La Selva del Camp's 560,928 euro holding is double the 12 other newcomers across the Baix Camp comarca

The Baix Camp comarca, in the province of Tarragona, adds 13 new companies with 833,758 euros. Just four of 556 newcomers across 21 comarcas on the CASAS.ES list top SILVA ACTIUS 3, a holding based in La Selva del Camp. Reus city council offers two prizes worth 12,800 euros until 31 October.

La Selva del Camp gets a holding with 560,928 euros, and the Baix Camp comarca gets 13 new companies

A single holding is worth double the other 12 together

Only four of 556 new companies beat the one in La Selva del Camp. SILVA ACTIUS 3 is founded in La Selva del Camp with 560,928 euros of capital, the money the partners put in, according to the BORME of 8 October, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register. It is a holding company, a company whose business is holding shares or stakes in other companies. Only four of the 556 new companies in the 21 comarcas that CASAS.ES reviews this Tuesday have more capital, in the Madrid, Valladolid and Murcia comarcas.
Double the other 12 put together. The 13 incorporations in the Baix Camp comarca between 5 and 8 October add up to 833,758 euros, and the other 12 come to 272,830. Eight are in Reus, three in Cambrils and one in Botarell. The second largest is TESORO DE INDIAS CAPITAL, in Cambrils, with 169,830 euros for consultancy.
Reus adds engineering, loss adjusting and another holding company. Reus gains ACUSTICA ENGINEERING COMPANY, with 50,000 euros for acoustic engineering, COMISSARIS I PERITS CATALUNYA, with 16,000 for expert reports, and ASCDB 2026, another holding company founded in Reus, with 6,000. With 3,000 euros come AUTO KWH in Reus, PROFIT PARABOLA in Cambrils, and METALREINA SYSTEM, a locksmith and metalwork firm in Botarell.
Five of the thirteen turn to property. MIDAS FINANCE is founded in Reus with 10,000 euros to broker property loans. Another four with 3,000 euros, three in Reus and one in Cambrils, list property development, construction, buying and selling property or letting, according to the BORME of 7 and 8 October.

Bidding ends on the 13th and 14th for a Reus industrial building and three properties in Reus, Mont-roig and Alforja

Reus holds two of the four open auctions

The Reus industrial building has its final day. The court auction, a public sale ordered by a court, of an industrial building in Reus closes on 13 October on the Portal de Subastas of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette.
Bidding for a Reus flat from 1960 ends on Wednesday. The home in Reus up for auction is in a 1960 building with 10 homes and a median CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, of 106,945 euros. Bidding closes on the 14th.
Mont-roig and Alforja hold out until the 14th. Also on 14 October, bidding ends for a home in Mont-roig del Camp, in a house built in 1965, and for a plot of land in Alforja. No edicto, the official notice of the auction, gives square metres.

Eight calls for grants reach small firms, leisure businesses and cattle farmers of the Baix Camp comarca

Of eight schemes for businesses, five are for farming

Grants for equality in small businesses. The Departament d'Igualtat i Feminisme published on 9 October in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, a convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, to draw up equality plans in companies and organisations with fewer than 50 people. That day the Servicio Público de Empleo de Cataluña, the Catalan Public Employment Service, published another for training contracts.
Leisure businesses can apply for a loan, not a grant. The Institut Català de Finances, the Catalan government's public development bank, which finances Catalan businesses with loans and guarantees, published on 6 October the ICF Lleure line, loans on preferential terms for leisure businesses and professionals based in Catalonia.
Five farming schemes in one week. The Departament d'Agricultura published a call for irrigators' associations in areas affected by nuclear decommissioning, another for losses in beekeeping and rabbit farming and three for cattle farms hit by dermatosis nodular contagiosa, a viral disease of cattle, covering lost income, other costs and removed offal.

Reus city council offers two municipal prizes worth 12,800 euros until 31 October and lists three more records

What can be applied for comes to 12,800 of 30,260 euros

Reus rewards the environment with 6,000 euros. Reus city council announced on 6 October the Premis Medi Ambient Ciutat de Reus 2026, 6,000 euros for SMEs, large companies, professionals and organisations, and the Premis Cambra 2026, 6,800 euros for organisations with no economic activity. Both close on 31 October.
Two Reus records with no clear call. Reus Promoció registered on 9 October the Subvenció Paisatge dels Genis 2026, worth 9,360 euros, and the city council, on the 6th, a 7,000 euro record for the costs of the FARV's premises, a Reus organisation with no economic activity, according to the record. Neither says it is open to applications.
The Canicròs de Reus already has its money. Reus city council published on 9 October a subvención nominativa, a grant earmarked for a named recipient, which nobody else can apply for, of 1,100 euros to Club Triatló USK Team, a triathlon club, for the sixth Canicròs de Reus.

Five closed auctions in Reus, Cambrils, La Selva and Mont-roig bring the Baix Camp comarca total to 9

Reus sees bidding close on two flats. Bidding is over for two homes in Reus, one in a 1980 building with 219 homes and a median CasasValue of 118,495 euros, and another in a 1962 building with 27 homes and 96,986 euros.
Cambrils, La Selva and Mont-roig complete the list. Bidding also closed for a storage room in Cambrils, a home in La Selva del Camp and a home in Mont-roig del Camp, in a 2005 building.

From 5 to 12 October, CASAS.ES reviews the 28 municipalities of the Baix Camp comarca. Reus gathers 8 of the 13 new companies, two live auctions plus the five municipal grants. Cambrils adds 3 companies, La Selva del Camp the holding with 560,928 euros and Botarell a locksmith's firm, while Alforja and Mont-roig del Camp close bidding on the 14th. In Almoster, Arbolí, Capafonts, Castellvell del Camp, Colldejou, Duesaigües, L'Albiol, L'Aleixar, L'Argentera, La Febró, Les Borges del Camp, Maspujols, Montbrió del Camp, Prades, Pratdip, Riudecanyes, Riudecols, Riudoms, Vandellòs i l'Hospitalet de l'Infant, Vilanova d'Escornalbou, Vilaplana and Vinyols i els Arcs no company is founded and no auction appears this week.
