In the Madrid Oeste comarca, COSALVA MANAGEMENT is founded in Las Rozas de Madrid and on its own exceeds in capital the other 50 companies incorporated this week put together. Three works in Majadahonda, Boadilla del Monte and Villanueva de la Cañada gain their first builder, and Pozuelo de Alarcón keeps two tenders still accepting offers. Las Rozas de Madrid town council registers seven agreements with associations for 81,000 euros.

Majadahonda lines up a builder for Huerta Vieja. CITANIAS OBRAS Y SERVICIOS now appears as the company chosen for the full refurbishment of the Huerta Vieja sports centre, tendered at 3,719,008.26 euros sin IVA, that is, before VAT. A licitación is a public tender, in which companies bid to carry out works or a service. This one appears as resolved this week, meaning the tender is over and the contract has been closed.
CHM takes the fairground in Boadilla del Monte. CHM OBRAS E INFRAESTRUCTURAS is the company chosen for the construction of the Recinto Ferial, the fairground, tendered at 2,100,301.86 euros before VAT. In Villanueva de la Cañada, LUMAN EDIFICACION Y RESTAURACION takes on the refurbishment of the Concejalías and Juzgado de Paz building, tendered at 816,657.94 euros before VAT. Together with Huerta Vieja they come to 6,635,968.06 euros.
A single firm gathers three asphalt contracts. VIALES Y OBRAS PÚBLICAS appears as the adjudicataria, the company chosen, for the Plan Asfalto 2026 in Boadilla del Monte, for the asphalt operation in the Distrito Centro of Las Rozas de Madrid and for the renewal of the roadways of three residential estates in Brunete. The three together amount to 7,480,947.63 euros. Separately, the road surface reinforcement of Avenida Monte Segovia, in Boadilla del Monte, tendered at 3,489,131.10 euros before VAT, has ASCH INFRAESTRUCTURAS Y SERVICIOS as its successful bidder.

Two works in Pozuelo de Alarcón still accept proposals for 1.5 million, with 14 October as the first cut-off

Two open works and the five largest contracts under review

Prado del Rey awaits proposals for its roof until 14 October. Corporación RTVE, the state-owned company that runs Spain's national public radio and television service, is still accepting bids for the renewal of the roof of the pre-assembly building at Prado del Rey, in Pozuelo de Alarcón, which goes out at 1,091,863.39 euros.
Valle de las Cañas allows until 26 October. Pozuelo de Alarcón town council keeps open the enclosure and air conditioning of the covered court at Valle de las Cañas, with a starting amount of 409,973.55 euros. Between the two there are 1,501,836.94 euros within reach of builders and installers.
Another 17 files await a name after their date passed. They remain en evaluación, that is, the public body is assessing the bids and has not yet chosen a company, and they total 14.2 million euros. The largest are the sports services of Boadilla del Monte, the animal welfare centre, the summer swimming pools and the indoor sports hall of the Carlos Ruiz sports centre and the generator sets of the Casa de la Radio, all four in Pozuelo de Alarcón. Next come the Condesa de Chinchón complex, in Boadilla del Monte, and the Siete Picos car park, in Las Rozas de Madrid. Pozuelo de Alarcón has 8 of the 17 and Boadilla del Monte, 5.

Villanueva de la Cañada weighs up buyers for its commercial plot, tendered at 5.35 million

Villanueva de la Cañada is already weighing up who buys its commercial plot. The town council is studying the bids for the enajenación of a plot for commercial use, that is, its sale by tender, with a starting price of 5,350,000 euros. The deadline closed on 21 September.
Two plots of Boadilla del Monte already have an awardee. PIG WINGS appears as the successful bidder for the commercial plot in the Sur sector, tendered at 2,554,016 euros before VAT, and TESON INMOBILIARIA, for the industrial site at Prado del Espino, tendered at 642,000 euros before VAT. With the one in Villanueva de la Cañada, the three sales started from 8,546,016 euros.
Brunete sends a planning notice to the Madrid region's gazette. The Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad de Madrid, the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid, the official journal of the regional government and its town councils, publishes on 30 September a planning notice from Brunete on an estudio de detalle.

COSALVA MANAGEMENT is founded with 968,840 euros in Las Rozas de Madrid. The company, from Las Rozas de Madrid and devoted to real estate, starts out with 968,840 euros of capital social, the money the partners put in when founding the company, not its turnover. The other 50 set up in the Madrid Oeste comarca total 553,301. The registrations come from the BORME, the Official Gazette of the Companies Register, where new companies must be published by law. It is followed by ALZOE PROYECTOS, from Boadilla del Monte, with 150,000 euros, EDICION Y COMPUTACION, from Las Rozas de Madrid, with 145,000, and AMBERES BOATS MENORCA, from Pozuelo de Alarcón, with 100,000.
Three rental developers start out in Villaviciosa de Odón. LOCARE BTR VIII, IX and X appear in the gazettes of 2 October and 5 October, with 3,000 euros of capital each and the development, construction and letting of urban properties among their activities.
Seventeen of the 51 registrations work in real estate or building. That is one in three, counted by the main activity they declare. Besides those already mentioned, two building contractors are founded in Las Rozas de Madrid, ELITEAEC and VELOSTONE CONSTRUCTION, and in Pozuelo de Alarcón three companies that buy and sell real estate, NEOTERRA CAPITAL, DORE VICANTO and ORME VICANTO.

Majadahonda keeps the bidding alive for 103 residential metres. The Portal de Subastas is the official website of the BOE, Spain's Official State Gazette, where courts and public bodies auction property. There a home is still open to bids in Majadahonda with 103 built square metres, in a 1975 building where the CasasValue, the value CASAS.ES estimates for every home, has a median of 585,468 euros. The subasta judicial, a public sale ordered by a court, closes on 13 October.
The garage space totals 34 built metres and finishes simultaneously. Also in Majadahonda, the auction of a garage space of 34 built square metres remains open to bids until 13 October.

Las Rozas de Madrid logs seven agreements with associations for 81,000 euros between 2 and 6 October

Almost half the money goes to the fight against cancer

Las Rozas de Madrid shares out 81,000 euros among seven organisations. They are recorded in the BDNS, the National Grants Database, the public register where every administration announces its grants. The largest, of 39,500 euros, is for the Asociación Española contra el Cáncer. It is followed by Cáritas, with 15,000 euros for employment guidance, and the cultural association La Unión Las Matas, with 10,000. This is money that already has a recipient, not a grant that can be applied for.
Brunete backs the local gymnastics club and the Comunidad calls grants for wine. Brunete registers a subvención nominativa, a grant earmarked for a named recipient, which nobody else can apply for, of 5,000 euros for the Club Gimnasia Pívot. The Comunidad de Madrid publishes a convocatoria, the notice that opens the window to apply for a grant, for the promotion of wines in third countries.
