Haral 12 appears in 12 public works in the Valladolid comarca and adds the El Campillo market

A single builder, Haral 12 Servicios y Obras, appears as the chosen company in 12 public works contracts in the Valladolid comarca, and the latest is the El Campillo market repair, which Valladolid city council had tendered at 1,372,850 euros excluding VAT. Another 15 contracts await a builder, five tenders for works or supplies still have their deadline open, three auctions are taking bids and two municipal plots go on sale for 998,255 euros.

Builder chosen for the El Campillo market. Valladolid city council awards to Haral 12 Servicios y Obras the repair of the El Campillo municipal market, tendered at 1,372,850 euros excluding VAT, that is, before tax. A licitación is a public tender, in which companies bid to carry out works or a service, and the award is the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work. It was recorded on 30 September by the Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services.
The same company appears in 12 works contracts. Haral 12 is listed as the chosen company in 12 works contracts in the Valladolid comarca, which together were tendered at 2,553,839 euros excluding VAT. A week ago this publication counted 10. The list includes the municipal gym in Valoria la Buena, tendered at 636,644 euros excluding VAT, the development of a street in Villanubla, the Arcas Reales sports courts, in the city of Valladolid, and 8 works at military facilities in the capital and in Santovenia de Pisuerga, such as the firing range at the El Empecinado base.
Villanubla renews its street lighting, Cabezón lays asphalt and the Army completes three minor works. ECOWATT ENERGIA is listed as the chosen company for the street lighting of Villanubla, tendered at 63,441 euros excluding VAT. Cabezón de Pisuerga has awarded the asphalting of Calle Río Pisuerga, with no company published yet. In the city of Valladolid, the poolside area of a swimming pool and the drainage of the showers at the San Isidro military sports centre and two ramps at the Residencia Logística Militar have been settled.
Subsidised housing adds up to 67 flats between Silió and Cabezón de Pisuerga. The 48 subsidised homes on Calle Silió, in the city of Valladolid, are still under assessment, that is, the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. They were tendered at 5,551,853 euros excluding VAT. In Cabezón de Pisuerga, 19 officially protected homes with garage and storage room already have a builder listed, the company Constructora Peache, after being tendered at 2,753,799 euros excluding VAT.
Fifteen works contracts have no company so far. There are 11 under assessment and 4 whose bidding period has closed. Besides Calle Silió, they include the local police headquarters in Arroyo de la Encomienda, tendered at 2,283,813 euros excluding VAT, and the repair of Calle Atenas, on the Santa Ana estate in the city of Valladolid, at 1,626,110. The 4 whose deadline has already closed are in Cabezón de Pisuerga, in Simancas and in Renedo de Esgueva, with a rural track and the street lighting of the Puerta de Casasola estate.

The treatment plant accounts for 1,316,591 of the 2,475,341 euros shared by five open works and supply tenders

What share of the money out to tender each project puts in

The treatment plant renews its odour control system. Agua de Valladolid puts out to tender the renewal of the system that removes odours from the wastewater treatment plant of the city, tendered at 1,316,591 euros excluding VAT. Published on 1 October, its deadline is open until 5 November.
The Feria de Valladolid replaces the seats in its Auditorio 1. The exhibition centre is looking for a supplier to replace seats and carpet. The supply contract, tendered at 259,543 euros excluding VAT, is open to bids until 15 October.
Another three tenders stay open, with the Castromonte one ending this Tuesday. It is the development of a municipal plot, tendered at 70,412 euros excluding VAT. The services building of the future animal cemetery at Las Contiendas, tendered at 473,375 euros excluding VAT, closes its deadline on 10 October and the switch from diesel to gas boilers at a barracks in the city of Valladolid, at 355,420, on the 13th.

From five open auctions to three in a week

A Valladolid city home takes offers from buyers until Thursday 8. The home, in the city of Valladolid, is still open for bids on the Portal de Subastas, the official BOE website where courts and public bodies auction property and anyone who registers can bid. The BOE is the Boletín Oficial del Estado, the Official State Gazette of Spain, which publishes laws and official notices. It is a court auction, a public sale ordered by a court, and the edicto, the official notice of the auction, does not give the metres.
Santovenia de Pisuerga's industrial unit accepts bids until Wednesday 14. The unit has 268 built metres according to the auction notice and is the only industrial property among the five auctions in the comarca.
A rural plot in Laguna de Duero, until Thursday 15. The land covers 35,940 metres, the largest property at auction in the comarca by area.
A pair of city auctions closed on 1 October. They were a home, with no metres in the auction notice, and a detached house from 1940, in a building whose median CasasValue is 294,995 euros. CasasValue is the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home.

Two municipal plots with three buildings seek a buyer. Valladolid city council is selling by public tender two plots of municipal land on which three buildings stand. They start at 998,255 euros excluding VAT and bids can be submitted until 29 October.
The Social Security system brings to an end the third auction of a Valladolid city property. The Plataforma de Contratación records on 2 October as resolved the third public auction of a property that the Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social, the common service that collects contributions and manages the assets of the Spanish Social Security system, holds in the city of Valladolid. Resolved means that the tender is over and the contract has been closed.
Arroyo de la Encomienda registers 2 of the 4 newly formed companies. The BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies, capital changes and closures must be published by law, publishes on 5 October four incorporations. In Arroyo de la Encomienda, VALLISECUR, providing integrated services to buildings and facilities, and S74SIGNS, an intermediary for retail trade, are born. In the city of Valladolid, REDOBLA VENTAS, an advertising agency and computer programming firm, and SEETHATCAT SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, in computer programming and technical testing. Each declares 3,000 euros of capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, which is not its turnover.

Music scholarships in Arroyo, with 8,000 euros, and the grant helping the young get a driving licence are the only calls among 13 publications

Arroyo de la Encomienda gives scholarships to its best music and dance pupils. The town council publishes on 28 September in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, the convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant. It sets aside 8,000 euros for pupils of its municipal schools who excelled last academic year and are still enrolled this year. Applications can be submitted until 30 November through the online office of the council.
Getting a car driving licence will carry a regional subsidy for the young. The Junta de Castilla y León publishes on the same day the order calling grants to make the class B driving licence easier to obtain for young people in the region. Young people in any municipality of the comarca can therefore apply for it, and the linked official record sets out requirements and deadline.
Three other grants reach farming, small businesses and innovation without a call for applications. The Junta authorises direct awards, that is, grants with a recipient already set that nobody has to apply for, for farmers, livestock farmers and beekeepers with holdings damaged by the fires, for self-employed workers and small businesses in the towns evacuated this summer and for the Agrupaciones Empresariales Innovadoras of Castilla y León.
