The Alicante comarca ranks third of 21 for new companies with 48 registrations, 10 of them in hospitality

The Alicante comarca gains 48 new companies, and only Madrid Sur and the Valencia comarca add more among the 21 comarcas analysed today. Builders find 9 works accepting bids, 4,227,807 euros in all, with a school in Xixona whose deadline closes on Tuesday 13, and Agost and Busot fund their consumer vouchers with 208,319 euros, with applications until December.

Sant Vicent del Raspeig, Mutxamel and the city of Alicante share 10 hospitality registrations out of 48

Wednesday 7 brought 13 registrations and Friday 9, six

Hospitality signs one in every five registrations. The BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law, records 48 incorporations with a registered office in the Alicante comarca from 5 to 9 October. Only Madrid Sur, with 82, and the Valencia comarca, with 81, register more among the 21 comarcas that CASAS.ES publishes today. Ten of the 48 declare restaurants, bars or hotel management. EL PATI NOSTRE SL opens in Sant Vicent del Raspeig with 16,600 euros of capital social, the money the partners put in when founding the company, GUSTO CANALLA SL in Mutxamel and BAKER BRUNCH CAFE SL in the city of Alicante.
Nine newcomers will build, let or broker property. Eight are based in the city of Alicante, among them 244 ASESORES SL, SOLUCION OBRAS TK SL, J&J&J INMUEBLES SL and INVERSIONES Y REHABILITACIONES NEYER SL. The ninth, STRUCTIA ENCOFRADOS Y FERRALLAS SL, settles in Sant Vicent del Raspeig.
Top capital, 24,000 euros, lands in Sant Joan d'Alacant. SWITCHCARS HISPANIA SL, a vehicle dealer, starts with 24,000 euros, ahead of MD TECH ENGINEERING SL, in computer programming, with 20,000. The 48 total 215,858 euros and 37 choose the city of Alicante. Busot and Aigües gain one company each.

Offers for the CEIP in Xixona end on Tuesday 13, top of 9 works worth 4,227,807 euros

Xixona and Mercalicante fill more than half the hemicycle

Cristòfol Colom leads on both amount and calendar. Xixona town council accepts proposals until 13 October for the refurbishment of the CEIP Cristòfol Colom, a state infant and primary school. The work is in licitación, a public tender in which companies submit bids. It was tendered at 1,458,001 euros sin IVA, meaning before VAT, under the Pla Edificant, a programme of the Generalitat Valenciana. Together with the roofs of warehouse III at Mercalicante, tendered at 889,866 euros and open until 26 October, it accounts for more than half the value of the 9 works.
Alicante city council closes three deadlines on 20 October. On 30 September it published the consolidation of the towers of the Casa Consistorial, tendered at 387,133 euros, a pedestrian platform on the Las Atalayas industrial estate, at 266,719, and the repair of Plaza Teresa Mas, in the La Florida neighbourhood, at 99,169.
Firefighters, a road, a museum and a hospital complete the calendar. The provincial firefighting consortium takes bids until 21 October for the hangar at its San Vicente station, tendered at 290,135 euros. The Diputación de Alicante, the provincial council, keeps open until the 28th the road safety improvements on the CV-819 towards Montnegre, at 632,989, and until the 30th the lighting of a room at the MARQ, the Museo Arqueológico de Alicante, the archaeological museum, at 66,541. The resurfacing of the perimeter of the Hospital de Sant Joan d'Alacant, at 137,253, waits until 2 November.
Garbinet and the CEIP in Agost await a contractor now that bidding has closed. Alicante city council stopped taking bids on Monday 5 October for the remodelling of the sports courts of Garbinet, Colonia Requena and La Cigüeña, tendered at 219,235 euros before VAT. In Agost, the air conditioning and ventilation of the primary classroom block at the CEIP La Rambla, tendered at 266,487 euros, closed its deadline on 28 September. Neither of the two yet appears with a winning company.

The only open bidding ends on Thursday 15

A single property still takes bids in the comarca. It is a home of 87 built metres in the city of Alicante, in a subasta judicial, a public sale ordered by a court. Bidding stays open until 15 October on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, where courts and public bodies sell property to the highest bidder.
Sant Vicent del Raspeig said goodbye on Wednesday 7 to the 156 metre auction. These were 156 built metres in a building of 19 homes constructed in 2002. There the CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, has a median of 289,276 euros.
Monday 5 ended bidding over a commercial unit sold with parking. This is a commercial unit in the city of Alicante with an attached parking space. The edicto, the official notice of the auction, does not give its metres.

Agost and Busot fund their consumer vouchers with 208,319 euros and applications for both run until December

Busot closes its voucher on 10 December and Agost on the 31st

A fresh call arrives for self-employed Valencian women. LABORA, the Valencian employment service, published on 5 October in the BDNS, the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones or National Grants Database, the 2026 call of the programme supporting women who stay in self-employment, a convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply. It is valid for the whole Comunitat Valenciana.
The vouchers of Agost and Busot now carry funding and a final date. Agost town council published on 5 October its Bonos-Agost campaign to boost local spending, with 115,750 euros and applications until 31 December. Busot town council funds its bono consume Busot with 92,569 euros and takes applications until 10 December. In both cases the BDNS names small firms and the self-employed as beneficiaries. Sant Joan d'Alacant has grants for textbooks for the second cycle of infant education, with 3,975 euros and a deadline of ten días hábiles, the days left once Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded, from its publication in the provincial gazette.
For the week's remaining publications the money is already assigned. They are agreements and subvenciones nominativas, grants earmarked for a named recipient, money that reaches whoever the title says: the association of retired people and pensioners of Sant Joan d'Alacant.

Ten files tendered at 15,181,373 euros sit with the assessors, a CEIP of 4,839,881 heading them

From the 4.8 million school to the 52,668 euro festivities

A school and a neighbourhood gather more than nine million. En evaluación means that the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. The largest is the CEIP La Cañada del Fenollar, which Alicante city council tendered at 4,839,881 euros before VAT under the Edificant programme. Next comes the renovation of the Virgen del Remedio neighbourhood, tendered at 4,532,868 euros.
Casa Aracil and Alicante's port each exceed one million tendered. The consolidation of the Casa Aracil, in Xixona, was tendered at 2,120,367 euros, and the western zone of the Port of Alicante, at 1,267,156.
El Campello has its festive and Christmas lighting still to settle. The festive and Christmas lighting was tendered at 561,441 euros and the infrastructure for the festivities, at 52,668. Also still being studied are the paving of the CEIP Costa Blanca, at 393,795, the road surface of the CV-782 between Relleu and Torremanzanas, at 231,405, and the canopy for the ambulances of the Hospital General Dr. Balmis, at 152,083.

Four contracts weigh more than the other 19 together

The Tossal de Manises site gets its contractor. It is the only movement of the week. The Diputación lot to conserve the Tossal de Manises archaeological park, in the city of Alicante, tendered at 152,128 euros before VAT, appears as resolved with CONSTRUOBRAS S.L. after being updated on 8 October.
El Campello's list is headed by its sports hall and its resurfacing. Eight of the 23 contracts belong to El Campello. The refurbishment of the central sports hall, tendered at 2,092,245 euros, is with NERCO CONSTRUCCIONES Y PROYECTOS SL, and the resurfacing of several streets, at 1,304,125.
Hospital General Dr. Balmis sees auditorium and lobby matched with a contractor. The refurbishment of the auditorium, tendered at 498,645 euros, and the link between the hall and the cafeteria, at 92,385, now appear with a winning company. The largest in the city of Alicante is the redevelopment of Virgen del Remedio, tendered at 3,762,646 euros, with PAVASAL EMPRESA CONSTRUCTORA, S.A. The 23 contracts were tendered at 14,350,123 euros before VAT.

Five consecutive company gazettes left 48 newly created firms in the Alicante comarca: the city of Alicante, Sant Vicent del Raspeig, Mutxamel, Sant Joan d'Alacant, Busot and Aigües appear as their bases, and ten registrations belong to the hospitality trade. Xixona accepts proposals for its Cristòfol Colom school until Tuesday 13 while the Casa Aracil stays under assessment. El Campello totals eight files past the tender stage plus another two whose contractor remains unchosen. Agost and Busot launch consumer vouchers whose application window lasts until December, Agost also expects whoever will cool the La Rambla school and Sant Joan d'Alacant pays for infant school materials. Torremanzanas, officially La Torre de les Maçanes, is one end of the CV-782 road, still without a winning company. One dwelling in Alicante city stays biddable until Thursday 15.
