CONSTRUCCIONES ECAY holds both Mutua Navarra works, in Landaben and its head office, tendered at 5.27 million

CONSTRUCCIONES ECAY is listed as the company on the Landaben extension and on the basement of Mutua Navarra's head office, tenders that started at 5.27 million between them, before tax. In addition, the Pamplona comarca notes 36,600 euros from Burlada for its sportspeople, companies just born in Aranguren and Villava and 97 residential metres whose auction takes bids for nine more days.

The two Mutua Navarra works, 5.27 million in tenders, share a builder and Landaben accounts for nearly all of it

Landaben is 24.8 times the head office basement
  • The Landaben extension has a builder, CONSTRUCCIONES ECAY. The extension of the Landaben premises of Mutua Navarra, the body that handles workplace accidents on behalf of the Seguridad Social, Spain's social security system, went out to a licitación, a public tender in which companies bid to carry out works or a service, at 5,064,338.87 euros excluding VAT, that is, before tax, and the company on record is CONSTRUCCIONES ECAY S.L. The file was published on 9 April 2024, changed status this week and is listed as resolved, meaning the tender is over and the contract has been closed.
  • The same company is refurbishing the head office basement. Phase 1 of the basement refurbishment at the mutual's head office, tendered at 204,139.07 euros excluding VAT, is listed as awarded, which is the step in which the public body chooses the company that will do the work, again with CONSTRUCCIONES ECAY S.L. This is recorded by the Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services. The two works add up to 5,268,477.94 euros excluding VAT in tenders and the Landaben one is 24.8 times the basement one. For subcontractors, installers and materials suppliers, that is the name to offer their services to.
  • The Guardia Civil seeks a refrigeration installer until 13 October. The Novena Zona of the Guardia Civil is asking for equipment for the cold rooms of the bar and cafeteria at its barracks in the city, a supply with installation tendered at 39,600 euros excluding VAT. It was published on 28 September and takes offers until Tuesday 13 October. It is the only contract in the Pamplona comarca with its deadline still open.

Burlada gathers 49,600 euros in four grants, from sport to cooperation, and Puente la Reina calls its Basque language ones

Burlada gathers 49,600 euros in four grants
  • Burlada sets aside 36,600 euros for the sport of the 2025-2026 season. Burlada town council entered three convocatorias on 2 October, each one the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, in the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS), the National Grants Database, the public register where every administration records its grants. They are the ones for federated amateur sport, with 21,000 euros, the ones for municipal sports schools and Spanish championships, with 13,000, and the ones for extraordinary physical and sports activities, with 2,600. All three are listed for organisations with no economic activity and can be applied for within 15 calendar days of their publication in the BON.
  • The same council adds 13,000 euros of humanitarian emergency aid. Burlada also entered on 30 September a humanitarian emergency grant for international cooperation, with 13,000 euros and 31 December as the last day to apply in the BDNS. With it the town gathers four entries and 49,600 euros in the week.
  • Puente la Reina offers 1,100 euros for Basque and summer camps. Its town council published two 2026 calls on 29 September, one for learning Basque, with 600 euros and which the BDNS reserves for legal entities that carry out no economic activity, and another for summer camps in Basque, with 500 euros and aimed at individuals. The window for both is fifteen calendar days, counted after they appear in the BON.
  • Larunblai, two picnic spots and the Banco de Alimentos receive money already assigned. Berrioplano records a subvención nominativa for the Larunblai programme, a grant earmarked for a named recipient, which nobody else can apply for, of 10,584 euros. The Gobierno de Navarra grants Ansoáin town council a subsidy to create two picnic spots. And Pamplona city council registers its 2026 agreement with the Banco de Alimentos de Navarra, with 41,600 euros. None of them is a call open to residents.

The city of Pamplona has nine more days of bids on 97 residential metres and the cut-off falls on 13 October

One auction in the Pamplona comarca, 16 in the Zaragoza one
  • The bidding window lasts nine more days. The home, of just over 97 built metres, is in the city of Pamplona and remains open to bids in a subasta judicial, a public sale ordered by a court, in which anyone can bid. It takes place on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, the Boletín Oficial del Estado or Spain's Official State Gazette, where courts and public bodies auction property. The auction opened on 23 September and closes on Tuesday 13 October.
  • No other property in the 41 municipalities is taking bids. The rest of the Pamplona comarca has no other one on the Portal this week. The building does not have its CasasValue in the data, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, so the reference is the city's: the median CasasValue of a home in the city of Pamplona is 289,452 euros, and the CASAS.ES map lets you look at the neighbouring buildings before deciding how far to bid.

Four new companies, from a supermarket to a tavern, bet on the Pamplona comarca with 12,040 euros

From 11 new companies to 4 in a week
  • The city of Pamplona gains a supermarket and a tavern. The Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil (BORME), the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, the journal where every company that is born is recorded, carries on 30 September the incorporation of CUALQUIER COSA SUPERMERCADOS SL, to operate supermarkets and their franchises, and of INFERNU TABERNA IRUÑA SL, devoted to hospitality. Each starts with 3,000 euros of capital social, the money the partners put in when founding the company, which is not its turnover.
  • Aranguren hosts a new holding company. EOSOL CAPITAL ALIANZA SL, registered in the same gazette with 3,000 euros, is born as a holding company, that is, to own stakes in other companies and advise them on their management.
  • Villava will sell sports equipment in a shop and online. IRUÑA FISHING SL appears in the BORME of 1 October with 3,040 euros of capital. The four companies add up to 12,040 euros and none is a property or building firm: three are retail and hospitality and the fourth, a holding company. The pace of new companies falls by 64 per cent compared with the previous week.

Three calls, from Pamplona city council's social innovation prize, with 3,000 euros, to forestry investments

Two deadlines expire on 13 October and another on 31 December
  • Pamplona city council calls its Premio de Innovación Social 2026, with 3,000 euros. The call was entered in the BDNS on 2 October with that budget and is listed for individuals with no economic activity. It can be applied for within the 15 calendar days that follow the publication of the call in the official gazette.
  • Navarre co-finances innovative environments between regions. The Departamento de Universidad, Innovación y Transformación Digital publishes grants for interregional innovative ecosystems and environments. They are aimed at the agents of the SINAI, Navarre's research, development and innovation system, which brings together universities, technology centres and companies that do research. The entry, dated 1 October, gives neither amount nor deadline.
  • Forestry investments have a new call. The Departamento de Desarrollo Rural y Medio Ambiente opens subsidies for forestry investments, entered on 30 September, also with no amount or closing date in the BDNS.

See on the map the CasasValue of any building in the city of Pamplona

From 26 September to 3 October, the Pamplona comarca had two Mutua Navarra works with the same builder, an open tender at the Pamplona city barracks, one home of 97 metres under auction, four new companies and twelve grants counted in this edition. The news with a name of its own came from the city of Pamplona, with Landaben, its barracks and the Banco de Alimentos, from Burlada and Puente la Reina for their calls, from Berrioplano and Ansoáin for the money they receive and from Aranguren and Villava for their newly registered companies. The other 34 municipalities ended this eight-day stretch without a tender, a bid or a newly created company and are left with the Navarre government's lines for innovation and forestry investments: Tirapu, Zizur Mayor, Uterga, Barañáin, Adiós, Valle de Egüés, Guirguillano, Berriozar, Ucar, Huarte, Artazu, Valle de Elorz, Bidaurreta, Beriáin, Zabalza, Orkoien, Belascoáin, Cizur, Añorbe, Galar, Enériz, Cendea de Olza, Juslapeña, Iza, Legarda, Obanos, Ciriza, Tiebas-Muruarte de Reta, Muruzábal, Etxauri, Val de Goñi, Biurrun-Olcoz, Echarri and Valle de Ollo.
