Somacyl weighs bids for 48 protected homes worth 5.55 million on calle Silió as Haral 12 wins 10 of 28 works

The Valladolid comarca shares out 28 works contracts awarded or resolved and Haral 12 takes 10, while Somacyl studies the proposals for 48 protected homes on the city of Valladolid's calle Silió, worth 5.55 million. Seven tenders worth 1.23 million remain open, three of them only until Thursday 1 October, alongside five auctions and 13 new companies whose capital is the second highest of the 21 comarcas analysed today, behind only the Madrid comarca.

Seven open tenders add up to 1.23 million, from Las Contiendas to Entrepinos and Puerta de Casasola

NEVASA tenders the services building of the future pet cemetery at Las Contiendas. Necrópolis de Valladolid (NEVASA), the municipal cemetery company, is tendering the works for 473,375 euros before VAT, in the southern area of the city cemetery. It is the largest open works contract in the comarca and accepts bids until 10 October. Tender documents.
Defence swaps diesel for gas at the Acuartelamiento General Shelly barracks. Its Jefatura de Intendencia Oeste, the army's western supply command, is tendering the conversion of its boilers from diesel to gas for 355,420 euros before VAT, with bids until 13 October. Tender.
Simancas and Renedo de Esgueva close two estate works tenders this week. Simancas is remodelling the central promenade gardens of the Entrepinos estate for 100,004 euros before VAT, with bids until Wednesday 30 September (tender). Renedo de Esgueva is renewing the street lighting of the Puerta de Casasola estate for 105,650 euros, until Thursday 1 October (tender).
Three more small town councils are looking for builders for streets and roads. Cabezón de Pisuerga is redeveloping and landscaping calle Joan Miró for 74,576 euros (tender), Castromonte is developing its municipal plot on calle Jardín for 70,412 euros (tender) and Renedo de Esgueva is paving the road from Renedo to Pesquera for 51,762 euros, with bids only until this Tuesday (tender).

A 268 metre warehouse in Santovenia and three homes in the city among five open auctions

In Santovenia de Pisuerga an industrial warehouse with 268 built square metres goes to auction. It is the week's only business auction. Listing.
In Laguna de Duero 35,940 square metres of rural land go to auction, about 3.6 hectares. It is the largest of the five auctions in the comarca by area, according to the notice. Auction listing.
Three city homes complete the list. The first is a 1940 house with a CasasValue of 294,995 euros (listing). The notice for the other two gives no floor area (second, third).

Calle Silió awaits a builder for 48 protected homes worth 5.55 million

Somacyl is already reviewing the proposals for 48 protected homes on calle Silió. The regional public company Somacyl is contracting the design and construction of 48 protected homes for sale together, for 5,551,853 euros before VAT, the largest figure in this edition. Case file.
In Cabezón de Pisuerga, the 19 protected homes now have a builder. Somacyl awards Constructora Peache the block of 19 homes with garages and storage rooms on avenida José Zorrilla, tendered at 2,753,799 euros before VAT. The award has been on the Platform since 16 September. Award.
Arroyo de la Encomienda awaits builders for four works. The new local police headquarters (2,283,813 euros, case file), the second phase of green space improvements (238,012 euros, case file), calle Vázquez Coronado and calle Bartolomé de las Casas (228,073 euros, case file) and a pumptrack on calle Jacinto Benavente (207,040 euros, case file). Together, 2,956,937 euros before VAT still to be awarded in the town.
Santa Ana, biogas, promenades and asbestos await a contractor in the city. Valladolid City Council is reviewing the bids to repair the Santa Ana estate on calle Atenas, for 1,626,110 euros (case file). Agua de Valladolid, the municipal water company, does likewise with its new biogas engine, for 2,142,934 euros (case file), NEVASA with the paths in the old part of El Carmen cemetery, for 199,985 euros (case file), and the regional Education department with the asbestos roof of the CFIE teacher training centre, for 213,801 euros (case file)).
Viana de Cega and Zaratán prepare estate works and parks. Somacyl is reviewing the bids to draft the project for Sector 6 El Pinar II in Viana de Cega for 180,000 euros (case file) and Zaratán has closed bidding for the playgrounds at Jabero and El Plantío, for 59,458 euros (case file).

Haral 12 wins 10 of the 28 resolved works, from Arcas Reales to Valoria la Buena

One builder walks off with 10 contracts. Haral 12 Servicios y Obras adds up to 1,175,865 euros before VAT in tender budgets with the gym in Valoria la Buena (award), calle Cofradía Corpus Christi in Villanubla (award), the calisthenics courts at Arcas Reales (award) and seven military works: three at the swimming pool of the Centro Deportivo San Isidro (one of them), two at the Academia de Caballería, the army cavalry academy (roof) and two in Santovenia de Pisuerga (AALOG 61 warehouse, Base El Empecinado)).
Seven municipal and school buildings join the district heating network. Somacyl resolves the connections for the María de Molina (case file), Giner de los Ríos (case file) and Francisco Pino (case file) schools, the Campanilla nursery (case file), the library (case file) and the municipal police station in Parquesol (case file) and the Lalo García sports centre (case file), for 379,294 euros before VAT in total. The last two are listed without a contractor.
The Universidad de Valladolid redoes three roofs of a faculty. Saja Construcción is redoing three roofs of the Health Sciences building, for 184,362 euros (award)).
Health and Defence add more works in the city. The Gerencia de Atención Primaria Valladolid Oeste, the regional primary care authority for the west of the city, awards Estudio Dizain three new consulting rooms at the Delicias health centre, for 131,417 euros (award). At San Isidro, a pool storeroom (case file), the changing room showers (case file) and a barracks railing (case file) are also resolved, and Serveo redoes the toilets of the sports centre at Base El Empecinado, in Santovenia de Pisuerga, for 24,380 euros (award)).
New turf in Cigales and two case files resolved without a contractor. Mondo Ibérica replaces the turf of the Cigales football pitch, tendered at 205,001 euros (award). The development of avenida Santiago Hidalgo in Valoria la Buena, for 241,774 euros (case file), and the roads in the southern area of Las Contiendas, in the city of Valladolid, for 200,000 euros (case file), are listed as resolved with no company published.

The Valladolid comarca adds 1.34 million in capital across 13 new companies, second of 21

A new holding based in the city starts with 1,230,000 euros of capital. It provides 92% of the new capital in the Valladolid comarca, which ranks second of the 21 comarcas of the day, behind only the Madrid comarca. BORME.
Two new property companies in the city and a scaffolding firm in Arroyo. GSH Simo Holding starts with 25,000 euros to buy, develop and let property (BORME) and Pavalgan Faginea, with 3,000 euros, to buy, lease, develop and refurbish property and land (BORME). In Arroyo de la Encomienda, scaffolding and formwork firm Danbor Montajes registers with 50,000 euros (BORME).
Simancas resolves the sale of plot 08-A in Sector S-5. The case file, with a tender price of 1,430,318 euros, is listed as resolved on the Procurement Platform, with no buyer published. Case file.
Valladolid City Council puts 243,000 euros into its investment attraction office. It signs agreements with the Chamber of Commerce for 50,000 euros (BDNS) and with the Confederación Vallisoletana de Empresarios, the local business confederation, for 193,000 euros (BDNS) for the 2026 Oficina Municipal de Proyectos y Atracción de Inversiones, its investment office.
Wineries have a call for grants to sell outside the European Union. The regional Consejería de Agricultura opens the 2027 call for grants to promote and advertise wines in non-EU markets, open to the wineries of the comarca. BDNS.
