Antella invites offers on a square and a building at 1,011,448 euros before VAT, fourth of 33 in 21 comarcas

Across the 21 comarcas analysed, the Antella tender is the fourth largest of the 33 open ones with weekly news. Within the Ribera Alta comarca, bidding is under way in Alzira for a 13,749 metre plot with seven industrial units, ten closed tenders await a company and nine companies are born.

Algemesí takes bids for its sewer until 6 October and Antella until the 19th for its square

• Antella wants a new square and a public building at La Fonteta. Antella town council wants a company to lay out a square and put up a public building on Camí de la Fonteta, tendered at 1,011,448.36 euros before VAT. This is a licitación, a public tender, in which companies bid to carry out works or a service. Published on 17 September, it takes bids until 19 October.
• Alzira opens a fresh tender modernising the El Pla industrial estate. On 24 September Alzira town council published the smart and sustainable infrastructure improvements for the El Pla estate, tendered at 249,476.10 euros before VAT, with bids until 14 October.
• Three other tenders expire on 5 and 6 October. Still open are the combined sewer on the CV-515 in Algemesí, the public car park of the Real Mobility Plan, and the restoration of a stretch of the Almohad wall of Alzira.
• Ten tenders whose deadline has already closed await a company for 3,379,685.03 euros before VAT. The deadline closed for the rebuilding of the Museu Valencià de la Festa in Algemesí for the demolition of the Algemesí velodrome and for the cistern of the Palacio Señorial in Alberic. Bids are being assessed for the two semi-covered courts at El Tulell in Alzira, at 1,068,114.41 euros, and for the repair of dana storm damage in Llombai, at 347,370.64 euros. Minor works remain in Castelló, Cotes, Benifaió and Calle Bernat Montagud in Alzira.

Bids until 5 October for a 13,749 metre plot in Alzira with seven industrial units

• In Montroi/Montroy a court has ordered bidding on a rural property with 178 built metres. The rural property in Montroi/Montroy goes to a subasta judicial, a public sale ordered by a court, in which anyone can bid. It takes bids until 14 October.
• Alzira has two auctions open, a flat and a plot with seven industrial units. The rural property in Alzira is a plot of 13,749 square metres with seven industrial units and 3,560 built metres in total, and its bidding closes on 5 October. The home in Alzira, whose auction notice does not give the metres, sits in a 1989 building of 54 homes with a median CasasValue of 190,011 euros, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, and its bidding closes on 13 October.
• Bidding in Carcaixent, on 30 September, and Sumacàrcer, on 1 October, has already ended. Bidding ended for the home in Carcaixent, of 63 metres according to the auction notice. So did bidding for the asset in Sumacàrcer, a building plot in the La Florida execution unit.

Senderos 21 will upgrade Les Valletes in Montserrat, tendered at 187,500 euros before VAT

• Les Valletes, the industrial estate in Montserrat, has its upgrader named. The improvement of its infrastructure and services, tendered at 187,500.17 euros before VAT. Senderos 21 S.L. won the adjudicación, the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work.
• In Algemesí, the stadium, the market and the municipal tow truck are already assigned. The repair of the Estadio Municipal, tendered at 353,667.23 euros before VAT, goes to Grupo Sebrig, the shutters of the municipal market to Persiloz, and the removal of vehicles from the public highway to Globalklee. The road maintenance and the pavements of Calle Joan Fuster are awarded or closed, with no company on the record.
• Veolia Servicios Lecam is to redo the Fontana Mogort changing rooms in Alzira, tendered at 947,716.14 euros before VAT. The changing room refurbishment is already awarded. In Montroi/Montroy, two dana storm works add up to 725,412 euros before VAT tendered, the nursery school and the retaining walls, both already awarded.

Benifaió welcomes a builder of residential blocks and the comarca nine companies with 32,000 euros

• Benifaió adds Proyectos AYD 10, a company mainly engaged in building residential properties, with 3,000 euros. It appears in the Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil (BORME) of 24 September, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law. Share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, is not turnover.
• Algemesí and l'Alcúdia host the two best capitalised companies, at 5,000 euros each. They are Proemisa Luminova Electrónica, in Algemesí, published in the BORME of 24 September, and SBM Automatització i Control, an electrical installation company based in l'Alcúdia, published in that of the 29th. In Alzira the newcomers are ABS Asesores 2026, an employee-owned professional firm offering advisory and management services, published in the BORME of 28 September, and Acocan Solutions, published in that of the 29th, with 3,000 euros each.
• The Diputación de Valencia, the provincial council, which mainly serves small towns, announces grants for starting a business. The convocatoria for Fomento del emprendimiento y autoempleo 2026, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, came out on 30 September. The Agencia Valenciana de Fomento y Garantía Agraria announced the grants for young and new farmers to set up in the Comunitat Valenciana.
• Sellent subsidises the renovation of facades in its town centre. On 30 September Sellent town council published the decree of subsidies to conserve and renovate facades of properties in the town centre.

Carlet, Turís, Guadassuar, Manuel, Rafelguaraf, Benimodo, Massalavés, Alfarb, Alcàntera de Xúquer, Tous, Senyera, Gavarda, l'Énova, Benimuslem, Beneixida and Sant Joanet have no official news.
