A Tavertet forestry firm puts up 70,000 of the 99,000 euros that launch 6 firms in the Osona comarca

In the Osona comarca 6 companies are born and, of every 10 euros of their capital, 7 land in Tavertet. No town has more than one new company. Torelló opens a 42,900 euro call for its sport, and in Sant Pere de Torelló bidding for the factory building and its plot ended on the 1st.

Tavertet takes 70,000 of the 99,000 euros from six company registrations spread over six towns

None of the 6 new companies shares a municipality with another. The BORME, the Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies, capital changes and closures must be published by law, recorded 6 companies set up in the Osona comarca in its gazettes of 29 September and of 1, 2 and 5 October.
Tavertet hosts the largest capital, 70,000 euros to work the woodland. A company for forestry services, construction and agricultural and livestock services is set up in Tavertet with 70,000 euros of share capital, which is the money the partners put in when founding the company and not its turnover. That is 70.7 of every 100 euros of the 99,000 that the 6 new companies add up to, and 2.4 times what the other 5 gather between them.
MECAPLANA brings industrial machinery to Tona with 17,000 euros. MECAPLANA is set up in Tona to install, repair, maintain and build industrial machinery, machine tools and hydraulic systems.
Property letting gains a firm in Vic and tourist accommodation another in Centelles. RENT STYLE, in the city of Vic and with 3,000 euros of capital, lets property on its own account and is the only one of the 6 in the property sector. CANAMASSES ORIGEN, in Centelles and with 3,000 euros, is created to run tourist establishments, accommodation and projects.
Manlleu gets a new firm devoted to gyms and Torelló a software company. AMMCYCLING SPORT AND EVENTS is set up in Manlleu with 3,000 euros to manage and run gyms, whether its own, third parties' or franchised. BIGATPV, a new company in Torelló with the same capital, works in computer programming and IT consultancy.

Torelló opens a 42,900 euro call for its sport and logs two further grants due by 30 October

Two deadlines, 30 October and 6 November

Torelló's clubs have 42,900 euros at stake. On 29 September Torelló town council published in the BDNS, the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones, the National Grants Database, the public register where every administration announces its grants, the call for the activities of its sports clubs and organisations in 2026. A call, or convocatoria, is the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant. This one shares out 42,900 euros and allows 20 calendar days, counted from the day after its publication.
Residents' projects in the neighbourhoods run by Habitatge can seek 200,000 euros until 6 November. The Agència de l'Habitatge de Catalunya, the Catalan government's public body that carries out and manages housing policy, published on 29 September in the BDNS the call for projects by residents' organisations and associations in the housing neighbourhoods it administers.
Torelló records two more grants, of 500 and 1,000 euros, with a 30 October deadline. The same council logs 500 euros for the project Un café entre amigas and 1,000 to support the 2026 pilgrimage to Lourdes. Together with the clubs' call, that makes 44,400 euros in three grants.
Shops and cattle farms have a new Catalan call each. The Consorci de Comerç, Artesania i Moda de Catalunya, the consortium of the Generalitat and the chambers of commerce, published on 29 September in the BDNS the call for grants to retail and services for 2026. On 5 October the Generalitat published grants for the loss caused by the confiscation of offal on cattle farms affected by lumpy skin disease.
The Oficina de Suport a la Iniciativa Cultural adds five more calls. The Generalitat's Oficina de Suport a la Iniciativa Cultural opens grants for municipal plans to promote reading, equipment for public libraries and federations of popular culture, and scholarships for traditional music and dance.

One in three of the day's comarcas arrives with no open auction

Bidding ended on Thursday the 1st and the comarca is left today with no auctions under way. The auction of the industrial building with adjoining land in Sant Pere de Torelló, a public sale ordered by a court in which anyone can bid, had begun on 11 September and lasted 20 days. It was held on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, the Boletín Oficial del Estado, Spain's Official State Gazette, which publishes laws and official notices. It was the only one in the comarca.
The court notice gave 1,675 metres for building and land together, and the detail of three levels. The edicto, the official notice of the auction which the court publishes, describes an industrial building of four levels. It gives 222.60 metres to each of two of them and 90 to the highest, and 1,675 to the building and land as a whole. As it is not a home it has no CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home.

From 29 September to 5 October the companies gazette registers 6 companies in the Osona comarca, spread across Tavertet, home to the biggest of them with 70,000 euros, Tona, Vic, Manlleu, Centelles and Torelló. In Sant Pere de Torelló bidding on the industrial building and its plot, 1,675 metres in all, expired on the 1st. The town council of Torelló is, besides, the only one whose own grants appear in the national database, 3 worth 44,400 euros combined, with 42,900 earmarked for local sport. With neither a company registration nor an auction these days, the Catalan calls for retail, cattle, libraries and municipal reading plans reach just the same Taradell, Roda de Ter, Seva, Balenyà, Gurb, Sant Julià de Vilatorta, Calldetenes, Les Masies de Voltregà, Aiguafreda, Sant Hipòlit de Voltregà, Folgueroles, Santa Eugènia de Berga, Viladrau, L'Esquirol, Montesquiu, Sant Quirze de Besora, Muntanyola, Sant Vicenç de Torelló, Orís, Santa Eulàlia de Riuprimer, Malla, Sant Martí de Centelles, Sora, Sant Bartomeu del Grau, Vidrà, Les Masies de Roda, Espinelves, Sant Boi de Lluçanès, Tavèrnoles, El Brull, Vilanova de Sau, Rupit i Pruit, Santa Cecília de Voltregà, Sant Agustí de Lluçanès, Santa Maria de Besora and Sant Sadurní d'Osormort.
