A Hernani company starts with 739,166 euros, 15.6 times the other 15 of the San Sebastián comarca together

In Hernani OSTARPEAN is born, a company that invests in other companies and that supplies 94 per cent, by itself, of the start-up money pooled by the 16 companies that the San Sebastián comarca gained between 7 and 14 October. Twelve of the other fifteen start with 3,000 euros at most. Offers for 16,240 rural metres with a warehouse in Usurbil, which a judge is selling, also close today, Thursday 15.

Twelve new Donostia companies raise 40,300 euros and Hernani adds 739,166 with just one

Donostia brings the companies and Hernani the money

OSTARPEAN, based in Hernani, starts with 739,166 euros and will live off holdings in other businesses. OSTARPEAN SL was entered on 9 October in the BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies, capital changes and closures must be published by law. It is a holding, a company whose business is holding shares or stakes in other companies. Its share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, is 15.6 times what the other 15 new companies in the San Sebastián comarca add up to together, 47,300 euros.
ZURIKATU INVEST is born in Donostia with 3,000 euros to buy and manage securities. ZURIKATU INVEST SL will buy, hold and manage securities, whether or not they are listed on the stock exchange, according to its entry of 9 October in the BORME. With OSTARPEAN, that makes two investment companies launched in the comarca this week.
Donostia gains two property companies, one a broker and the other set to purchase and rent out flats. HARIA HIGIEZINEN ZERBITZUAK SL was entered on 13 October with 4,000 euros to broker property deals. On 9 October another Donostia company had been entered with 3,000 euros to buy, sell and let property.
Donostia accounts for twelve of the 16 new companies, but only 40,300 euros of capital. They appear in the BORME of 9 October and of 13 October. The median of the 16 is 3,000 euros, so half start with that figure or less.

Usurbil closes today a court auction of 16,240 rural metres with a warehouse after Andoain ended its own, a 263 metre shop

Only one of the three is still open this Thursday

Bids for the Usurbil warehouse and its land can only be made until today, Thursday 15 October. The Usurbil court auction, a public sale ordered by a court in which anyone can bid, offers a rural estate of 16,240 square metres with a warehouse used as an office, a freezing chamber and for aquaculture. That area is given by the edicto, the official notice of the auction, which the court publishes, for the whole estate, without separating the warehouse. There is no CasasValue for the building, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home.
Andoain closed on 7 October the auction of its 263 square metre commercial premises. The notice for the auction of the Andoain premises gives it 263 built square metres. Future auctions will appear on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, where courts and public bodies auction property and anyone who registers can bid.
Bidding on a Donostia flat ended on 13 October. The auction of the Donostia home had been open since 23 September. The notice gives no square metres and there is no CasasValue for the building of this home.

Four new firms in refurbishment, installations, architecture and metal structures in Donostia, Lasarte-Oria and Andoain

Only the installations firm beats the comarca median

EL EXPERTO SOLUCIONADOR puts up 5,500 euros to install and maintain in Donostia. EL EXPERTO SOLUCIONADOR SL was entered on 9 October to repair, maintain and install electrics, plumbing and air conditioning in homes, industry and shops.
Plasterboard, plumbing and carpentry for another new Donostia company. The new company, entered on 9 October, will do refurbishments, plasterboard, plumbing, carpentry and the fitting of kitchens and blinds.
Architects in Lasarte-Oria and metalwork in Andoain complete the quartet. REHARK ARQUITECTURA Y DISEÑO SLP, a professional company of architects, was entered on 9 October in Lasarte-Oria. On 13 October came an Andoain company that will make metal structures. Only the installations firm starts above the comarca median. The Bretxa shop starts with more than double the rest

ALMACENES LA BRETXA starts with 6,800 euros, 2.27 times what its 3,000 euro neighbours put up. ALMACENES LA BRETXA SL will sell clothing, footwear and accessories in store and online, according to its entry of 9 October. Also entered that day were IBESTYLE DIGITAL, in cosmetics and hairdressing, OMEN SURGICAL, in aesthetic medicine, BERBET GASTRO, in restaurants, and NEO GESTION SUR, in sports facilities, all in Donostia.
Two digital firms and a film production company complete the new entries. PRISMIA LABS SOLUTIONS SL will do consultancy with artificial intelligence in Donostia and LEVA DIGITAL 2026 will repair computers in Urnieta. JAURIA FILM is born without capital, as an economic interest grouping (AIE), to produce films and series.
Lanbide calls for money so that there are fewer unwanted part-time jobs. Lanbide, the Basque Employment Service, published on 7 October the call for grants to reduce unwanted part-time work 2026-2027. From 7 to 14 October the San Sebastián comarca recorded 16 new companies. Donostia added 12, among them two property companies and a fashion shop, Hernani the 739,166 euro investment company, and Lasarte-Oria, Urnieta and Andoain one each, in architecture, IT and metal structures. In Usurbil the rural estate with a warehouse closes its court auction today, Thursday 15, in Andoain and Donostia two other auctions closed, while Astigarraga saw neither company registrations nor auctions nor public tenders this week.
