Boadilla del Monte signs contractors for 7.1 million of tendered asphalt, more than 18 of the 21 comarcas

Boadilla del Monte signs contractors for its Plan Asfalto 2026 and for the road surface of avenida Monte Segovia, 7.1 million tendered excluding VAT, more than all the works that found a builder during the week in 18 of the 21 comarcas published today. Brunete clears the way for the Ensanche Sureste, RTVE keeps taking bids in Pozuelo de Alarcón until 14 October, a 103-metre home and a garage go to auction in Majadahonda, and the Madrid Oeste comarca welcomes 53 new companies.

Three municipalities in the west and south move land in three days
  • Brunete lets the Ensanche Sureste proceed, along with one Ensanche Sur plot. The full council meeting of 30 July accepted the proposal to develop the Ensanche Sureste (SR-6), published in the BOCM of 29 September, and approved the detailed layout study for a plot in the Ensanche Sur (SR-5), published on 30 September, which lifts the suspension of licences there.
  • Villanueva del Pardillo and Villaviciosa de Odón move land. The BOCM of 28 September publishes over 72 pages the rules of the amendment to the General Plan in the Las Vegas estate (SUZ I-10). Villaviciosa gives four more days of public consultation to the special plan that rezones plots on avenida de Castilla, with objections until 2 October.
  • Five regional calls reach the comarca. The regional Department of Digitalisation announces the Global Tech Digitalisation Awards. For farming, there are FEADER grants for rain-fed vineyards and for the succession of farms. Town councils can apply for those for health promotion and for school-age sport.

  • The Madrid Oeste comarca ranks third of the day for new companies. With 53 companies from 23 to 29 September and 1,230,181 euros of capital, only the Costa del Sol and Gran Bilbao add more new companies among the comarcas with an edition today, according to the BORME. Four companies account for 88 per cent of the money.
  • EURUS INFRATECH, in Pozuelo, is the largest newcomer, with 520,000 euros. EURUS INFRATECH was set up on 24 September with 520,000 euros as a holding company, 173 times the 3,000 euros with which 37 of the 53 start out. IMPULSE CINEMA, third by capital, was formed the same day in Pozuelo with 200,000 euros to produce films and series.
  • Villaviciosa de Odón adds the second largest, an asset-holding company with 265,000 euros. ALTOS DE ODON will buy, rent out and sell property. In Villanueva de la Cañada, FOSTER AUTOMATION IBERICA is set up with 100,000 euros, a building automation company.
  • Las Rozas registers seven companies from two series in one day. The BORME of 25 September records three DISTOP REAL ESTATE companies (FOXTROT, GOLF and HOTEL), to buy and sell property and, in one case, to develop it, and four ELCANO DIRECT LENDING, all with 3,000 euros. In Pozuelo, THE YELLOW BRICK and NECASIX INVERSIONES are born for the property business, the latter with 3,600 euros. In Boadilla, INVIDA CAPITAL, and in Majadahonda, HEKATE VENTURES, which may develop and build on plots.

Four deadlines open in the comarca, from 2 to 14 October
  • Majadahonda offers a 103-metre home at auction. A court is auctioning a home of 103 built square metres, in a building from 1975 where the median CasasValue of a home is 585,468 euros. Bidding opened on 23 September and closes on 13 October.
  • A 34-metre garage closes the same day. In the same municipality a parking space goes up for auction, with 34 built square metres, open since 23 September. CASAS.ES has no CasasValue for its building.

Boadilla del Monte commissions its Plan Asfalto and the road surface of avenida Monte Segovia and has six more tenders under assessment. Pozuelo de Alarcón adds the calle Siroco sports court, five municipal tenders under assessment, the RTVE roof, open to proposals until 14 October, and EURUS INFRATECH, the newcomer with the largest capital. Las Rozas de Madrid registers seven companies from two series in one day. In Majadahonda, bidding closes on 13 October for a garage and for a home listed on the BOE's auction website. Brunete accepts the Ensanche Sureste and repairs the terraces on the south-east side of its Plaza Mayor, Villanueva del Pardillo publishes the rules for Las Vegas and Villaviciosa de Odón opens objections to a special plan and adds ALTOS DE ODON, second by capital. Villanueva de la Cañada welcomes FOSTER AUTOMATION IBERICA, with 100,000 euros. In all, the Madrid Oeste comarca registers 53 fresh companies.
