The Baix Camp comarca, fourth of 21 for open bidding, with four auctions closing on Monday 5 October

The Baix Camp comarca has ten auctions open for bidding, four of which appeared this week, and ranks fourth of the 21 comarcas published on this date for live bidding. Reus has four homes in play, all in blocks built between 1960 and 1980, and the first closes this Wednesday 30 September. Also joining the Auction Portal are an industrial unit in Reus and a plot from Alforja, while nine new companies choose Reus, Cambrils and Mont-roig del Camp.

  • Reus debuts an industrial unit on the Portal this week. It is new this week and takes bids until 13 October. The court notice does not give the unit's metres. See the auction of the industrial unit.
  • A plot in Alforja also comes up this week. The plot, in the municipality of Alforja, takes bids until 14 October and the notice does not give its area. See the auction of the plot.
  • Rehabilita Engin is founded in Reus to buy land and urbanise it. Registered in the BORME, Spain's official companies gazette, of 22 September with 3,000 euros of capital, its corporate purpose is buying and selling land, its urbanisation and reparcelling, and property development and brokerage.   • Anella Mediterrània Residencial will develop buildings from Reus. It appears in the BORME of 24 September, also with 3,000 euros, to develop buildings, urbanise land and refurbish homes and commercial premises. BORME.

  • The first to close, this Wednesday, is in a building from 1965. The building has a median CasasValue of 102,109 euros per home, 46 per cent less than the Reus median, and bidding ends on 30 September. See the auction.
  • On Monday 5 October the highest and lowest value blocks are decided. The 1980 one has a median CasasValue of 118,495 euros, and even so it sits 37 per cent below the city median (see the auction). The 1962 one stays at 96,986 euros, nearly half below, 48 per cent (see the auction).
  • Reus adds only one new home this week, in a building from 1960. Its building has a median CasasValue of 106,945 euros, 43 per cent less than the Reus median, and it takes bids until 14 October. See the auction.
  • The 1900 house is no longer in play. The only home in its building and with a CasasValue of 424,368 euros, its bidding ended on Monday 28 September. See the auction.

Cambrils, Mont-roig del Camp and La Selva del Camp have four auctions open and two end on Monday 5

  • Cambrils and La Selva del Camp close two auctions on Monday 5. A storage room in Cambrils (see the auction) and a home in La Selva del Camp (see the auction) end on 5 October. The court notices give no metres.
  • Miami Platja has the home in the newest building. In Mont-roig del Camp, a block from 2005 with a median CasasValue of 336,771 euros per home takes bids until 8 October. See the auction.
  • In Mont-roig del Camp a house from 1965 comes up this week. It is the only home in its building, with a CasasValue of 409,252 euros, and it takes bids until 14 October. See the auction.
  • In Cambrils, another home ended its auction on Monday 28. It was in a building from 1992 with a median CasasValue of 256,111 euros. See the auction.

Four new building trade companies in Reus and Cambrils, from materials to maintenance for homeowners' associations

  • Reamat Ibérica will distribute building materials from Reus. It appears in the BORME of 21 September with 3,000 euros to sell wholesale and retail materials, ceramics, sanitary ware, tools and machinery for building work. BORME.
  • Catalana Serveis 360 offers its services to homeowners' associations. Also in Reus and with 3,000 euros, it will maintain and repair buildings, homes, commercial premises and installations. BORME.
  • Multiservicios Estació, the smallest, will do specialised construction. With 1,500 euros of capital and based in Reus, it appears in the BORME of 24 September. BORME.
  • In Cambrils, Torre Alta 2050 will clean buildings. With 3,000 euros, it adds general building cleaning to industrial product design. BORME.

The Consorci for continuing training launches two programmes and three service firms open their doors in Reus, Cambrils and Mont-roig del Camp

  • Continuing training for workers at SMEs with fewer than 50 people. The Consorci per a la Formació Contínua de Catalunya published line B on 25 September, which funds the training programmes that organisations submit for workers at member companies with fewer than 50 people on the payroll (call).   • Training for employees of Catalan local authorities in 2027. The Escola d'Administració Pública de Catalunya announces the grants for training plans for public employees of local authorities for 2027. Call.
  • The Cambres receive the ARREL 2026 money for rural commerce directly. It is a grant without open competition from the Departament d'Empresa i Treball for the rural commerce support programme, not a call a shop can apply for. BDNS record.
  • Software, consultancy and wholesale trade open with 3,000 euros each. Ohanam Ideas will write software from Mont-roig del Camp (BORME), Celaupack Consulting will advise companies from Cambrils (BORME) and Nexovara Sistemas de Importación will sell wholesale from Reus (BORME).

The Baix Camp comarca had twelve court auctions open for bidding from 21 to 28 September, four of them new, in Reus, Cambrils, Mont-roig del Camp, La Selva del Camp and Alforja. Ten remain open and four close on Monday 5 October. The BORME recorded 9 company registrations in Reus, Cambrils and Mont-roig del Camp, several linked to building work and building maintenance. Vandellòs i l'Hospitalet de l'Infant, Riudoms, Montbrió del Camp, Castellvell del Camp, Vinyols i els Arcs, Les Borges del Camp, Almoster, Riudecanyes, Riudecols, Botarell, L'Aleixar, Maspujols, Pratdip, Prades, Vilanova d'Escornalbou, L'Albiol, Vilaplana, Duesaigües, Colldejou, L'Argentera, Arbolí, Capafonts and La Febró saw neither auctions nor company registrations in the BOE this week.
