A company of 965,110 euros starts life in Silla to head a group and Aena tenders airport toilets in Manises

Aquilaris GC, set up in Silla to head a group of companies, gathers alone more capital than all the new company registrations combined in 18 of today's other 20 comarcas. Within the Horta Sud comarca 9 public tenders await bids, with Manises airport leading the newly published ones, 5 homes are open to bidding and six town councils launch grants worth 89,200 euros.

Silla registers 965,110 euros in one company alone, exceeding all the new ones of 18 comarcas

• Silla gains the second biggest newly formed company across today's 21 comarcas. Aquilaris GC is incorporated with 965,110 euros of capital, the money the partners put in, to head a group of companies, according to the BORME, the official gazette of the Companies Register, of 1 October. It exceeds the combined capital of every new company in 18 of today's other 20 comarcas. Only the Madrid comarca registers a larger one, of 2,103,000 euros.
• Twelve of the 34 new ones are born to build, refurbish or trade property. Eleven do so with 3,000 euros and the twelfth, Reformas y Trabajos de Altura Rema, of Silla, with 30,000. Torrent registers Nova Sequia Promociones and Garcer Capital, Manises has Inmarle Activos Inmobiliarios, Alaquàs has Denia Suites Carbelfi, Paiporta has Turis Edifica, Aldaia has Grupo Creara Investment and Silla has Silla Experience.
• Torrent registers 11 companies and Manises 5. The Horta Sud comarca counts 34 incorporations in 14 municipalities between 28 September and 1 October. Aquilaris GC puts in 84.2 per cent of the capital, while 26 of the 34 are born with 3,000 euros.

Aena tenders the Terminal 1 toilets, in Manises, at 613,935 euros, and 9 tenders are open

• The airport exceeds three fifths of the newly tendered amount. Aena, the company that runs the airport network, puts out to tender, a public competition between companies, the renovation of Terminal 1's old toilets at Valencia airport, in Manises. The works are tendered at 613,935 euros excluding VAT, that is, before tax, and accept bids until 16 October. It is the largest of the 5 tenders published between 28 September and 2 October, which total 1,012,169 euros before VAT.
• Silla, Torrent and Picanya see their deadlines shut on 19 October. Silla fits out the bar of the Hogar de los Jubilados, tendered at 113,345 euros before VAT. Torrent restores its Torre Medieval and Picanya hires the Christmas lighting.
• Catarroja renews its Cortes Valencianas square. The works are tendered at 112,176 euros before VAT and accept bids until 22 October.
• Aldaia seeks a building company for a repair of 831,540 euros. Still open is the Casa de la Música repair after the DANA, a high-altitude low-pressure system that can bring heavy rain. It is tendered at 831,540 euros before VAT, with bids until 15 October. Still open too are the storeroom of the Hospital de Manises, at 150,720 euros and until the 17th, and two expiring now, the Alaquàs irrigation channel, on the 6th, and the underground bins in Mislata, on the 7th. The 9 total 2,099,281 euros before VAT.

Five home auctions remain open to bids in Torrent, Manises, Alcàsser and Alaquàs, the last until 14 October

• Torrent closes on Thursday 8 the bidding for 56 usable metres. The bidding ends on 8 October on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, as a court auction, a public sale ordered by a court.
• Four more close between 13 and 14 October. On the 13th a home of 112 built metres in Torrent, another of 103 usable metres in Manises and one in Alcàsser end. On the 14th a home in Alaquàs closes.
• Six rounds of bidding are already over and two leave a CasasValue reference. The home in Alfafar is in a building from 1957 where the median CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates, is 134,644 euros. The one of 77 built metres in Picassent is in a building from 1974 with a median CasasValue of 71,920 euros. Also finished are one of 95 built metres in Beniparrell, two terraced houses, one in Beniparrell and another in Picassent, and another home in Alaquàs.

Works in Quart de Poblet, Mislata and Aldaia, tendered at 932,160 euros, now have a successful bidder

• The neuroinclusive play area in Quart de Poblet now has a successful bidder. The play space at the municipal sports centre, tendered at 272,140 euros before VAT, has passed the award, the step where a company is chosen, and is listed under Avant Gestio Tecnica. The Avenida del Mediterrani upgrade, on the Nou d'Octubre industrial estate, tendered at 247,934 euros, is now resolved, meaning the tender is over and closed, with Pavasal as the successful bidder.
• Mislata entrusts Nuvasports with one repair at the El Quint sports hall. The works, repairing DANA damage, were tendered at 248,453 euros before VAT. The other repair of the same hall, tendered at 80,192 euros, shows as resolved on the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish tenders, with no company published.
• The company for Aldaia's flood barriers is now chosen. The Manises Health Department awards to Tecmo the installation at the entrances, tendered at 163,633 euros before VAT.
• Abala Infraestructuras holds the highest-value works, in Mislata. It is the Avenida de la Paz redevelopment, damaged by the DANA and tendered at 2,090,897 euros before VAT, 47 of every 100 euros of the 12 contracts with a company or resolved. The park on Calle Lepanto, also in Mislata and tendered at 333,528 euros, and the water network of El Pantano, in Torrent, show as resolved with no company published. Sercyoval has the Carrer Llevant of the El Pla industrial estate, in Alcàsser, Vivers Centre Verd a road in Silla and Dintel Imposta Dovela 2000 Albal's care home for the elderly. The Centro Andaluz of the Orba neighbourhood, in Alfafar, is awarded, with no company published.

Picassent's ravine, tendered at 8.2 million, nearly two thirds of what is pending, waits for its contractor

• Picassent holds the largest amount that lacks a contractor. The reconstruction of the Picassent ravine after the DANA, as it crosses the Font del Omet neighbourhood, is tendered at 8,196,498 euros before VAT and is still under assessment, meaning the public body is studying the bids. The 11 contracts of the Horta Sud comarca with the deadline closed and no company total 12,707,923 euros before VAT.
• Manises has two large works on hold. The rebuilding of a road and its retaining wall, tendered at 2,354,346 euros before VAT, already has its bid deadline closed. The roof and accessibility of a sports hall, at 770,967 euros, remains under assessment.
• Xirivella and Torrent have rainwater sewer mains and a water network pending. Aigües de l'Horta has pending a water network of 314,168 euros and rainwater sewer mains of 115,403 in Xirivella, and the sewer main of the Masía del Juez industrial estate, of 244,815, in Torrent.
• The remaining five contracts lack a company too. They are the Calle dels Argenters, in Alcàsser, a roundabout in Quart de Poblet, the turf of the 7-a-side football pitches in Albal, the development project for zone 11 of Benetússer and a municipal home in Picanya.

Six town councils launch grants worth 89,200 euros and Alaquàs sets aside 40,000 for sport

• Alaquàs, Benetússer and Picassent put up the three largest. The BDNS, the National Grants Database, registers a call, the notice that opens the application window, from Alaquàs for sports bodies, with 40,000 euros and 20 calendar days from its publication in the BOP, the Provincial Official Gazette. Benetússer allocates 15,000 euros to people with disabilities, with 10 days from the BOP. Picassent sets aside 12,000 for single-parent families, until 31 December.
• Mislata, Albal and Torrent complete the municipal ones. Mislata launches 10,000 euros for youth associations, with 10 calendar days. Albal puts 8,000 into grants for non-compulsory studies, with 10 working days, which leave out Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Torrent endows the III Jocs Florals with 4,200.
• The Diputación and the Generalitat register lines with no amount in our data. The Diputación de Valencia, the provincial council, registers Fomento del emprendimiento y autoempleo 2026 and the promotion of agri-food products. The Generalitat publishes grants for entrepreneurship in the primary sector for women in rural municipalities and the rules for those for school transport and meals. For local administrations there remain talent, Europe and digital, territorial innovation and the municipal emergency plans.

Silla watches Aquilaris GC come into being, which with 965,110 euros tops the new registrations of the Horta Sud comarca by capital, and tenders the bar of its Hogar de los Jubilados. Manises has the toilets of the airport's Terminal 1 and its hospital storeroom out to tender. Torrent restores its Torre Medieval, leads the incorporations and keeps two rounds of bidding alive. Aldaia is still seeking its builder for the home of its music, which the DANA damaged, and Catarroja tenders a square. Picanya rents Christmas lighting, while Alaquàs and Mislata use up the deadline for an irrigation channel and some bins. Quart de Poblet has its contractor in place in two works. Picassent awaits a successful bidder for its ravine, and Xirivella, Benetússer, Albal and Alcàsser for other contracts. Alfafar and Beniparrell closed home auctions. Paiporta and Massanassa gain new companies. Llocnou de la Corona is covered by the regional and provincial grant lines.
