Alicante city council tenders its towers at 387,133 euros and bids can be submitted until 20 October

The Alicante comarca receives 7 fresh tenders for works this week, tendered together, before VAT, at 1,879,940 euros. Top of the list is the CV-819 road, at 632,989 euros, and there is also work at the hospital in Sant Joan d'Alacant and at the firefighters' hangar in San Vicente del Raspeig. A single one of the 38 newly registered companies supplies 63 of every 100 capital euros, while bidding ends for three auctions on 5, 7 and 15 October.

A single newcomer to the Registro Mercantil gathers 2,487,315 euros, as much as 829 companies of 3,000

• A company that holds shares in other firms puts in 63 of every 100 euros of the week. The BORME of 29 September, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law, carries its incorporation in the city of Alicante with 2,487,315 euros of capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, not its turnover. That sum would set up 829 companies of 3,000 euros, the capital 30 of the week's 38 started with.
• Fifteen of the 38 declare construction or real estate as one of their activities. URBEXION SL sets up in San Vicente del Raspeig to construct buildings, residential and non-residential, and VIRTIA INTEGRAL SL combines housing and engineering. RECERNOVA SL arrives in the city of Alicante to buy, develop and let property, INFINITE PROPIEDAD Y GESTION SL, to manage it on behalf of third parties, and ASINET NETWORKS & SERVICES SL, for electrical installations and networks. Another holding company, UN MAR DE SOLUCIONES EN TIERRA SL, is born with 303,000 euros.

Nine works take bids worth 3,557,176 euros, with the CEIP revamp in Xixona at the front

• A contractor is wanted by the Diputación to make the CV-819 safer. A licitación is a public tender, in which companies bid to carry out works or a service. The Diputación, the provincial council, which mainly serves small towns, published this week the road safety improvement of the CV-819, between Tànger and Montnegre, at 632,989 euros sin IVA, that is, before VAT, and takes bids until 28 October.
• Alicante city council gives until 20 October for three works. On 30 September it published the consolidation of the towers of the Casa Consistorial, at 387,133 euros, a pedestrian platform where Calle del Marco meets Calle del Dólar, at 266,719, and the repair of Plaza Teresa Mas, at 99,169.
• The firefighters of San Vicente del Raspeig repair their hangar. The provincial firefighting consortium published on 1 October the repair and waterproofing of the hangar, at 290,135 euros, with bids until 21 October.
• The Hospital de Sant Joan d'Alacant resurfaces its emergency access and the Museo Arqueológico changes its lights. The health department published on 2 October the resurfacing of the emergency access road, at 137,253 euros, open until 2 November. The Diputación is renewing for 66,541 euros the lighting of the underwater archaeology room at the Museo Arqueológico, with bids until 30 October.
• Xixona still expects proposals for the CEIP Cristòfol Colom. The refurbishment of this CEIP, a state infant and primary school, stays open until 13 October at 1,458,001 euros and is the largest of the nine. The sports courts of Garbinet, Colonia Requena and La Cigüeña, of 219,235 euros, close today, 5 October.

• Commercial premises in Alicante city use up their bidding time today. A commercial unit takes bids until 5 October on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, where courts and public bodies auction property. A subasta judicial is a public sale ordered by a court, in which anyone who registers can bid.
• Until Wednesday 7, San Vicente del Raspeig offers a 156 metre home. It has 156 built metres in a building from 2002 where the median CasasValue of a home is 289,276 euros. CasasValue is the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home.
• Another home, of 87 metres, has until the 15th. It is in the city of Alicante and has 87 built metres.
• Bidding is over on two lots. The home in a building in the city of Alicante with a median CasasValue of 80,473 euros closed on 28 September, and the plot in Mutxamel, 8,098 square metres of land described as rural in the notice, on 1 October.

Nine contracts tendered at 3,807,760 euros end up awarded or resolved, eight naming their contractor

• Elecnor is to maintain Alicante city's municipal homes. The adjudicación, or award, is the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work. The Patronato Municipal de la Vivienda de Alicante awards to ELECNOR SERVICIOS Y PROYECTOS the upkeep and maintenance of its properties, a service tendered at 797,107 euros before VAT.
• The same Patronato already has a partner for a plot. ABALA INFRAESTRUCTURAS appears as the contractor for the public-private partnership for a Patronato plot for development and construction, tendered at 457,549 euros before VAT.
• Two streets and a roundabout in Alicante city get their builder. ACSA OBRAS E INFRAESTRUCTURAS is the listed contractor for the redevelopment of Calle Roselló and of the first stretch of Calle Océano, two works totalling 404,284 euros. PAVASAL EMPRESA CONSTRUCTORA appears on the roundabout of Avenida de Elche with Calle Algueña, of 182,792 euros.
• Rabasa will have shade in its play areas. EQUIPAMIENTOS DEPORTIVOS is the contractor for the shaded spaces in the squares of Rabasa, tendered at 115,415 euros before VAT, and PROMED CONSULTING, for the refurbishment of Aureliano Ibarra for Aguas Municipalizadas de Alicante, tendered at 161,513.
• The Hospital de Sant Joan d'Alacant refurbishes its third floor north. The fitting out of that floor, of 499,885 euros, goes to Eiffage Energia. In Xixona, the day centre for older people, of 1,189,215 euros, is resuelto, that is, the tender is over, but the Plataforma has not yet published who will do it. El Campello keeps eight contracts with a company worth 5,236,840 euros, with the refurbishment of the central sports hall as the largest.

Eleven contracts tendered at 15,447,860 euros await a contractor, with the school in La Cañada as the largest

• The Port of Alicante compares bids for the western development. The Autoridad Portuaria de Alicante has en evaluación the first phase of that development, tendered at 1,267,156 euros before VAT. En evaluación means that the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company.
• The new school in La Cañada goes on with no builder. The CEIP La Cañada del Fenollar was tendered at 4,839,881 euros and the renovation of the Virgen del Remedio neighbourhood, in three lots, at 4,532,868.
• Casa Aracil in Xixona lacks its contractor so far. The structural consolidation of the building was tendered at 2,120,367 euros. Also still under assessment is the road surface of the CV-782 between Relleu and Torremanzanas, of 231,405 euros.
• Agost's classrooms and the Hospital General ambulances lack a firm so far. In Agost, the air conditioning of the CEIP La Rambla, of 266,487 euros, no longer takes bids, like the flooring of the CEIP Costa Blanca in the city of Alicante, of 393,795. Nor is there a company for the roofing of the ambulance car park at the Hospital General, of 152,083 euros.

The Generalitat registers one call for rural women's entrepreneurship and five sets of bases reguladoras

• Rural women entrepreneurs get a fresh call. The Generalitat registered on 2 October in the BDNS, the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones or National Grants Database, the public register where every administration announces its grants, the grants for women's entrepreneurship in the primary sector in rural municipalities. It is a convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant. Requirements and deadline are on its official page.
• Five sets of bases reguladoras arrive with no deadline yet. The bases reguladoras are the rules that set who may apply for a grant and how, before a call for applications opens the deadline. They cover school transport and meals, municipal emergency plans and three for forestry work, with entries 932487, 932484 and 932481.
• Three direct grants have their recipient chosen. They go to associations for design, fashion and advertising, and nobody else can apply for them. Completing the week's eleven are a grant to the federation of deaf people and the waste consortia.

From 27 September to 4 October, the Alicante comarca saw 38 companies born, based in Alicante city, Sant Vicent del Raspeig, Sant Joan d'Alacant, Mutxamel and El Campello. The Diputación, Alicante city council, the provincial firefighting consortium, the Hospital de Sant Joan and Xixona have nine tenders waiting for proposals. Three auctions go on accepting bids between the capital and Sant Vicent del Raspeig, while Mutxamel saw time run out on a plot. El Campello keeps eight works that have their company, Agost, the new offices of the social centre and a school waiting for air conditioning, and Xixona has the Casa Aracil pending a contractor. The CV-782 road towards La Torre de les Maçanes remains under assessment. From Busot and Aigües no file arrived at all.
