government approves 205,172.71 euros of the child voucher.

Nalda has three times the city's money out to tender
  • Bids for Nalda's two works stay open until Thursday 8. Still open are the redevelopment of Calle Asociación Deportiva, which goes out for 143,293.02 euros, and the refurbishment of the Islallana playground, for 82,561.99. These are amounts from a licitación, a public tender, in which companies bid to carry out works, and they are sin IVA, before VAT. Together they come to 225,855.01 euros, three times what the city of Logroño has out to tender and 62.4 per cent of everything open in the Logroño comarca.
  • The civil works for four self-cleaning toilets seek a builder. The municipal Junta de Gobierno, the city's governing board, published on 1 October the tender for the civil works to fit out 4 self-cleaning toilets in the city, with a budget of 74,373.60 euros. That works out at 18,593.40 euros per toilet. Bids are accepted until 16 October.
  • Sorzano keeps Camino Eras open until 21 October. The development of Camino Eras, at 61,977.51 euros, is still taking bids. With it there are 4 works tenders open, for 362,206.12 euros. A week ago the figure was 566,541.67, because it still counted Calle Belchite in the city, whose deadline closed on 30 September.

  • The property in Lardero began taking bids on the 1st. The bidding in this subasta judicial, a public sale ordered by a court, opened on 1 October and closes on the 21st on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, where courts and public bodies auction property. The court's notice does not give the floor area of the house.
  • Eight days remain for the auction featuring commercial premises in Logroño city. The auction, open since 23 September, includes commercial premises in the city and does not give square metres in its notice either. With 2 auctions, the Logroño comarca is one of the day's 5 that have one or two, far from the 11 of the most active.

  • Agoncillo registers the agreement with the El Sequero upkeep body. Agoncillo Town Council registered on 29 September in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, where public grants are announced, its agreement with the entidad de conservación, the owners' upkeep body, of the El Sequero industrial estate. The record gives a budget of 45,000 euros and 31 December 2026 as the final date, with the recipient already named. On 2 October it also entered its agreement with the Sociedad Recreativa San Andrés.
  • The Logroño municipal government approves the fourth payment of the child voucher. The decision of 30 September approves the fourth payment of the child voucher grants for the 2025/2026 school year to Eulen Servicios Sociosanitarios, part of Eulen, a Spanish services company, with a budget of 205,172.71 euros. There is no application period, it is a payment already decided.
  • The international expansion of La Rioja's companies has an agreement for 2026. The economy department of the Government of La Rioja published on 1 October its agreement with the FER, the Federation of Businesses of La Rioja, the organisation that brings together and represents the region's companies, for measures to boost international expansion.
  • School transport for the 2026/2027 school year now has its call for applications. The education and employment department published on 1 October the convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, for the individual school transport grants. It is the only call for applications on this list, the rest are agreements or payments with a named recipient. Who can apply and until when is set out in the official record.
  • The Government of La Rioja enters three social and animal protection agreements. The health and social policy department registered two agreements with the Fundación Banco de Alimentos, the food bank foundation, one on 1 October and another on the 2nd, and the agriculture department, one with an animal protection association. None of them publishes an amount.

From 27 September to 4 October, the Logroño comarca kept 4 works tenders open, two from Nalda that close on Thursday 8, a new one from Logroño city council for four public toilets and another from Sorzano. Works at the Gota de Leche, in Alberite, Villamediana de Iregua and Arrúbal were closed or awarded, and Ocón is still waiting on two contracts in Santa Lucía. Lardero contributes one house to the calendar of court-ordered bidding and Agoncillo registered two agreements, one of 45,000 euros linked to the El Sequero industrial estate. La Rioja's call for school transport grants for the 2026/2027 school year and the regional agreements of the week also reach Albelda de Iregua, Alcanadre, Ausejo, Clavijo, Corera, Daroca de Rioja, El Redal, Entrena, Fuenmayor, Galilea, Hornos de Moncalvillo, Lagunilla del Jubera, Leza de Río Leza, Medrano, Murillo de Río Leza, Navarrete, Ribafrecha, Santa Engracia del Jubera, Sojuela and Sotés.
