A 16,240-metre estate with an aquaculture building and cold store faces a court sale in Usurbil

In the San Sebastián comarca, Usurbil has a 16,240-metre estate with an aquaculture building and a freezer room which a judge has put on sale, one of four open auctions, closing on 15 October. Fomento de San Sebastián, the development company of San Sebastián City Council, registers 300,000 euros for flagship job-creation projects, open to small firms and freelancers, who will have two weeks once the extract appears in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa, and SPRI gives until 12 November to seek the 975,000 euros of Emakumea Industriara, which firms in the San Sebastián comarca can also request.

Small firms in Donostia can apply for 300,000 council euros and Hernani clubs for 91,000 for sport

Fomento de San Sebastián puts up 300,000 euros for flagship job-creation projects. The municipal development company registered the call for flagship projects for innovative employment in the urban economy in the BDNS on 25 September, as part of the Donostia Employment and Local Development Plan 2026-2030. SMEs and self-employed people with an economic activity can apply, in a competitive process. There will be two weeks from the day after the extract appears in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa, so it is worth having the project ready. Rules at Fomento de San Sebastián.
Manufacturing companies in the comarca can apply for Emakumea Industriara until 12 November. The Basque Business Development Agency opened Emakumea Industriara on 29 September, 975,000 euros for the whole of the Basque Country, open to SMEs, large companies and self-employed people in the sector. Hernani sets aside 91,000 euros for clubs, events and sports training. The Town Council registered its sports call on 29 September, with 91,000 euros and applications until 18 October, for clubs and associations with no economic activity.

The first auction closes on Monday 5 October

Usurbil auctions a building with freezer room and aquaculture facilities. The auction of the building opened on 25 September, one of the two new ones this week. The notice describes an office, a freezer room and aquaculture on rural land in Aguinaga, with 16,240 square metres, without separating building and land. For a food or fishing company these are cold-storage facilities already built. It closes on 15 October.
The 262.55-metre café in the Ensanche of Andoain closes bidding on 7 October. The auction of the premises has been open since 17 September. The notice gives it 262.55 built metres in a building in the Ensanche of Andoain, with hospitality use already provided for.
A Bidebieta flat joins the Donostia auction list. The auction of the home, the other new one this week, opened on 23 September in the Bidebieta neighbourhood. The notice gives no floor area. As a reference, the median CasasValue of a home in the city of San Sebastián is 412,172 euros, which can be refined building by building on the CASAS.ES map.
A garage in Donostia starts the countdown of the four. The parking space has been up for auction since 15 September, with no floor area in the notice, and is the first of the four to close.

Two REDITAS CAPITAL companies to manage and develop property open in Donostia among seven new firms

Two firms under the REDITAS CAPITAL name enter the Donostia property business. REDITAS CAPITAL MANTENIMIENTO will manage, look after and maintain homes and commercial premises, cleaning included, and REDITAS CAPITAL SIETE will broker sales, manage assets and develop and build property. Both start with 3,000 euros, according to the BORME of 24 September, and they are the only ones this week devoted to managing or developing property.
Artificial intelligence consultancy and materials retail add two more new companies. NEURASEC will offer SMEs automation and artificial intelligence for sales, marketing and administration, and FERMAX ONLINE will sell computer equipment wholesale and hardware, building materials, paints and glass retail. EHUN TXORI, the one with the most capital, starts with 4,000 euros to produce films and photography and video projects, and KOXKA-DONOSTIA will open a drinks establishment (BORME of 24 September).
A metal structures assembly firm registers in Hernani. MONTAJES MUNTALAN will do industrial assembly, installation of metal structures, auxiliary work on building sites and plant maintenance, a useful supplier for builders in the comarca (BORME). With seven new companies, the San Sebastián comarca ranks sixteenth of the 21 with an edition today, far behind the 62 of Gran Bilbao, and all of them were registered on the same day.
