Rincón and Vélez move three land sectors in two days and Torrox closes its auction on Monday 28
The Axarquía comarca has a week of land: the provincial gazettes (BOP) of 17 and 18 September move three sectors in Rincón de la Victoria and Vélez-Málaga, which matters most to anyone who owns land or wants a plot. Of its 14 new companies, five are in property, 36%, almost the share in the Costa del Sol comarca (42 of 108). Torrox closes its auction on Monday, Añoreta Golf on Thursday 1, and on 22 October Andalusia's regional government opens 20.8 million for solar panels and efficiency.
Rincón and Vélez move three plots of land towards a licence in two days

- Rincón approves the layout of a new part of town. The provincial gazette (BOP) of 17 September publishes final approval of the plan for a new sector (UR TB-7): streets, plots, green spaces and what can be built on each are now fixed. With the plan approved, the development project and the division of plots among the owners usually follow.
- Rincón del Sol changes its rules. A day later come the final regulations that bring Rincón del Sol (UT-3) into line with its sector plan: what can be built, how high and for which uses.
- Vélez puts the works for a new sector out to consultation. The works project for a new sector in Vélez (VM-16), the step that sets out how it will be developed, has been open to public consultation since 18 September.
Añoreta Golf auctions two homes and bidding in Torrox closes on Monday

- Torrox, the most affordable, until Monday 28. A two-bedroom home with 38.93 usable square metres and use of a patio, in a small building from 2006. It is the option with the fewest metres and the most affordable building of the week: the median CasasValue of a home there is roughly half that in the two Añoreta Golf buildings.
- Añoreta Golf, two lots bid for separately. In Rincón de la Victoria, the auction at the Añoreta Golf complex brings together an apartment of 110.73 built square metres and, in another building of the same complex, a home of 92.51. Both come with a garage and storage room and take bids until Thursday 1 October.
- What to check before bidding. The two Añoreta Golf buildings date from 2009 and have a similar median CasasValue of a home, so the larger lot is not in the building with the higher value. The detail of metres, extras and CasasValue for each building is in the auction cards and in the notices for Torrox and Añoreta Golf.
The Axarquía comarca registers 14 new companies and six are in housing and refurbishment

- Six of the 14 are in housing and refurbishment. Ocelix Plaza SL, in Nerja, buys and sells property and acts as an intermediary. Padisoto Inmuebles SL, in Rincón, buys, sells, lets and refurbishes homes, commercial premises, garages and storage rooms. Obraxen Surface SL, in Algarrobo, does refurbishment, flooring and interior design. Counting only the property companies, with the same criterion applied to the Costa del Sol comarca, they are five of 14, 36%: almost the same share as there, where they were 42 of 108 (39%) in the same week. The Axarquía comarca sets up companies on a smaller scale, but with the same bet on housing.
- Holiday rentals look for room inland. In Periana a company is set up to manage holiday homes, apartments, villas and rural houses. The group is completed by a property intermediation agency in Vélez-Málaga and a property holding company in Algarrobo. All six have 3,000 euros of capital.
- Services for buildings and homes. A new company in Rincón provides comprehensive services for buildings and facilities. Nathymar Premiun Services SL, in Torrox, works in cleaning and maintenance, and Eritzae SL, in Árchez, in gardening.
- And five from other sectors. In Rincón, a printing firm and Varlunia Group SL, in software development and IT consultancy, with 1,000 euros of capital. In Vélez, a perfumery shop and a hairdresser, and in Nerja, a legal and tax advisory firm.
Alcaucín wants a planner to write the plan that will say where building is allowed, and Nerja renews Maro

- Alcaucín tenders the plan for its whole municipality. 175,000 euros before VAT to draft its Plan Básico de Ordenación Municipal, the planning instrument that Andalusia's land law provides for small towns. It will decide which land in the municipality can grow. Planning firms can submit bids until 5 October.
Andalusia's regional government opens 20.8 million for solar panels and efficiency on 22 October
