A shipping company in Premià de Dalt puts in 70,000 euros, a third of the money contributed by the partners of the 20 companies founded in the Maresme comarca between 23 and 29 September, more than four times the combined total of those in the Baix Penedès and La Selva comarcas. Mataró has two new flats in court auctions this week, one of 89 square metres with bidding until 14 October. In Tordera, a prize draw hands out 7,000 euros in cards to spend in local shops.
Four companies to build, refurbish and buy buildings set up in El Masnou, Calella, Pineda de Mar and Canet de Mar

- Calella gains a full-service building contractor. SABIVART 1989 is set up to build, repair, restore, extend and refurbish all kinds of buildings, homes and commercial premises, according to the BORME of 25 September, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies, capital changes and closures must be published by law.
- Two more firms combine building work and investment. GERMANS MEQUINOX works in building carpentry and specialised construction, with property development as its second activity, and NFS ESPAIS buys property for investment, refurbishes it, takes care of its interior design and manages its works with subcontracted tradespeople. Both appear in the BORME of 24 September.
- El Masnou gets a company trading in whole buildings. MARESME DOMUS is set up to buy and sell blocks of flats, houses, land, offices, industrial units, warehouses and hotels (BORME of 23 September). With it, the four property companies of the week bring together 26,000 euros.
A Premià de Dalt shipping company and 15 more businesses bring together 186,460 euros spread across 12 municipalities

- Premià de Dalt produces the company putting the most money on the table. NAOS SEALINES COMPANY is set up with 70,000 euros of share capital, the money the partners put in when founding the company and not its turnover, for domestic and international sea freight and the operation of its own or chartered ships, according to the BORME of 23 September. It provides a third of all the new capital in the Maresme comarca this week, and does so from an inland municipality.
- Santa Susanna and El Masnou add two consultancies with holding activity. Together they bring 70,460 euros, slightly more than the shipping company.
- Mataró gathers four new registrations in trade, music and advertising. Tordera town council publishes the call for the prize draw of shopping cards for local spending, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, with 7,000 euros and applications until 6 November according to the BDNS, the National Grants Database, the public register where every administration announces its grants. Residents, SMEs and the self-employed can take part, and the money ends up in the tills of the town's shops.
