Vila-real gains a haulier with 100,000 euros as the other 10 with published capital total 91,300
The Plana Baixa comarca welcomes 12 new companies, with one Vila-real haulier alone accounting for 100,000 of the 191,300 euros of registered capital. Alfondeguilla closes a tender on Tuesday 13 and Belcaire Sur concentrates 10.02 of the 13.07 million under assessment.
The Alfondeguilla tender ends on Tuesday 13 while Aín opens another of 54,804 euros

- Aín brings the only new tender this week. On 3 October Aín city council published on the Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders, the tidying up of the access to the cemetery, tendered for 54,804 euros excluding VAT, that is, before tax. The licitación, a public tender in which companies submit bids, ends on 24 October.
- The Alfondeguilla tender expires on Tuesday 13. The access to the municipal swimming pool and the casal jove is the first of the works to close.
- The Veo pelota court is the largest and closes on the 20th. Alcudia de Veo keeps out to tender the improvement of the pelota court and its leisure areas. It accounts for four in every ten euros of the 320,505 that the four works add up to, counting the cobbling of a street in Aín, a prior notice that does not yet accept bids.
A Vila-real haulier puts in 100,000 of the 191,300 euros of registered capital

- ARLE 1807 is born in Vila-real with 100,000 euros. The BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies are published, records on 9 October its registration as a road haulage company based in Vila-real. The other ten that publish capital, the money the partners put in, total 91,300 euros.
- Six of the 12 build, install or develop. PRISMAPLAC, in construction and timber, is born in la Vall d'Uixó with 40,000 euros (BORME of 5 October) and GRUPO AKTIOMA, in construction and refurbishment, in Moncofa with 23,200. The BORME of 7 October brings MEPCORE, a company set up in Onda for electrical and plumbing installations, another installer from la Vall d'Uixó and a consultancy and construction firm from Moncofa, with 100 euros. The sixth is a developer from Onda. SANED BEN, in property letting, is born in Vila-real with 10,000.
The Betxí library plot gets its contractor

- Betxí picks a contractor to renaturalise its library. The outdoor plot of the Biblioteca Municipal appears as adjudicada, the step in which the public body chooses the company, to RAVI OBRAS TRASNPORTES Y EXCAVACIONES in the update of 5 October. That same update shows INGENIERIA MELCAR in the technical assistance for the development works of zone B-2 in Borriana.
- One project in la Vall d'Uixó takes 4.17 of the 7.45 million. That is the combined tender amount of the ten contracts with a company or settled. The largest is the restoration of the Casa Consistorial, tendered for 4,173,472 euros, with NEALIS INFRAESTRUCTURAS.
- Two companies appear in two contracts each. PAVASAL EMPRESA CONSTRUCTORA features in the development works of the B-2 in Borriana and in the resurfacing in Moncofa. BECSA S.A., the company for the stormwater network on avenida Tarancón in Borriana, is also recorded in the industrial area of Vila-real. Then come the Ribesalbes warehouse, the bull festivities of Onda and the Almenara canteen.
Belcaire Sur makes up 10.02 of the 13.07 million in tenders under assessment

- Moncofa's Belcaire Sur heads seven unresolved tenders. The completion of Belcaire Sur, tendered for 10,018,372 euros, is the largest of the seven en evaluación, where the public body is assessing the bids. It is followed by the health centre of the Puerto de Burriana, the plaza de la Constitución in Moncofa and the plaza de la Casa de la Cultura in les Alqueries. Completing the list are the cemetery niches of la Vall d'Uixó, the Casa Museo Cardenal Tarancón in Borriana and the endoscopy room of the Hospital de la Plana, in Vila-real.
- Onda has closed bidding for its 6 homes. The deadline for the works expired on 5 October, like that of the play equipment in Borriana. The roof of a building in Tales closed on the 6th and calle Sanchis Tarazona in la Vall d'Uixó on the 8th. Together with the site supervision of the homes and the Artana-Les Voltes lane, in les Alqueries, they total 1,540,471 euros.
- No auction in the comarca still has bidding open. The home in Chilches/Xilxes in a subasta judicial, a public sale ordered by a court, closed its bidding on 8 October. The edicto, the official notice of the auction, gives no floor area in metres. Nor is there a CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, for its building.
The Borriana retail vouchers have a date, 24 October

- Borriana sets dates for two deadlines. The retail voucher campaign, with 84,400 euros, appears in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, the public register of grants, with applications ending on 24 October and aimed at private individuals. Elite and up-and-coming athletes have 20,000 euros and applications until 2 November.
- The associations of Onda have 10 calendar days. Onda allocates 25,231 euros to the associations with musical and bullfighting activities at the Feria de Onda 2026. The days count from publication of the extract.
- LABORA announces support aimed at women who are self-employed. LABORA, the Valencian employment and training service, announces for 2026 its support for keeping women in self-employment. Amount and deadline are set out on the official page. The agreement between the Generalitat and ASCER, the Spanish Association of Ceramic Tile and Paving Manufacturers, has a fixed recipient.

From 3 to 10 October, Aín tendered the access to its cemetery, and Alfondeguilla and Alcudia de Veo keep bidding open for an access and a pelota court. Vila-real, la Vall d'Uixó, Borriana, Onda and Moncofa registered the 12 companies new to the Plana Baixa comarca. Betxí already has the firm renaturalising its library plot, and Ribesalbes and Almenara appear among the contracts settled. In Tales the deadline to repair a roof expired on the 6th, les Alqueries has both a lane and one square awaiting a contractor, while Chilches/Xilxes saw its only auction end. Onda and Borriana published municipal grants. Nules, Artana, Eslida, Sueras, la Llosa and la Vilavella were left without a tender, company or bid of their own, yet their self-employed women can equally use what LABORA has announced.
