Eight companies debut with 203,000 euros in the Logroño comarca and 48 Alicante ones barely gather 215,858

The Logroño comarca adds 8 companies with 203,000 euros, 160,000 of it from a winery. Only 2 works still take bids against 4 seven days ago, Agoncillo sets aside 26,000 euros for its club and Villamediana de Iregua takes applications for a painting contest from the 19th.

Agoncillo pays for its club's season with 26,000 euros. The town council registered on 5 October in the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones, the National Grants Database, an agreement with Club Deportivo Agoncillo for the 2026/27 season. The money already has a recipient. There too, the refurbishment of the cemetery, tendered for 106,251.93 euros before taxes, is listed as a completed file, with no known company.
Three town councils appear in agreements with the Riojan government. 8 October brought the agreement with Leza de Río Leza, for a new square in its Calle Laurel, and the one with Albelda de Iregua, to roof the padel court. On the 7th another was registered with Logroño city council, on seasonal workers. No record gives the amount.
Villamediana de Iregua registers two contests, one for painting and one for short stories. The town council entered on 9 October its III Concurso de Pintura, with a budget of 1,000 euros and applications from 19 October to 21 December, and its IV Concurso de Relato Breve, with 500 euros and applications until 17 January 2027. Both are aimed at individuals.
Rioja's farms have had a call published since the 7th. The Agriculture Department of the Government of La Rioja published on 7 October the call for grants for investment in farms, the notice that opens the window to apply. Amount and deadline are in the linked call.

Sixth by average capital of each new company

With a sixth as many companies, the Logroño comarca comes close to the Alicante figure. The BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies, capital changes and closures must be published by law, publishes in its issues of 6 October and of the 7th 8 companies with 203,000 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in, 25,375 on average. The Alicante comarca's 48 new ones total 215,858. The Logroño comarca's average is 5.6 times the Alicante one and the sixth highest of the day's 20 comarcas with companies.
Wine makes the largest company bet of the week. BODEGAS ALTOS DE LA CANOCA was set up with 160,000 euros and its registered office in the city of Logroño, according to the BORME of 6 October. Its purpose is to make and sell wines and to run farm estates. It puts in 3.7 times the other 7 combined.
A property developer arrives with 25,000 euros and Fuenmayor gains a hospitality firm. KUIPER REAL ESTATE, a property developer, appears in the BORME of the 7th with its seat in the regional capital. ITRO RESTAURACION, a drinks service business, is the only one of the 8 registered outside it, in Fuenmayor. The other five start from 3,000 euros: MASQUECAMPER LOGROÑO, in motorhomes, HAXIOO AUTOMATE, in software, ORO JIREH, in gold and jewellery, one in property letting and tourist accommodation and another in video games, spread across the two gazettes.

Three of the eleven files account for 58.9 per cent

Two small tenders stay open to local building firms. Logroño city council accepts bids until 16 October for the installation of 4 self-cleaning toilets and Sorzano until the 21st for the development of Camino Eras. Together they are tendered for 136,351.11 euros excluding VAT, before taxes. A week ago there were 4 works and 362,206.12 euros.
Nalda and Calle Belchite now only await a builder. The redevelopment of Calle Asociación Deportiva and the Islallana children's playground, both in Nalda, closed on 8 October with 225,855.01 euros at stake. In the regional capital, the redevelopment of Calle Belchite, tendered for 278,709.15 euros excluding VAT, closed on 30 September and is the largest pending.
Four files remain under study. Under assessment are the bids for the lift at the Arrúbal sports centre, for two jobs in Santa Lucía de Ocón, the roof of a chapel and the Malmedin water intake, and for the municipal temporary housing programme in the regional capital. They total 322,167.15 euros. The 9 active files in the Logroño comarca reach 963,082.42 euros excluding VAT.
Gota de Leche and the industrial estates, the largest municipal contracts settled, have a company. SALA MANTENIMIENTOS is listed as the successful bidder, the company that will do the works, for the air conditioning of the Gota de Leche, and ORIZON CONSTRUCTORA Y MEDIO AMBIENTE for the strengthening of road surfaces and pavements on the industrial estates. In the villages, the youth centre in Villamediana de Iregua and the street lighting of Alberite are on record with a company.

Bids on the Logroño city shop unit can be placed for just one more day. The court auction, a public sale ordered by a court, has 2 lots, one of them a retail unit in the city of Logroño. It closes on 13 October.
In Lardero the clock runs until Wednesday 21. The auction of a home in Lardero opened on 1 October and ends on the 21st. The notice does not specify the square metres.

Seven companies from the city of Logroño, led by a winery with 160,000 euros, and a hospitality one from Fuenmayor are on record as new in the BORME issues of 6 and 7 October. Agoncillo registered an agreement of 26,000 euros with its club and has the cemetery file completed. Leza de Río Leza and Albelda de Iregua saw two regional government agreements published, a square for the first and a covered padel court for the second, and Villamediana de Iregua entered two contests, one for painting and one for short stories. Sorzano still has Camino Eras out to tender, Nalda completed its deadlines, Islallana included, and Ocón and Arrúbal await the review of three works. Lardero closes the list with residential bids still accepted and Alberite appears with its lighting under contract. The Riojan government's farm call is of interest to the farms of Galilea, Ribafrecha or Daroca de Rioja, as it is to those of Sojuela, Entrena, Santa Engracia del Jubera, Lagunilla del Jubera and Corera, and also to Murillo de Río Leza, Alcanadre, Navarrete, El Redal, as well as Ausejo, Clavijo, Hornos de Moncalvillo, Medrano and Sotés.
