Parla tenders its green corridor for 1.65 million and the Madrid Sur comarca adds 82 new companies

Until 26 October Parla admits bids for the green axis of Avenida del Sistema Solar, with 40 per cent covered by European funds. The Madrid Sur comarca also adds 82 newly created companies, 25 of them builders, installers or property firms, and on Tuesday Navalcarnero stops receiving bids for its funeral complex.

Parla's green corridor comes out at 1.65 million with 40 per cent covered by European funds

• The Sistema Solar axis in Parla is put to tender. Parla town council has opened the licitación, a public tender in which companies bid to carry out works or a service, for its green corridor along Avenida del Sistema Solar and Saturno. It takes bids until 26 October and comes out at 1,652,864.73 euros excluding VAT, that is before tax. According to its title, FEDER, the European Regional Development Fund, EU money to narrow the gaps between regions, co-finances 40 per cent.
• Getafe gathers three tenders worth 667,352.26 euros. New on the Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público, the official portal where public bodies publish their tenders for works and services, are two free-to-use sports facilities, the pump tracks, and a multi-sport court in the Kelvinator area, with bids until 29 October, and the heating of a building at the Air Base, until the 21st.
• Torrejón de la Calzada and Navalagamella complete the list. Torrejón de la Calzada is renewing the surroundings of Calle Ávila and the Griñón park, with bids until the 29th, and Navalagamella is commissioning a green area with a children's playground at the entrance to the village, until the 20th.

Getafe and Parla head 82 new companies, 25 in the building or property trades

• Twenty-five new companies arrive in construction and housing. The BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies, capital changes and closures must be published by law, published on 5, 7, 8 and 9 October the incorporation of 82 companies based in the Madrid Sur comarca. 25 of them build, refurbish, install or work in property: 21 are builders or installers and 4 are property companies, among them a developer in Leganés, NEPTUNO CAPITAL SL, and a rental company in Arroyomolinos, INVERSIONES STEGAT SL.
• Getafe produces a haulier with 110,000 euros of capital. SENSEI MANAGEMENT SL, published in the BORME of 7 October, alone provides 23.1 per cent of the 475,576.18 euros of share capital of the 82, the money the partners put in when founding the company. Next come ATS INVERSIONES GLOBALES SL, of Fuenlabrada, with 58,707.18 euros, and COCINA ESTUDIO DESING VMS GROUP SL, of Móstoles, with 45,000. None of the 25 in the sector exceeds the 3,500 euros of CARMACEM26 SL, a builder in Fuenlabrada.

Navalcarnero accepts offers up to Tuesday for its funeral complex, tendered for 6.49 million

• Navalcarnero closes its big concession on Tuesday 13. The tender to run the Complejo Funerario, the funeral complex, and extend the municipal cemetery, tendered for 6,488,714.25 euros excluding VAT, remains open. It is a concession: whoever wins it operates the complex and is not paid that figure. The same day is the deadline for the pedestrian promenade in Villamantilla and for two concessions in Valdemorillo, three premises in the bullring and the kiosk in La Nava park.
• El Álamo is due on Wednesday and three cities on Monday 19. The 14th is the last day for Los Pocillos park and the facades of the state school in El Álamo. On the 19th, the Alcorcón 2026 Resurfacing Plan, the artificial turf of the Paseo del Prado sports centre in Valdemoro and the speed humps of Los Molinos and Buenavista, in Getafe.
• Moraleja de Enmedio and Rozas de Puerto Real allow more time. Moraleja de Enmedio is resurfacing its town centre, with a deadline of the 20th, and the Colada del Camino del Monte de Batres, until the 27th, when the restoration of the old water tanks in the park of Rozas de Puerto Real also closes. Navalagamella awaits bids until 25 January 2027 for a cohousing residential centre on public land.

In Valdemoro one day is left, Tuesday 13, to bid for 90 metres of home according to the registry

• The Valdemoro bidding has hours left. A home of 90 metres according to the registry remains at court auction, a public sale ordered by a court, until Tuesday 13 October. Bids are placed on the Portal de Subastas, the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, where courts and public bodies auction property.
• Leganés and Móstoles are past their deadlines. The other three are already over: a home in Leganés, in a 1967 building with a median CasasValue of 190,982 euros, another in Móstoles, in a 1970 building with 180,929, and a single-family home in Torrejón de Velasco, with no metres in the edicto, the official notice of the auction published by the court. The CasasValue is the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home.

Moraleja de Enmedio leaves pool and cemetery, tendered for 282,661 euros, with a single shared company

• Exitorum appears twice in Moraleja de Enmedio. EXITORUM S.L. is listed as the adjudicataria, the company chosen to do the work, for the municipal swimming pool, tendered for 167,725.87 euros excluding VAT, and for the extension of the cemetery, tendered for 114,935.27 euros. Both changed status this week.
• The south-west mancomunidad renews the climate control at its Griñón offices. SINTRA INGENIEROS S.L. is listed for the air conditioning of the headquarters of the Mancomunidad de Servicios del Suroeste de Madrid, a grouping of town councils that provide services together. The works, tendered for 111,910 euros excluding VAT, are recorded as resolved, meaning the tender is over and the contract has been closed. Navalagamella is studying the bids for the window frames and doors of the San Miguel school, tendered for 82,636.38 euros.
• Seven large contracts remain under study. The extension of the controlled landfill of the Mancomunidad del Sur (12.1 million excluding VAT) is still under assessment, meaning the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company. So are the footbridge over the railway tracks (5.5 million) and the Sustainability works (5 million) in Fuenlabrada, the Ensanche Sur sports complex (2.5 million) and the water treatment of the Los Cantos sports centre in Alcorcón, the participatory budget works in Móstoles (2.5 million) and the new efficient lighting of San Martín de Valdeiglesias (1.7 million).
• Another fourteen contracts of more than 100,000 euros await an outcome. Awaiting a company are a development scheme in Pinto, sports surfaces in Móstoles, the maintenance of municipal rental flats in Leganés, pavements in Valdemorillo, the Plaza de la Corredera in San Martín de Valdeiglesias, the church hill in Moraleja de Enmedio, the centre of El Álamo, a warehouse and some joints at the Getafe Air Base and the housing advice service of Fuenlabrada. Already closed are the access to Los Manantiales, in Sevilla la Nueva, a Getafe rink for hockey, a footpath with a bridge in Móstoles and streets in Torrejón de la Calzada.
• Parla and Móstoles now have names for their major works. Viales y Obras Públicas S.A. is listed for the refurbishment of the Centro San Ramón in Parla (3.4 million excluding VAT), and Atosa Aglomerados Toledo, Asfaltos Vicalvaro and Trabajos Bituminosos for the resurfacing of Móstoles in lots (3.3 million).

Four calls take applications and Móstoles assigns 867,254 euros to 18 associations

• Organisations, students, runners and families each have a call. The BDNS, the National Grants Database where public grants are registered, published four convocatorias this week, each one the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant. Alcorcón puts 180,000 euros into the one for non-profit organisations with health activities, with 10 working days, the days left once Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded. Serranillos del Valle allocates 24,000 euros to English language scholarships, with 20 working days. The prizes of the XXVIII Media Maratón de Fuenlabrada, the half marathon can be applied for from 19 to 30 October. The regional grants for families with complex chronic patients still have no amount or deadline.
• Móstoles assigns municipal money to 18 organisations. The city council registered 16 agreements on 5 October and 2 on the 9th for 867,254.33 euros. The largest, of 252,224.28 euros, is with the association Punto Omega, and there are others with relatives of Alzheimer's patients, Parkinson's, diabetics and the Red Cross. These are funds with a fixed recipient, not grants to be applied for.

Parla, Getafe, Torrejón de la Calzada and Navalagamella put new works to tender, while Navalcarnero, Villamantilla, Valdemorillo, El Álamo, Alcorcón, Valdemoro, Moraleja de Enmedio and Rozas de Puerto Real keep receiving bids on theirs. Leganés, Móstoles, Fuenlabrada, Pinto, Arroyomolinos, Cubas de la Sagra, Griñón, Serranillos del Valle and Colmenarejo saw new companies born. Torrejón de Velasco closed its auction, Sevilla la Nueva stopped accepting proposals for one works project and San Martín de Valdeiglesias and Humanes de Madrid have proposals still under study. Aldea del Fresno, Navas del Rey, Pelayos de la Presa, Cenicientos, Colmenar del Arroyo and Villanueva de Perales appear with contracts that have already chosen a contractor or been resolved. For Batres, Chapinería, Villamanta, Cadalso de los Vidrios, Quijorna, Casarrubuelos and Villa del Prado there are no tenders, new companies or grants this week.
