Industrial complex of 1,675 metres with land in Sant Pere de Torelló, sole open auction in the Osona comarca

The Osona comarca has a single open auction this week, a 1,675 square metre industrial complex with land in Sant Pere de Torelló, where the deadline for bids expires on Thursday 1 October. Of the 5 newly registered firms in the BORME registry gazette, Vic hosts 4, and Torelló and Santa Eugènia de Berga offer 3,500 euros to local associations.

Vic and Centelles see five companies born, and three of them revolve around housing

Property and architecture take 64 of every 100 euros

MC Reformas Cat opens in Centelles to carry out building work and installations. Registered in the BORME of 25 September, its main activity is specialised construction work, with on-site installations and sales agency as secondary activities. It is the only one of the five new companies of the week with its registered office outside Vic.
An architecture studio sets up in Vic. 17 B Estudi d'Arquitectura, a sociedad profesional, the legal form for firms of regulated professions, appears in the BORME of 28 September for town planning, building and development projects and site management. With the Centelles firm, that makes two newcomers designed to plan and carry out building work.
An asset holding firm based in Vic brings the highest capital, 10,000 euros. It is set up to develop, buy, let and manage rural and urban property, homes and commercial premises, according to the BORME of 25 September. Its name is that of a person, so CASAS.ES counts it without naming it. With the studio and the refurbishment firm, housing takes the largest share of the new capital of the Osona comarca.
A gym and an arts school close the tally of Vic newcomers. Valmon Moviment will devote itself to music training, dance, theatre and the performing arts (BORME of 28 September), and another company bearing a person's name will run gyms, bodybuilding and martial arts (BORME of 24 September).

A 1,675 metre industrial complex in Sant Pere de Torelló goes to auction until 1 October

The industrial building in Sant Pere de Torelló, with adjoining land, accepts offers until this Thursday. According to the notice, the industrial complex in Sant Pere de Torelló totals 1,675 square metres. It has been on the BOE Auction Portal since 11 September, it is the only auction open today in the Osona comarca and bidding closes on 1 October.
The terraced house in Folgueroles has already closed its bidding. The auction of the single family home in Folgueroles offered some 157 built square metres, adding up what the notice gives for each part of the house. It remains a reference for what goes to auction in the comarca.

Torelló and Santa Eugènia de Berga offer 3,500 euros to local associations, and the Consorci trains workforces

Only 2 of the 21 calls serve businesses in the Osona comarca

Torelló shares out 2,000 euros for social action, and the deadline to apply ends on 30 October. The Town Council published its 2026 social action call on 24 September. According to the BDNS, it is open to legal entities that do not carry out an economic activity.
Santa Eugènia de Berga puts 1,500 euros into its SEB en transició grant, open until 20 December. Published on the same day, 24 September, in the BDNS, it is also aimed at legal entities with no economic activity. They are the only two municipal calls of the week in the Osona comarca.
Training staff costs less thanks to the Consorci, which funds courses twice over. Line A of the Consorci per a la Formació Contínua, the Catalan body for continuing vocational training, funds the training programmes that companies themselves submit for their staff, and line B those submitted by training providers for workers at member companies with fewer than 50 people on the payroll. Both came out on 25 September and cover the whole of Catalonia.
The Generalitat, the Catalan government, also opens two awards and a grant for the member organisations of the Consell Català de l'Esport. On 28 September came the XXXIII Volunteering Award 2026, from the Departament de Drets Socials i Inclusió, and the grant from the Consell Català de l'Esport for the activities of the organisations that make it up. On the 25th, the Institut Català de les Dones published the UOC Awards for a gender perspective.
