Brenes tenders its Teatro Municipal at 1.56 million and names 21 October as the limit for offers
Brenes town council launches its theatre works, tendered at 1,556,552.43 euros before VAT. No live tender elsewhere in the Vega del Guadalquivir comarca matches that sum, which is 25 times the padel court amount in La Algaba. In Alcalá del Río the Parque Concordia window shuts this Tuesday. Brenes, Villaverde del Río, Cantillana and Tocina share 6 new companies, half of them for farming.
Brenes welcomes theatre proposals until 21 October and the Parque Concordia has one day left

- Brenes will turn its multi-purpose hall into a theatre. On 1 October the full council of Brenes published the conversion of its multi-purpose hall into the Teatro Municipal on the Plataforma de Contratación, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services. The licitación, a public tender in which companies bid to carry out works, comes out at 1,556,552.43 euros before VAT, meaning before tax, and takes bids until 21 October.
- Alcalá del Río collects final offers for the Parque Concordia on Tuesday. Alcalá del Río town council is keeping open the tender to improve its parks and build an open-air auditorium in the Parque Concordia, worth 305,785.12 euros. The last day is Tuesday 6 October.
- Two new stages put 1.86 million within reach of the building trade. Between the two works there are 1.86 million euros out to tender, and the Brenes one accounts for 83.6 per cent. All amounts are before VAT.
NOVARTIXM3 will build the El Aral court and three contracts in Peñaflor, Tocina and La Algaba await a result

- NOVARTIXM3 appears as winner of the El Aral padel contract. The padel court at the El Aral sports centre, in La Algaba, now has its adjudicación, the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work. It is listed as awarded to NOVARTIXM3 SL, last updated on 28 September.
- Villaverde del Río leads the contracts whose procedure is finished. There are 7 contracts awarded or closed, which went out to tender for 2.62 million euros. Closed means that the tender is over and the contract has been closed. The largest, the new town hall in Villaverde del Río, with PINUS SA, weighs more than the other 6 put together. In Peñaflor, the coworking building counts COANVEIN SL among its winning companies. The published data name no company for the Mercado de Abastos market in Brenes, the solar panels on the Peñaflor theatre, the Travesía Extremadura in Cantillana and the sports facilities in Peñaflor.
- Three town councils are studying the bids they have already received. Past their deadline, 3 contracts remain under assessment, which means that the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. They are the sports hall in Peñaflor, the works machinery for Tocina and the resurfacing of two avenues in La Algaba. They add up to 1.08 million euros.
Brenes and Villaverde del Río gather 4 of the 6 BORME registrations and half the list is born to work the land

- Harvesting and farm services take 28,000 euros of capital. The BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies, capital changes and closures must be published by law, listed 6 new companies in 4 municipalities between 29 September and 2 October. Of these, 3 are set up to serve agriculture. They are RECOLECCIONES MANDRETE and MECIC BREN in Brenes, each with 3,000 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, and SERVICIOS AGRICOLAS VIRGEN DE AGUAS SANTAS in Villaverde del Río, with 22,000.
- Electrics, motoring and aesthetic medicine complete the registrations. GENERAL DE INSTALACIONES MARA opens as an electrical installer in Villaverde del Río and RAZMUTI CARS as a garage and vehicle dealer in Cantillana, both with 3,000 euros. In Tocina a professional aesthetic medicine company is born with 50 euros. RAZMUTI CARS includes buying and selling property among its secondary activities.
Storm losses and the 18 to 29 age group get fresh grant calls while Lora del Río closes its auction

- Agriculture and the Servicio Andaluz de Empleo logged calls on 1 October. The Consejería de Agricultura registered the convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, for the grants to offset losses from the flooding caused by the storms. The Servicio Andaluz de Empleo, the Junta de Andalucía body that manages employment policy, registered 2026 grants for young people aged 18 to 29. The published data carry neither amount nor deadline, which are on each official record.
- Students who travel for their work placements have another call. There are travel grants for students on Formación en Centros de Trabajo, from the Consejería de Desarrollo Educativo y Formación Profesional.
- Two provincial schemes arrive designed for town councils. The Diputación de Sevilla, the provincial council, which mainly serves small towns, registered for the town halls the repayable financial advances, money paid up front that is later returned, for the cash needs of municipalities and autonomous local entities. It also registered the Concertación programme with FEDER funds 2021-2027. FEDER is the European Regional Development Fund, EU money to narrow the gaps between regions.
- Lora del Río closed the only auction there was in the comarca. The court auction of a home in Lora del Río, a public sale ordered by a court in which anyone can bid, closed on 30 September on the Portal de Subastas, the BOE's official website where courts and public bodies auction property. The BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, which publishes laws and official notices, does not give the floor area of the property and has no other auction open for bids.
