Of every 100 euros raised by the 13 newly formed firms of the Pamplona comarca, 94.5 come from one in Galar

BARRANQUESA GROWTH, a Galar firm formed to own shares in other businesses, starts life with 530,000 euros, against 30,601 for the other 12 in the Pamplona comarca combined, where the smallest starts from 1 euro. On Tuesday 13 two deadlines run out in the city of Pamplona, for bidding on three bedrooms and 98 built metres and for the refrigeration contract at a barracks, worth 39,600 euros plus VAT. And Navarre industry has until 30 June 2027 to seek 9 million in grants to cut its energy use.

One Galar company puts in 530,000 euros and the other twelve newcomers muster 30,601 between them

Third of 21 comarcas by capital of its new companies

BARRANQUESA GROWTH is born in Galar with 530,000 euros. It is a holding company, a business created to hold stakes in others, and it was published on 9 October in the BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, which publishes every company that is created. It puts in 94.5 per cent of the 560,601 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company, behind the 13 new companies of the week in the Pamplona comarca. The other 12 add up to 30,601 euros.
Building work or property is the core business of three of the newcomers. MUROA GESTION DE PROYECTOS SL, with 3,000 euros and its registered office in the city, will manage and carry out building works and property services. ONDORENA INVERSIONES SL is created in Aranguren to manage property and securities, and CASTIGADO DE CARA A LA PARED SL, in Berriozar and with 6,000 euros, will buy, let and develop property on its own account.
Eight of the thirteen choose the city of Pamplona and HONGOS EL NAVARRO starts from 1 euro. The fruit and vegetable wholesaler is incorporated with the lowest capital of the week. The city also gains firms in pest control, IT, retail, artificial intelligence and consultancy, and BOREAL MOTION AIE, devoted to live shows. NEXAVIC TECHNICAL SERVICES SL assembles agricultural machinery from Barañáin and LEONIDAS & ZEUS MOTOR SL opens a garage in Aranguren and also plans to let property.

Three bedrooms, a terrace and 20 days of bidding

Bidding closes this Tuesday 13 October. The home, with 98 built metres according to the edicto, the official notice of the auction, has been open to bids since 23 September. It is a court auction, a public sale ordered by a court. Anyone who registers can bid on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, until Tuesday.
The median CasasValue in the city of Pamplona is 289,452 euros per home. Median means half the homes are worth more and half less. CasasValue is the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home. Navarre sets aside 9,016,892.99 euros for energy saving in its industry, open until June 2027

Two deadlines, 22 November and 30 June 2027

The grant is open to SMEs, sole traders and big industrial firms. The Department of Industry of the Government of Navarre registered on 8 October the grants for energy efficiency measures in SMEs and large companies in the industrial sector in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, the official register of public grants. It is a convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant. The window opens the day after it appears in the Boletín Oficial de Navarra and runs until 30 June 2027. The rules are on the Government of Navarre page for the procedure. It also matters to the installer replacing the equipment.
Of the 13 grants registered, five are open calls, six are already earmarked and two leave it unclear. Alongside the efficiency one, the open calls are the training and employment workshops of the Servicio Navarro de Empleo, the equity scholarships for young people on low incomes entering higher education, a scholarship for Law graduates in the Department of Health and another for sports science graduates. For these four, the CASAS.ES data carry neither amount nor deadline. The grant for predoctoral stays in the United States does not say in its title whether it can be applied for.
Pamplona city council puts 14,000 euros into project competitions that close on 22 November. The 2026 project competitions are aimed at private individuals. The title does not say whether it is an open call, and it is worth checking its record. A further 50,000 euros already have a recipient: 20,000 for the Universidad Pública de Navarra, 20,000 for the Olentzero grant and 10,000 for the Gazkaló federation of Roma associations.

A 39,600 euro refrigeration contract at the barracks in the city of Pamplona awaits bids for two days

From four contracts to one that still accepts bids

A refrigeration installer has two days to put itself forward. The Novena Zona of the Guardia Civil is looking for a company for the supply and installation of equipment for the cold rooms of the bar and cafeteria at its barracks, tendered at 39,600 euros excluding VAT, that is before tax. It is a licitación, a public tender in which companies submit bids, and it accepts them until Tuesday 13 October.
Mutua Navarra has CONSTRUCCIONES ECAY on both of its building jobs. The mutual insurer, which works with the Social Security system on accidents at work, has two jobs with that builder that no longer accept bids: the extension of its Landaben headquarters, tendered at 5,064,338.87 euros excluding VAT, and the first phase of the refurbishment of the basement of its head office, tendered at 204,139.07 euros excluding VAT. Trades and suppliers now have their way in through the builder.

Galar features through BARRANQUESA GROWTH and its 530,000 euros, the city of Pamplona through eight new companies, the auction, the barracks, two building jobs for its mutual insurer and 64,000 municipal euros, Aranguren through a company that manages property and a garage, Berriozar through its new property lessor and Barañáin through an agricultural machinery firm. Industry in the remaining 36 localities may seek funds from the Government of Navarre energy efficiency call, region-wide in scope, whose deadline runs to 30 June 2027: Biurrun-Olcoz, Valle de Ollo, Ansoáin, Añorbe, Uterga, Cizur, Beriáin, Legarda, Zizur Mayor, Bidaurreta, Tirapu, Puente la Reina, Obanos, Huarte, Adiós, Val de Goñi, Valle de Elorz, Ciriza, Orkoien, Belascoáin, Muruzábal, Artazu, Guirguillano, Juslapeña, Zabalza, Villava, Valle de Egüés, Tiebas-Muruarte de Reta, Cendea de Olza, Burlada, Echarri, Berrioplano, Enériz, Ucar, Etxauri and Iza.
