Vandellòs i l'Hospitalet de l'Infant subsidises self-consumption with 15,000 euros until 13 November

In Cambrils a marketing firm starts life with 50 euros of capital, 60 times less than its two neighbours, and in Reus bids on an industrial unit are admitted until 13 October. In the Baix Camp comarca five auctions remain live and another seven saw their bidding period expire since Monday 28 September, with Reus in the lead with four.

From 9 registrations to 3 in two weekly gazettes

DESTINO DIGITAL SOLUTIONS starts out in Cambrils with 50 euros. The Companies Register published its incorporation on Tuesday 29 September in the Tarragona BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies and their closures must be published by law. It is entry 434855 of the gazette. It will work in digital marketing, online advertising and social media management. That is 60 times less than the 3,000 euros of each of the other two registrations of these seven days.
NEVER NEVERMIND brings image consultancy to Cambrils. It was incorporated with 3,000 euros of capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, which is not its turnover, and appears in the gazette of Thursday 1 October, entry 439057. Its corporate purpose includes personal and event styling, as well as workshops and training in etiquette.
Riudoms gains an electronics and artificial intelligence workshop. 4DYNAMIX TECH is born with 3,000 euros to design, manufacture and sell electronic devices, connected systems and software, according to the same gazette of 1 October, entry 439062. Between them the three companies add up to 6,050 euros of capital and none is a builder or a property company.

Mont-roig del Camp, Reus and Alforja still have 5 live auctions, with the earliest decided on Thursday 8 October

Two days for the first, eight for the last three

On Thursday 8 a home in Mont-roig del Camp is decided. It is the court auction that expires soonest in the comarca. A court auction is a public sale ordered by a court, in which anyone can bid. In its building, put up in 2005, the CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, has a median of 336,771 euros.
Offers for the Reus industrial unit are welcome one more week. Until Tuesday 13 October it is possible to bid for the only property for businesses among those still open. Offers are submitted on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, where courts and public bodies auction property.
On Wednesday 14 two homes with very different CasasValue figures expire. The one in Reus is in a 1960 building with a median CasasValue of 106,945 euros. The one in Mont-roig del Camp is a 1965 house that is the only home in its building, with a CasasValue of 409,252 euros.
Alforja contributes the only unbuilt land. The plot takes bids until the same Wednesday 14 October. None of these five auctions opened this week. No edicto, the official notice of the auction, gives the floor area, and that holds for all twelve in the comarca.

The Vandellòs municipal energy scheme has 15,000 euros and stops taking applications on Friday 13 November

Of 22,200 municipal euros, 15,000 can be applied for

Anyone installing self-consumption in Vandellòs has 38 days left to request municipal money. The Town Council registered on Friday 2 October in the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones, the National Grants Database, its 2026 call for energy efficiency, self-consumption and the improvement of heating installations. A call is the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, and this is the only municipal one of the week that anyone can apply for in the Baix Camp comarca. It has a total budget of 15,000 euros. Individuals, the self-employed and small and medium-sized companies can apply. The deadline is Friday 13 November.
The same council sets aside 5,000 euros for firebreak strips. It signs an agreement with a named recipient with the Vandellòs forest defence group to open prevention strips and improve the Jovara track. It is money with a recipient fixed in advance.
Almoster pays for a summer play scheme with 2,200 euros. The Town Council registered on Monday 28 September a subvención nominativa, a grant earmarked for a named recipient, which nobody else can apply for, to the families' association of its state school, intended for a play scheme for children in the I1 and I2 infant classes. With it, the town councils of the comarca add up to three grant files in the week.

Catalonia funds neighbourhood projects in public housing with 200,000 euros until Friday 6 November

The six calls in this edition, by issuing body

There are 200,000 euros for residents' organisations in public housing until 6 November. The Agencia de la Vivienda de Cataluña, the Catalan housing agency, announces grants for projects by residents' associations in the neighbourhoods whose homes it manages, by concurrencia competitiva, an award in which applications are compared and the best-scored ones receive the grant. The budget is for the whole of Catalonia and only organisations with no economic activity can apply. The deadline is Friday 6 November, 31 days after this edition.
The retail and services sector has a regional scheme in 2026. The Consorci de Comerç, Artesania i Moda de Catalunya published on Tuesday 29 September the resolution that opens it. It is regional in scope.
Cooperatives and social economy projects get a new window. The Departament d'Empresa i Treball registered on Friday 2 October the scheme for singular social economy and cooperative projects for 2026, open to anyone who meets its rules across Catalonia.
Three other calls go to libraries, to cultural federations and to the volunteering prize. The Oficina de Suport a la Iniciativa Cultural opened on 2 October the one for furniture and technological equipment for public libraries and the one for federations of popular and traditional culture. The Departament de Drets Socials i Inclusió announced on Monday 28 September the XXXIII Volunteering Prize.

Reus accounts for 4 of the 7 auctions whose bidding period expired since Monday 28 September

Seven auctions finished in three municipalities

Among the five buildings with data, the CasasValue ranges from 96,986 to 424,368 euros. That is a gap of more than four times and both extremes are in Reus. The highest is that of a house that is the only home in its building, whose bidding ended on Monday 28 September. The lowest is that of a home in a 1962 building, which closed on Monday 5 October and is also the lowest of the eight buildings with data in the comarca. It serves as a yardstick for the five auctions that remain open.
Reus closed two more homes, on Wednesday 30 and Monday 5. The one of 30 September is in a 1965 building with a median CasasValue of 102,109 euros. The one of 5 October, in one from 1980 with 118,495 euros. For none of the seven is there any record of whether there were bids or for how much.
Cambrils said goodbye to two auctions, one on Monday 28 and another on Monday 5. The home belongs to a 1992 building with a median CasasValue of 256,111 euros. The other auction ended with no CasasValue for the building on file.
In La Selva del Camp a home finished that same Monday 5. It was a home and it has no CasasValue for the building either. It was the only one of the twelve auctions in the comarca with the property in that municipality.

The housing body of the Generalitat de Cataluña announced 200,000 euros for residents' projects in public housing, with applications accepted until 6 November.
